Roscoe did a diagnostic on my dishwasher which was not draining well. He cleaned out the dishwasher and the disposal line and concluded that it was the dishwasher pump not working properly. Roscoe approached it logically and he also explained the process in detail.

Roscoe was a complete professional from the initial phone call to the end. I had trouble with outdoor drainage pipe backing up. I'm sorry to say I tried to call another company first, the one that says they'll do it right...but after 5 days and 2 phone calls they never replied, so I called Rock-O-Rooter. There was a plumbing leak at my place of business. They came the same day, took less than an hour, left everything clean and tidy, and the price was very, very reasonable. Roscoe was friendly and professional! He clued us in to something that may need fixed in the future, and left us feeling that we were lucky we didn't get the first company I contacted. It’s challenging to find a knowledgable, caring plumber. Have called on Rock-O-Rooter three times & will do so again for plumbing needs. He is consistent. They solved a very old clogged bathtub drain problem in one visit (when other plumbers could not), later fixed a last minute leaking outdoor faucet (that we found just before leaving for an out-of-state trip), and most recently assessed our sewer line needs & repaired a hole in our sewer pipe. They work with your needs & requests, provide options, recommend best long-term, cost effective solutions, and clean up the area as good as, or better than they found it. What we appreciate most about Roscoe is his integrity, and down-to-earth communication style. Have more work for him down-the-road; for now, we continue to highly recommend Rock-O-Rooter.

I desperately called Roto Rooter about 6 am and they said they could be at my place at 9 am. I was thrilled! And even happier when they asked if they could come at 8 am. Yes yes yes. I wasn’t sure exactly what the problem was - water was leaking from the supply valve underneath my only toilet. Tyler diagnosed the problem and replaced my supply valve and tightened everything. Then he tested it extensively. He also checked in with a supervisor several times. This was a very stressful situation for me and Roto-Rooter saved my okole. Price was reasonable too! Will definitely use again.

I highly recommend Rock O rooter LLC, they are super responsive and go above and beyond. I called to have a toilet repaired (the bolts connecting to floor were coming out and seal was broken). They were super responsive and answered the phone, and I was able to schedule for the same day in morning. Tyler was courteous and called to inform me about his arrival time and job that was to be done. Efficient, responsive and courteous. He also informed me of future repairs due to wear and tear that I should keep in mind. Great service and excellent customer care-go to Rock o Rooter for your plumbing needs!

Roscoe's company was recommended by a friend of mine who had said that he was a honest and hardworking person. I greatly respect my friend's opinion. I appreciated Roscoe's kindness and politeness. I was extremely pleased with the quality of service. Our family is so happy to have a working kitchen faucet that doesn't leak or need duct tape to hold it together. Roscoe was also able to unclog the drain. The area was left clean. He also took pictures of our washing machine that is leaking and will consult with someone about it. He said he will find parts for our toilet tank and will return to fix it and replace the bathroom faucet. What a relief that will be. I would highly recommend him to any people I know. I'm just not sure what the service range is (distance). So 😊.

We called Roscoe (owner) the night before complaining of our clogged kitchen sink. We were booked for a plumber for the next day. We own a townhouse so naturally we share common pipes with adjoining neighbor. If you live in a townhouse you would know that it’s a tedious and difficult job. Tyler was sent, He was personable, knowledgeable and professional. He informed us of the price quote (believe me, it was way cheaper than those advertised giants) Tyler unclogged both sinks safely and since he was there we asked if he could check our neighbors bathtub that had a slow drain on both homes. I had a new sink faucet installed. I’ve always had problems getting hot water for dishwashing. I thought it had something to do with the water heater being located in the basement. I had no idea that a new faucet would resolve the problem. This is an old house so the plumbing problems can be complicated. It may take multiple visits. This started as a blockage. Very professional, awesome service, keep you informed when later or early. I hired another plumber to fix a clogged kitchen sink. They charged me two times extremely high fixed drain clearing fees but could not clear the drain. I called Rock-o-Rooter, they responded quickly and worked diligently to solve the problem. It was a difficult repair that required multiple days, and involved digging up the concrete floor and cut out an underground pipe. They charged a reasonable amount for the repair and not charge me until the problem is fixed. It is not easy to find a reliable and reasonable plumber. Don't go to the big guys which shows up after a few days, and take you to the cleaners when you have no choice and overcharge you. Highly recommended.

Typical slow drain in an old house. Service call scheduled, Roscoe and crew were prompt, courteous and followed virus protocols. They cleaned the areas they worked, even the door handles going out. Flat rate quote is reassuring and they give a 3 month warranty to boot. First class operation! Will not hesitate to use them again. Mahalos guys!

I am very pleased with Rock-O-Rooter. They answered their phone quickly (the owner Roscoe himself answered) and came by early the next morning. Our sewer main line was plugged. As it turned out it was obstructed by a tangle of roots. We were worried that we might have to replace the line. After encountering some initial challenges they were able to completely clear the line and return it to full working order. We greatly appreciate the service of Roscoe and the team!

I'm very satisfied with the service. They unclogged my drain 15 ft in and it drains perfectly now. It took less than 20 minutes. The cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend them to others.

Roscoe was awesome. He came on time and did the work as promised. He installed a pressure regulator outside of our house. We had initially met him as part of our inspection team for the purchase of our house, and Roscoe worked really diligently on getting the pipes checked for our inspection. When he couldn't access all the pipes from the house, he made the extra effort to go from the street to see the pipes from that access point. All the professionals there (real estate agent and general home inspector) made comments about how dedicated he was in this task. He could have just said "that's all I could see" and called it a day, and we wouldnt have known any different, but his extra effort and the comments from other professionals made it so I will trust his judgment and skills for future jobs.
