I had a galvanized drain pipe that severely corroded and started to leak. Jack was upfront with his estimate. Of course after that was repaired we discovered another issue connected to that run. He had to come back another day to get new parts to fix the other problem. Throughput the entire process, Jack and his assistant were personable yet highly professional, and did a great job. His communication is excellent and he was on time. Highly recommended.

Jack and Matt was really awesome they explained what needs to be done and gave me estimate on jetting and my toilet . I highly recommend this company ! I was looking for a company for my drain issues and other plumbing issues around my home. I was fortunate enough to find Hawaii Drain Cleaning Squad. They saved my home from flooding and fixed the problems like true professional. There pricing was better then any other plumbing company I've used on Oahu and I've used several. There service was 5star and beyond what I could have ever expected. They took their time not only on the work but to also educate me on how to prevent problems and detect problems. I couldn't be more great full. I would stand on a roof and yell to tell anyone with plumbing issues to call Hawaii Drain Cleaning Squad to prevent from wasting their time with another company. I had a problem with my toilet the past few months and needed it checked out. HDCS came to the job and solved my toilet completely. There was so much wrong with my toilet that he recommended to get a new one altogether, because it would be cheaper in the end, and I totally agreed. Very professional and friendly, as well as knowledgeable on his work. I also had a few other requests while he was there, and he gladly helped. Definitely will be hiring them again next week for another job. 100% recommended them!
