We had a water leak as a result of toilet over flowing. Brison’s crew came out and repaired the wax ring on toilet. Problem solved! What we thought could have been a major problem turned out out to be very minor. Much appreciated!!

The people are all friendly and helpful. The repairman, Chris, (who was very respectful) arrived as planned to check what needed to be done. We couldn't reach Brison to get an estimate, but Chris advised me that he thought it would probably cost about $1600 to do the repairs. I decided to get other estimates. I was told by Chris that I would be charged a service fee. Consequently, I was billed $200. My contention is that I should have been told initially that there would be a fee to do an estimate, especially in view of the amount. When I called another company, they told me upfront what they charged per hour and offered to do a free estimate.

Brison’s Plumbing Inc. was fantastic. A knowledgeable employee named Heige took our call in an emergency situation (unexplained flooding from drainage pipe) and provided us with a detailed description of what services we could expect. Our technician, Matt, gave us a heads up when he was on his way and arrived earlier than we expected (which was greatly appreciated). He quickly conducted a Q/A and followed up with surveying the situation. He formatted a plan and executed it. He was able to distinguish the problem and fix it without delay. When repairs were complete, he identified an additional issue and rectified it quickly. We are grateful for the kind, efficient and professional employees of Brison’s Plumbing Inc.

The workmanship of my shower floor pan install and tile replacement was done professionally. However the products used were not the correct color or style ordered, also it took over a week to get this project done, due to a no show and communication errors, other than that I give it a pass [ Michael Lee]

Brison's was extremely responsive and professional at all times! Went to Home Depot to order a new tub/shower and install and less than 20 minutes after completing the order at the store, we received the first call from Brison's who was able to send a tech out that same day to inspect the bathroom. They were very fast and efficient. They picked up the tub from Home Depot, demolished the old tub, and installed the new one all in one day! Very impressed with their work. Very friendly and professional, would highly recommend!
