Trying to find the right plumber is a nerve-racking experience. We called nearly a dozen different plumbers with questions, asking for quotes and details. From start to finish 535 plumbing dealt with aloha, professionalism, competency and expedience. Keone and Jon, the second they walked through our door were masked, courteous, punctual and highly competent. They installed our new sink and faucet seamlessly, cleaning built up gunk in old pipes and handling our products like pros in under 2.5 hours. Highly recommended.

Called them because my landlord has used Shane before. Was so thrilled to see he has own business! We just purchased our first home and needed some repairs. They sent out Nico and he was awesome! Nico and coworker fixed the lines on the water heater and replaced the pressure valve outside. Was fast working and clean work. Price was awesome. I have them saved as my go-to plumber ! Just love these guys. Will definitely use them again!

535 Plumbing are excellent. Extremely professional, organized and knowledgable. They are prompt, affordable and you can count on them to get the job done. Our brokerage uses them as our preferred vendor for all plumbing concerns. The staff are friendly and prompt with scheduling. We have used them for over 50 jobs and have never had a bad experience.

Awrsome experience with 535 Plumbing. I used a number of different plumbing companies and was never satisfied until I used 535 Plumbing. They were fast and efficient in installing a kitchen faucet and shutoff valves. They also took the time to figure out how to install a shutoff ball valve on my in coming line, where the other companies just blew me off. Highly recommend 535 Plumbing.

I would like to thank all of the plumbers listed: Troy, Philip, Atta Ohelo. Matt, Nate, Puni, and Randy. They all did a very good job and they cleaned up afterwards. So glad to have hot water again. My only complaint as that I wasn't notified when they were coming out to do the job. They showed up on Monday morning and caught me by surprise. Apparently the office forgot to notify me.

i never write review, but these guys are awesome. called late in the afternoon for an emergency repair, they worked me into their schedule. Office person was great, courteous and helpful. Don and Nico were also great - professional, neat and efficient.

Please read full review. Overwhelming, that's how I can best describe my experience with 2 other plumbing companies we've spoken to. We own an old home with a lot of issues, one of them being the plumbing. The first company we spoke to understood what we wanted done, but didn't really take in to consideration what we could afford. Another company sent a representative that wanted to pile on a bunch of stuff on top of what we were already asking. That rep literally walked around our house saying "we can do that" to every little thing he saw. I was beginning to think he was losing sight of what we really needed. Can you understand why it was overwhelming!?! THANKFULLY Shane, Dalon, Pam, Keri and the rest of the 535 crew were able to ease things down a bit for us. Shane and Dalon understood what we wanted, but made us aware of what we needed, all while considering what we could afford. 535 handled three separate issues for us within a span of 2 1/2 months. Replacement of our galvanized pipes, sewer repair and installation of our gas oven were the issues/jobs. I HAVE TO SAY MY WIFE AND I ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS AND THE PRICE. During replacement of our galvanized pipes one of the workers, Charles (I think) discussed a couple of things he needed to do to our downstairs bathroom and kitchen. His explanation was very clear and thorough. I appreciated that a lot! Also on the day the galvanized pipes were replaced, a couple of workers were having a hard time getting the downstairs kitchen sink to work, so they ended up staying later after all the other workers had left. I felt so bad for them. Our home is really old and the plumbing has not been updated for some time now, add on the fact the downstairs kitchen hasn't been used for almost 25 years, for them to get everything working again is unbelievable. We did have one small communication snafu, but it wasn't too bad. The workers were able to call the office and we squashed it immediately. Friendly and professional, great quality, yet affordable, to sum this all up! We greatly appreciate everything they've done. MAHALO!

I called these guys on a Saturday morning and they were at my place by 10am. Polite and professional, they were using masks and were good communicators, showed me exactly what needed to be done and got me a quote and fixed the problem on the spot. Everything was fixed by lunchtime and i was completely assured that it was done right. i'll call them again.

Amazing company amazing service ,however they did not say that it was a two-hour window of the appointment and they would call me before coming. Why they did tell me that day that morning, that day of yhe appointment. Lucky for me it was the first one on the they did a great job very very professional.

If I could give more stars, I would. We were very impressed, and would highly recommend this company. I and my family, even a visiting niece, think Shane and his crew are very professional and courteous. I called to ask about changing an old kitchen faucet. After text and talk communication he recommended that we bring our plumbing up to code, instead of leaving the 65+ year old galvanized pipe, which he saw from just the one photo I sent. He came out to do the estimate, and we were scheduled within a few days. The day before, he asked if they could come a half hour earlier. The cooperative crew of 8 began arriving 15 minutes early. They cleaned up during and after the job, even making sure to put their cigarette butts in the trash or pocket. One of them even offered to install some handicap bars. They made sure to protect the floors and even did some extras, like fixing a leaking trap by my request, changing out all the under sink traps, caulking around the commode and adding extra hose bibs outside without extra charge. This huge job was completed in less than 8 hours, and our family couldn't be more pleased.

I recently called 535 Plumbing for three separate plumbing problems at my house. Each time I called 535 Plumbing, Shane answered the phone immediately or returned my calls as soon as he could. He handled each request promptly and sent plumbers to the house as soon as he could schedule them to come. Whether it was a small job replacing a leaky faucet or a big job cutting open walls and ceilings to find leaks and replace pipes - big or small - every job was treated as priority. If I had any concerns or requests, Shane went out of his way to take care of them. It is evident that he puts the customer first. Thank you Shane! Shane's working crew is equally impressive. Brandon, Rich and Chad worked on my house. They were honest, very professional and knowledgeable, and so polite. Every job was done with quality and excellence. They also did a great job cleaning up after they finished their work. I am so happy I called 535 Plumbing! This company is trustworthy and their rates are more than fair.
