Our service tech, Armando was great. Very personal and professional. He performed great work and educated us along the way. Both jobs required him to break through plaster-like walls and title in order to complete the repair, not easy at all! Second time he’s been to our house for work and both times we were very pleased with the result.

Martin was able to repair a leak in the old plumbing at my father-in-laws trailer and, ultimately, we had him update the entire plumbing system. He did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the results. In addition to providing quality work, Martin was there to help in an emergency situation given little notice. He was very kind and considerate of my father-in-law, who is now homebound. I wish more professionals were as professional as Martin. 5 Stars!

am so thrilled to have chosen Service Select, LLC for my gas plumbing needs. First impressions mean a lot to me, so my initial conversation with Nicole is one reason I decided to go with thisvcompany. She was professional and very courteous. When she provided me with a quote, I was floored! I had forgotten about the $69.00 service fee upon arrival of the technician (sorry Nicole) but even with that, their price was extremely competitive compared to five other companies I had called. I also appreciate Nicole sending texts concerning the work order. My service technician Armando was punctual (actually early), professional, knowledgeable, humorous, courteous, energetic and humble. Furthermore, Armando was diligent when disconnecting an old gas range that according to him "must have been installed by the Hulk." As I mentally betted on Armando, he went out and came back in from his very attractive service vehicle and voila...I won the bet. Armando's persistence paid off, "the Hulk" was no match for him. You may not believe me, but Armando swept debris from behind the old range that undoubtedly had been there for a while and he offered to mop. Okay, I know the Bible speaks of the possibility of entertaining angels unaware which is what I thought might be the case (I see why he received excellent reviews). He reminded me of young, high-speed soldiers I observed/mentored during my 22 years of military service who had it going on. I'm not kidding, Armando disconnected and installed gas ranges in no time. He represented his company in an outstanding manner. I am so pleased! I will be contacting Service Select, LLC for all my future plumbing needs. I got a feeling this company will stand the test of time with people like Nicole and Armando on their team.

They came the same day I called to check out the problem and were able to get the entire job (replacing a broken water heater) done within 36 hours of my initial call. I cslled Martin on Tuesday with a leak behind my bathroom vanity (in the wall) sending water into the basement. He came ON TIME on Wednesday AM. He quickly discovered the source other leak. Repair was done quickly and professionally. He arrived at 10:15 and was done and gone by 11:30. When he found the leak, he gave me a firm cost for the repair. I was surprised at how reasonable it was, and that it included a 5% senior discount. This will be my "go to' plumber in the future.
