Eddie was very responsive, professional and very friendly. He was the first to give me an appointment and the first to come to my house which was needed since I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling coming from the bathroom tub. Eddie did a great job for me. He was able to come to my house the next day after I reached out to him to replace a hot water heater. There wound up being some complications and I was worried that he was going to charge me a significant additional amount because of the problems that he had to deal with. He did not do that which I really appreciated. Eddie’s price was very fair. He was on time, he knew what he was doing, and he followed up with me to make sure everything was working properly. I would definitely use him again for future plumbing needs.

Eddie came over late after work to diagnose our sewer main problem. He came over the next day and fixed the entire system. Everything is flowing again. I called at 10:30 am explained my issue of sinks and shower backing up. Eddie said he could come by noon and he did. He quoted me on the phone for cleaning the drain, I also needed a new pipe under sink for leaks. He was very professional , got to work quickly and fixed my issue . This was the second time I needed to use their services. First time they installed a new water heater, great job , fair price, cleaned up and simply overall excellent service and work . Today they came out to clear my badly clogged kitchen drain . Being an older house, he checked everything and gave me options for the repairs. Happy to say my drain is cleared and I again received the same excellent quality service and a fair price. So glad I saved their business card . I would highly recommend Roto King. I wanted to replace a toilet, I called for a quote on a Saturday afternoon, Eddie got back to me very quickly and by Monday the new toilet was installed. Eddie was polite, pleasant, knowledgeable and charged me almost half the price I was quoted from another plumber. I would definitely use his services again.

Eddie showed up on time and is very knowledgeable. He video inspected a sewer line in our house that we were unsure of where it went. He pinpointed exactly where it ended in our yard and we found a septic system we didn't know was on the property. He was able to give recommendations on next steps and options we could do even though they were not services he does. Very happy and would recommend him.

He came to unclog my kitchen sink but also checked the pipe in the basement to be thorough, which really impressed me.
