Hello - I contacted Richard from Quality Plumbing in order to replace two outdoor spigots with frost-free faucets since my hoses had become permanently fused with the pipes. During our initial phone conversation, I provided some pictures of the work areas via text and Richard gave a reasonable quote including a coupon special. He arrived on-time and inspected the basement area first. I like that he used his own booties for inside the house. Afterwards, he showed me two styles of frost-free faucets and mentioned the pros/cons of each. Upon selecting, he and another gentleman proceeded to replace our spigots and interior valves. They were neat, clean, and very systematic. The overall process took an hour-and-a-half. At the end, Richard provided some instructions on how to winterize the faucets (yes, there's still some maintenance involved even though they are called "frost-free"). I would definitely recommend Quality Plumbing again for your indoor/outdoor plumbing needs. Thank you Richard.

I called Quality Plumbing on a Saturday morning for an emergency toilet issue. I had previously called 2 other companies hours before and Rick was the only one to pick up the phone himself and go over the issue with me. He also explained how to turn the water to the toilet off and gave me a couple of estimates over the phone. Rick gave me an eta and showed up on time. He fixed the clog in the tissue and explained that the toilet was very old and I would continue to have problems with leakage. Rick gave me a few quotes for installing a new toilet so that I could choose whatever worked best with my budget. He told me what size toilet I needed which I decided to buy myself and have delivered. Then, the upcoming Tuesday Rick came and installed the toilet doing a professional job without any mess. He also carried my old toilet to my shed as I decided to leave it there. I also will like to mention that he was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done with other plumbing issues they had. I would say my overall experience with Rick from Quality Plumbing was great. I would definitely recommend him to a friend as well as call for future plumbing needs.

Pipe in basement cracked and had water everywhere so we had to turn off the main and find someone fast. Being the week leading up to Christmas it was not easy but the team at Quality Plumbing came through. I sent two pictures, they gave me a quote via text and someone was there in under two hours. I can not say enough good things about Rich and his company. We were in a very tough situation when our sewer line backed up into the house. He originally came over to snake the line and try and clear any blockage. He tried his best but realized it was a bigger problem with his years of expertise. We ended up having to replace to whole line to the street but he was able to get to work only a day later and was very fair on the price. They were very professional and made quick efficient work of the job. They will be the only company we use now for any plumbing or drain jobs.

I hired Rick twice to do some plumbing work at my house. The first time was to add an outdoor spigot at the rear of my house. He showed up and provided a prompt quote and we scheduled the work. The day of the job he and his partner finished the job quickly and I was satisfied with the final result. The second time I hired Rick was to replace an entire shower valve assembly. This was on an emergency basis as the cartridge was worn out and leaking water on the kitchen ceiling. Rick was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and provide me with some shower valve options. He was also able to squeeze me in the next day based on the fact that I was a repeat customer. We called the company for a quote on a hydronic baseboard heating project, new water heater, and to inquire about mysterious knocking noises that came with our 1720 house. A few days later Rick came over and within a week from that our heating elements were installed and the source of pipe knocking, a massively outdated well tank, was replaced alongside our new electric water heater. (My family and I joked about not hearing the heartbeat of the house anymore but truly it is a welcomed silence). Very pleased with the quick and professional services, as well as the very reasonable pricing. We plan on contacting Rick again for future projects during my family's quest to update this old house.

I called the company Friday morning and spoke to Rich asking for a quote. He gave me a very honest and detailed response and even provided me with helpful information since he knew i was a new homeowner. I spoke to about 7 other plumbers in the area and when asking for quotes they were over priced/weren't willing to provide me with ball park price and many times were rude. I decided to go with Rich and he fit me in for an early morning Saturday appointment. He was ontime, informative, personable, and reasonably priced. He didn't try to sell extra products and did his job. Here's the way all plumbers should operate: On a Friday evening, I saw Quality's rating on a well known site that rates home service providers. I filled out the site's contact form and hit "Submit". Within a half hour, Richard, the owner had phoned me! We discussed my hot water heater replacement. He asked if I had pictures, which I did. I emailed them to him. He was back before the evening was over with a pledge to send me a quote before the weekend ended. On Sunday night, I received his quote, which was very competitive. We arranged installation and he said he'd arrive at 7:30 AM on a specific Monday. He did. Newer, clean truck. He and his helper were dressed in clean clothes. Installation was flawless. He wore shoe covers in the house so as not dirty the floors. Left the cellar immaculate. My wife said he was polite and informative. Even changed some valves at no charge on another heater I had. I've already recommended Richard and won't hesitate to use him in the future. He's a tribute to his trade!

I called and they gave me some advice of things to try and said if it didn’t work to call back, my toilet was backed up and I had to get it resolved on weekend, got call back right away they came out in a few hours and we’re able to resolve the situation and gave recommendations on how to avoid having same issues in future - ty so much
