We needed our septic tank pumped, so called around as we’re new to the neighborhood. Some of the companies were either unfriendly or sounded disorganized when inquiring about cost and scheduling. We went with Danny Miller Plumbing, because of how professional yet friendly they were on the phone. So glad we did! They promised to call the day of service with a specific time to arrive and they did! They even sent a text saying who would be taking care of the tank, with their name and photo (Jeremy)! Jeremy was so pleasant to chat with, was professional, polite and did a great job. If ever we need any plumbing help again, Danny Miller will be our go-to company!

Called in a water heater problem (pilot light would not ignite burner) early in the morning. Received a confirmation same day scheduling call later in the morning followed up shortly by a visit from the Technician. After an evaluation of the 7 year old water heater and a clear explanation of the problem we agreed that a new, more efficient water heater was the best solution. A cost estimate was provided and agreed to. Following a short break a new water heater arrived on site with 2 additional technicians. The old water heater was removed along with its plumbing and the new, larger and much more efficient water heater was installed safely and efficiently. Excellent service with a professional installation. Highly recommended!

Bought a LG dishwasher from Home Depot that HD and LG sent 3 different installers, 1 plumber and a LG tec. None of then could accomplish the install. But your Tech did. He is my hero. Purchased the dishwasher on 9/8 , HD install 1 attempt on 9/13, HD install 2 attempt 9/22, LG rep 10/, HD plumber 10/3 then finally my hero plumber today. Thankyou

They came out and fixed my problems quickly and did a thorough job explaining in detail everything that was wrong with my setup initially (from previous house owners), the remedy, and then everything involved with it (parts needed and how to fix it the right way.) I now know a great deal more about what I have under the ground and what it is all for. I was charged fairly, considering everything I just said. I would definitely use them again, although with as good a job as they did it will likely be quite some time before I need their services again!

I want to give special thanks to Danny Miller Plumbing and it’s office staff and the truck driver George ( vacuum truck) . The ministry I serve in was in a bind the septic tank was full had to have the tank vacuumed. I called after 5 and left a message and the staff respond the next morning. The truck came that afternoon and vacuumed the tank. This was the second time since November. Both times they responded promptly Great job guys 👍🏻 Mr Miller you have a great team!

I haven't actually used their service yet. However, being new to this area I found myself with a few questions about issues I needed to resolve and/or be more assured of. I called Danny Miller Plumbing and am I glad I did! Mr. Miller listened to my questions/concerns and answered all of them completely! Even though I had already explained that we were not ready to schedule any work, he was very thorough with his explanations and spent about 15 - 20 minutes putting me at ease. I really enjoyed talking with him and he is definitely our new "go to" guy in our new location!

My washing machine backed up last week and I had water all over my garage. I called Danny Miller Plumbing about 9 a.m. and had two technicians at my house before noon. The technicians were courteous, professional and performed the job expeditiously. I could not be happier with their service and the fee charged. I pray I do not need a plumber any time soon, but should the need arise Danny Miller will be the only company I will call.

I am Pastor John Mayfield; I hated to do it on a Holiday but I had to call Danny Miller on Good Friday Morning a little after 8am April 10, 2020 to have my Septic Tank pumped. Elaine who answered the phone was Super Nice and she had someone out within the hour. The service man was named Jeremy and he was a Very Nice Young Man and he had my tank cleaned in about an hour. Great Company with Great People. I will use them again at my two houses and the church.

Had a backed up sink that was linked to my AC drain and we were flooding. I wasn't able to get an appt right away but it wasn't an emergency, just a minor inconvenience. $150 service fee just to show up, then another $100 per hour. Overall $165 to pull a hairball out of the pipe. They did it in about 20 minutes and I'm rethinking my career choices. At the end of the day, it's fixed and the guys were professionals and cleaned up everything.
