Bissett Plumbing was assigned to do work on my HVAC system by AHS my home warranty contractor. Jay came out quickly and assessed the problem. Told me it would be about 3 days to get the parts he needed due to my system being 17 years old. 3 days later he showed up and had everything running within 20 minutes. Working with this company was a pleasant experience. I only wish the parts could have be local and I wouldn't have had to sweat it out for 3 days but I cant blame them for that. Thanks again and I would highly recommend them. Jay was super!

Very friendly company! I worked with Rhonda in the office initially just to discuss a few issues I was having (between our A/C and my home warranty). The negative reviews worried me a bit, But I work with warranties a lot and understand specifications/ limitations businesses like these have. Billy, our technician, was so fast and so efficient. He diagnosed the problem, part ordered and installed within 1 business day. I am highly impressed and am glad I gave Bissett Plumbing a chance. They are awesome. Thank you Rhonda and Billy!

I was pretty worried (after reading the other reviews) when AHS (American Home Shield) assigned Bissett to come fix my a/c. But, my experience was very positive. The technician was on time, efficient, & very friendly. The problem was low freon & he filled it immediately. I don't like the way AHS handles freon, but that isn't Bissett's fault. The technician told me up front what the freon costs were before doing any work. I'm happy with the service I received.

Wrong or misinformed

I've used them many times. Jay has come out and told me what to do to fix the problem and not charged me. He is the only person the understands the Carrier Infinity system. Yes, they are slow and the woman answering the phone lacks bedside manners, but I would use them anytime.
