So far so good. I recently had my second service with them. First time was AC leak and they replaced the pipe. This time I had a clog in the flush line of AC. It was an easy visit, the prices are very reasonable. The guys are very helpful with other suggestions for the future. Absolutely no pressure. They come in and do the job. Very open to other questions I asked. They are now who I'm using going forward.

They came out to my home after Roto-Rooter misdiagnosed my issue. They came out and gave me a free quote and installed a camera in the pipes to see the issue. Then they came the next day and dug up my pipes and replaced them for only $750 when Roto-Rooter told me $2500. And did all of that without actually meeting me. We only talked over the phone and via my security system. Did the work and send me a e-mail invoice. I watched them working on my cameras. They had. 4 people on the job and was completed very quickly. Highly recommend.

I called this company because we had a line stopped up outside a commercial building. They came out within an hour, located the problem, and repaired it on the spot. The technician who came out showed me what he found, explained the estimate of what it would take to fix it and the cost to do so, and performed the work. When he was finished, he went over the bill with me and explained the charges, which were less than estimated. This is how service companies are supposed to run. A lot of others could take some lessons from these guys. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

The people who own and work with this company are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They will treat you how you treat them. I have NEVER worked with a company for repairs that felt more like a friendship than a business transaction. I would definitely refer this group of people to anyone needing a honest price and great service.

A very pleasant experience. We had our kitchen sink clogged and after calling four different companies, they were able to come to my home the same day. Unfortunately, the first visit did not remedy the problem like we thought, but when we called back two days later, Daren was able to send another tech out with no additional cost. Both techs we dealt with were pleasant and friendly and gave courtesy calls to notify me when they were on their way. I highly recommend!

The plumber arrives between 10 am and noon as promised. Oscar and his assistant were respectful, professional and well- groomed. He completed the job in under 30 minutes despite the fact that the bathroom is from the 60's and not exactly state-of-the-a.r.t I was very happy with the result. Highly recommended.

I called A Royal Flush Plumbing this morning at 8:00 am and had a new gas water heater installed and a clog removed within a few hours. They deserve a higher rating than 5, but that is the limit. Fast, friendly, fair priced with quality products and professional service. Just can't beat it!

First of all they could put pizza deliverers out of business with their INCREDIBLY TIMELY response time! Literally on site within an HOUR, but no emergency service charge just PROMPT and efficient! These folks are great! I called on a Sunday and got a response within 2 hours. My situation wasn't an emergency. They were willing to come out first thing Monday but my schedule didn't allow so I scheduled it for Tuesday morning 0830. By 0800 I'd received a text notification saying the crew would be there by 0830, no later than 0900. The crew called at 0810 to let me know they were 14 mins out!! Grateful for them keeping me in the loop on their timeframe. Also, fair price for through drain cleaning -- they had to snake my drain lines some 50 feet to clear the issue. Thanks guys!! Will be keeping your number in my home repairs listing!
