I called a few different places and Rooters was one of the ones that offered a free inspection. Jay spent the time to thoroughly inspect and test everything, ask me questions, and take the time to understand the issues. Great customer service, friendly and personable. He generated a few different quote options and didn’t apply pressure to make me sign anything. Another company spent only a few minutes with a visual inspection and quoted me a far greater price. He repaired everything just as he stated he would and so far it all seems to be working great. They gave a year warranty in case anything fails. The only issue I had was they made a mistake that is on me to repair. They cut a hole in my ceiling only to find the pipes were not where they thought they would be. It turned out they were easily accessible from the basement and a hole was never needed. Overall I recommend them.

I had a pipe burst in my house in the early morning hours of Christmas Eve, and Mr. Rooter was the only company I contacted who got back to me. The dispatcher I talked to was unbelievably kind and helpful, and Neil, the Professional who came to fix my house house was fantastic. A true Professional who took the job seriously, explained everything to me along the way, and answered my dumb questions as well. Cannot recommend Neil and Mr. Rooter enough. Very, very thankful for them, and incredibly impressed with all the work he did!

We had Mr Rooter come out to look at a leak that was coming out of our main garbage disposal. They were the only company that we called that was able to come in and look the next day, with a new baby at home we needed to be able to use our sink as quickly as possible. Jay was able to quickly assess the situation and work through the problem quickly. He was professional and was able to fix the problem quickly. We will definitely be using them again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

We received a text message with a photo before our professional arrived, he was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I have had professionals out before that charged much more than Mr. Rooter and spent much of their time replying to text messages .... in short. I will call Mr. Rooter for all of our plumbing needs and I will recommend unconditionally that you should give them a call. Out of all the plumbers, repair men and contractors that came to repair a water damage claim in our basement, this group was my absolute favorite. They identified a bigger issue, quoted it up and finished same day. They are professional, have excellent communication, do great work and above all they were concerned with fixing our problem as top priority. From what was just a clog that turned into bypassing rusted galvanized piping, none of it felt like a disaster and the pricing was very affordable. They are my go to plumber now.

Dakota Latchaw is an EXCELLENT technician. I was new to the house and sewer layout, he knew just what to do, was dogged to work through the little niggles that always crop up, and finished the job successfully! Bright, personable, intelligent and helpful. I'll insist on him again. I'm a Mechanical Engineering Professor and Professional Engineer, so I may have been more of a Supervisory pain I the neck than i was worth, but he did an excellent job of working with me, gently correcting me if he had a different opinion, and was always polite, energetic, and persistent with the job! Ask for him by name! I certainly will!!!!

We’re punctual and very fast in finding cause, also taught me the why’s and how to avoid problems in the future. Austin and Drew were both very professional and helpful during their visits. We called on a Friday morning and they were able to come address our problem the same day. Austin was unable to locate the issue using his equipment but was very helpful and honest regarding our options. Drew then came with more sophisticated equipment and was very helpful explaining what he was doing and any concerns that he had while performing our sewer line cleanout. He was also able to address a clog in a separate drain that we were experiencing and gave us good recommendations to prevent an issue like this from re-occurring. I appreciated their knowledge regarding the issues and they were not pushy with any other services. I felt the prices were reasonable for what was performed. I would use Mr. Rooter again for any future plumbing issues in our home.

I had an urgent plumbing issue, googled plumber reviews and choose Mr Rooter with my fingers crossed. The coordinator Ashley was professional and helpful. She fit me in the next morning and kept me up to date until the technician arrived. Early. The service tech Jay was experienced and knowledgeable and able to access the problem quickly. It took a few hours to resolve with a parts run and my addition of a faucet replacement to completely resolve all issues. Throughout all Jay was positively professional and polite. Friendly, helpful, patient. He actually went above and beyond what I had expected. When he was done cleaning up you couldn’t tell he had been there. The cost was competitively priced and reasonable. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I highly recommend Mr Rooter and will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Ended up getting a few services done Hook up for laundry in basement New black pipe and fittings for gas stove New shut off valve and waterline for fridge I was also assisted in getting some basic "you don't know what you don't know" information and help as well. Like knowledge about setting my water heater temp and fixing my shower scald protection thing. The plumber was professional, helpful, really wanted to inform me of where shut offs were and how things work so that I'm better prepared in the future. He even came back on his off day because the original day he scheduled to help he ended up not having the parts required. Overall it was affordable and I can't complain.

Had some main sewer line clogging. technician Jay came to service my home and was very professional and informative. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was upfront about the pricing then got right to work. He cleaned out my sewer line and informed me of the reasoning behind the clogging, also informed me about bellowing in the pipe line which I already knew about, but was still nice to acknowledge. He offered to do more thorough cleaning of the sewer line and remove the roots in the line. Spent a pretty penny, but my service was not diminished in any way and provided the highest quality of work the whole time. Will plan to have more work completed in the future with the company Mr. Rooter. Thanks!

The problem we thought we had was much less than anticipated and they were able to cleanly cut in and repair the pipes and install new valves where we needed. I have used Mr. Rooter on a few different occasions now and have had a consistent and reliable experience. They are easy to schedule with, get you in quickly, and provide great notifications regarding your service appointment. Today, they came out to fix a slow leak in our shower. After identifying the location of the leak, they tightened the seal and were on their way in about 20 minutes. I went to grab my wallet and they said "not this time; we appreciate your business." Great company, I highly recommend!

Mark Ippel was my service technician. He was prompt, very personable, and did great work. He put down a drop cloth to protect my kitchen floor, cleaned up under sink and carried out garbage with HEAVY old disposal unit for me. Installed new disposal and installed all new pipes inside. Of course he ran the new unit and made sure all was flowing nicely. He gave me some very helpful tips and explained everything he did and why. I'd highly recommend Mr. Rooter! If I ever have plumbing problems again (knock on wood I don't), if possible I'd ask for same technician. 😃

If there was a hundred star rating that's what I would give Mr. Rooter!!! These guys are awesome. We had a plumbing problem (1 of many living in a tri-level home for the last 11 years), I had called another company (Mountaineer Plumbing) first to come out, what a joke! The guy quoted me $1500 for jetting our pipes. Mr. Rooter saved the day for such a reasonable price and on top of that, were so kind and so thorough. You guys definitely gained loyal customers for the future if need be. Thank you!

I like that they were available immediately to give a free quote. The dispatch office was friendly and communicated with me frequently until the service took place. The technician Jay was not only great on the eyes but was very nice and very accommodating. He worked diligently to resolve the plumbing issues. I would say he worked over the call of duty he wanted to make sure he tried more than once to fix the problems. Although, it was a bigger job than anticipated he was very sorry but yet offered other solutions that may help with free quote first. I felt this was a great service choice and would recommend them again. I also got a $50 discount anything that could help lower. The price was fair considering all what he had to do. I called several top plumbers they were either extended to after hours which costly and/or couldn't get me in immediately. They also are greedy they charge to just come out which I think sucks. But when your a big top company they scalp you dry! Great company give them a try first!

I called on the day before Thanksgiving trying to get a leak fixed and find out why my hot water was not working. They said they would be out by Friday and I was fine with that but a little down because I would have to deal with the leak and have no hot water on Thanksgiving. I set up the appointment but politely asked if they could keep me in mind if they have any cancellations but I wasn't really expecting anything to happen. Not too long after that, they called me and told me they had a cancellation and hey could come on that same day! Then they called me again and said that a repair man was on his way! I was amazed at how quickly all of that happened! They repaired my problems within 45 minutes with a fair price all in time for Thanksgiving. I couldn't have asked for better service! I highly recommend!

Plumbers (Adam and Andrew) just left my home. They were great!! Super nice and professional. They thoroughly explained the “root” of the issue that was causing our main pipe line to back up. They took a camera and showed us the pipes (after they cleared them out) all the way to the main sewer line from an iPad view which was really neat to see. They gave us a status of where we were at with the wear/tear on our pipes and gave us their honest opinion on how we move forward in the most efficient way. The price was reasonable and the communication from the entire team (plumbers and office) was great! Highly recommend this company for any plumbing issue.

Installed a new supply line on the toilet which is a better choice, which seemed above and beyond, so I’m glad that was done. My only complaint was discovering water had gotten into the basement. We have a storage area directly under the bathroom, and one large bucket was half full of water. Not sure at what point that happened, but some of the items in the bucket are ruined - nothing extremely valuable fortunately. Other than that, a great job.

He is extremely knowledgeable and his customer service is beyond top notch with out him I would have given them 2/5 stars due to the call center female working there Shiela. She was just not easy to deal with on the phone with her short temper. He got the job done but could have spent a little more time cleaning the roots out of the pipes. Shop around for better pricing if you wanna save some of your hard earned money.

When it turned out to be roots in the drain, it cost another $760 to run their pressure cutter through the pipe, and then $64 for a 64oz bottle of their drain cleaner to help keep things clear afterwards.

Highly recommend Darrell! I received a call from both the call center and a personal call from Darrell stating that he was running behind. Immensely appreciated the advanced notice about the delayed start to our appointment. Adam of Mr. Rooter spent enough time to show me what was clogging my main sewer drain and ran a video feed 100' thru the drain all the way out to the street so that we could inspect the integrity of the drain. We found a section where the top portion of the drain was missing, and exposed to dirt and of course we found tree roots. He also rootered out one of the other floor drains and put it back into working condition. Now I can use my new Utilatub with confidence that it'll drain cleanly. Adam came out on a Saturday evening and had to circle back with a better machine. Kudos to Adam and his team (the dispatcher) for solving my big messy problem within only a few hours of calling.
