Fast, thorough, and professional service. Highly recommend! Jon H. arrived on time to fix our clogged kitchen sink. He was extremely courteous, explained everything he did, and was just all around a great professional. He asked if we had any other plumbing concerns, so we asked about some problematic outdoor spigots. He communicated back to the office as this was beyond his scope and within 30 minutes Frank arrived and diagnosed the issue. He was able to rebuild both spigots during the same service visit, and just like Jon, Frank demonstrated the utmost professionalism and care. These guys take great pride in their work and made me feel comfortable. Not only was their work excellent, but they took the time to explain the repairs and educate me on proper maintenance - definitely recommend Lascko!!!

Hello! The first call we made to your company was hot water tank repair. It was a very good experience with servicemen Cory. We decided to purchase your service contract that was very easy on our budget. It was time for our furnace inspection and this was again a very good experience. The secretary pre called Matt’s arrival shortly before he arrived. His appearance was clean with proper tools to check our system. The process was completed in a timely fashion plus time to answer all my questions. He also gathered all the information about our unit for future service. He also went outside to check the A/C unit. He did discover that our capacitor was 1/2 charged and suggested that next spring we might need to replace it. This company is 5 star quality when your home needs attention 24 hrs 7 days a week! The entire experience was fantastic. They were open earlier then others, but very polite to chat with at 7am when I called about my broken heater. Their technician Ian was prompt, respectful of of our home, professionally dressed, insightful and very knowledgeable. Way above other services I have called previously. He educated me on several things I should be aware of without being pushy, and got my furnace working in very short order. If you need HVAC work done, I recommend starting with Lascko.

My shower valve snapped off leaving the water turned on so I had to turn off water to the house. Lascko was able to make it out 1st thing the next day. They were able to replace just the valve cartridge vs installing a new valve. In about an hour it was good to go. I’m very happy with the response and quick fix. Having a service contract from a prior hot water installation probably prioritized my service so it was well worth it.

Steve and Kamren cabled about 40ft of drain for me after my kitchen sink backed up. Steve shared a lot of expertise about the house’s plumbing in general so I know what to watch out for in the future, and Kamren did a great job with the cabling and cleanup. They thoroughly tested the drain after cabling it to ensure they hadn’t just done a hack fix. Lascko itself is a bit pricey but their technicians seem great.

He had been out a year before to perform a maintenance check. He also told me about closing the humidifier duct and turning the humidifier control to zero during cooling season.

We added an AC unit, had the furnace and water heater replaced, and all the pipes replaced. I was so happy to finally get my gas line moved so that I am able to use my gas grill on my new deck, without having to walk down steps and possibly falling. On January 30, 2023, I was scheduled for a maintenance inspection for hot water heaters and my new mini-splits. Even though I forgot about the appointment and was 4 hours late in calling them back, they were accommodating and sent Technician Matt K. out right away. While Matt was here I expressed concern about water from a leak in the skylight that was at risk of dripping into one of the units. Matt offered to construct an overhang so the risk was eliminated. He went and bought materials that day and did the job. Many thanks to Lascko for their flexibility and to Matt for his understanding of the urgency of protecting the mini-split unit.

The service we received from our technicians, Connor and Edgar, was top notch, 100%, A+! Our AC started acting up during the night but thankfully they were to our house before noon the next day! Not only were they quick with getting out, they went above and beyond with fixing our issue. They found additional issues that if not fixed could have ended up causing huge issues down the road and spending a lot of $$$$. Sometimes other companies can come out, fix what needs to be done and then leave. They took the time to explain in detail what was going on, why it is important to fix, what would happen if not fixed and how they were going to fix it. They stayed later to ensure everything was up to standards and running it should. We are not AC experts but after having Edgar and Connor take the time to explain this to us we feel like we are now! Just bought a new house and found out 48hrs before moving in that the current water softener system was rented from a different company and needed to be removed or have the current contract handed over to us. Based on what the current equipment looked and how the water smelled, Lascko was my first call. Within 24hrs they were at our house, inspected our water, and designed a whole new system to meet our needs. Additionally, Mike Sullivan lent his expertise to a recently found leak and went above and beyond to help us figure out what was going on and even helped set up a game plan to address the issues. Enough can not be said about their professionalism as he went out of his way to ensure my wife understood everything that we discussed because, unlike me, she does not have an engineering degree and works with water systems in a pharmaceutical application all the time. He was even very kind and friendly to our kids and answered all of their questions and even left them some coloring books which they are both enjoying. I will continue to use this company as they have stood behind their work and work with and for you and not the other way around where they are out to try and sell high-priced gimmicks for a quick profit. Bought a new HVAC system from them in 2017 and just recently the AC seemed to be under performing. Gave them and call and less than 24 hours, someone was at our house and had the unit back up and running to full efficiency. The field technician was very professional and even interacted with our kids and all of their questions of what was going on and why. I highly recommend them and their services to anyone who might be looking.

I own a Victorian home, and wasn’t sure if they were able to help me with this project, I’m very happy that they made this whole experience very painless. They were very friendly and informative. Cory installed a irrigation water meter, back flow prevention valve, and associated piping. To allow us to install outdoor lawn irrigation. The meter add is a requirement by the city of North Muskegon so the homeowner only pays for water usage eliminating the sewer charges on irrigation water. The company coordinates with the city for shut offs and turn ons to minimize the service interruption time. The time out of service was less than 2 hours! Dan and Steve were my installers for a new 50 gallon water heater, water softener, and reverse osmosis drinking water system. They also replaced a leaking cast iron drain pipe. They showed up on time and completed all of the items in a single day. We noted a low output pressure condition on the reverse osmosis system, later that evening. As soon as Lascko was notified of the condition, they scheduled Dan out for a second visit, where he quickly identified and resolved the issue. At the same time, Dan went above and beyond to also help locate and repair a small natural gas leak that wasn't even related to the installation work done by Lascko. Mike not only fixed the leak, he recommended replacing the water heater and the pipes to it when he noticed the corrosion, and a slow leak in the pipe. He not only replaced it, but put in a shut off valve for both the supply water and the hot water. The faucet wouldn't fit properly, so he took the initiative to cut down a washer so it was installed correctly - saying that he wouldn't want it not right in his house, so would do it right in our house. He left everything clean, and we appreciate him wearing boot covers inside. Lascko will have our next plumbing job, too!

We had our ac installed a year a go and it seemed to go well so we were happy. We weren't really explained the in and outs of the system but it's a.c. right? Wrong. So this year we had to call as things just didn't seem to be working as good. Connor showed up at our door and did an amazing job. We didn't get just a new furnace, but it was like an entire new install. Our furnace was over 40 yrs old and we decided it was time for a new one. John and Adam came the first day to get the old beast out of the crawl space. Then Adam worked with Frankie & Connor to finish the installation over the next few days, including a new exhaust system, a/c, and moving a register, as well as taking out the old exhaust pipe in the attic that was attached to the chimney. I've worked with Lascko on two occasions - once for an HVAC tune-up, once for plumbing and sewer issues. Lascko is a finely tuned machine, to be sure. They seem to outsource a portion of their customer service, which works out well as many contractors tend to lack in their customer service and scheduling. Lascko shows up on time, and are often available substantially sooner than any other contractors. But, they clearly follow classic sales protocols. They will present three options: low priced, middle of the road, and high priced. The idea will be to upsell you. Fortunately, you have no obligation to say yes. They'll give you Lascko branded leave-behinds like grocery lists. They'll give you coupons for future work and discounts via a service plan. They'll offer financing through FTL, a company that I cannot recommend after financing the initial plumbing work through Lascko. Take all of that how you will - for some people, it's truly beneficial. For me, these factors were a turn off. The fear tactic of an exaggerated sense of urgency implemented by the plumber I worked with turned me off the company for good, though. He did validate the idea to always get a second (and third) opinion for me, though. Their rates are quite high compared to every other contractor I've worked with. Notably, I was quoted $11k for a repair I ended up paying $3k for elsewhere. That said - sometimes you cannot avoid paying up for work, as these folks offer valuable trade skills. They deserve to be fairly compensated. In my instance, I couldn't justify the $8k difference for the same work. All that said, they seem to know what they're doing and I have no doubt that you can trust them to do the job well. They seem to take good care of their employees. They do a good job of making themselves available. But, for me the salesmanship and high rates have assured they wouldn't be my first (or even second) call in the future.

Really great service! My first non-emergency call was still able to be easily scheduled just a few days out with a guaranteed time first thing in the morning. Unfortunately I bought a house not knowing that all the plumbing to the outside had been cut off in the crawlspace. Frank was the plumber who came for the appointment and he was very personable and professional. He gave me several options for how to fix the problem and once I made my selection, he got started right away.
