Called at 3:30 pm one day for an appointment. The phone was answered immediately and an appointment was made for the next morning. They showed up 5 minutes early. Kong unplugged the kitchen drain and roto rooted it out to the main sewer line. He was done in about 35 minutes. Excellent service! I was expecting a $500 bill but the charge was $275. This place is my new go to plumber! And, 2 days later I’m still waiting for a return call from the first place I called! This place rocks!

I had a new Rheem hot water heater installed by my builder, it was put in dangerously wrong. After many breakdowns it was finally agreed to replace it but not cover the labor so I was referred to All Flo Plumbing for the reinstall. Katie is the office was fantastic as first contact and the next day they were here with the new unit. Very fair cost after calling around, licensed and insured. Highly recommend.

Reached out on a Tuesday morning for a laundry drain backing up and had a technician out later Tuesday morning. John did an excellent job get the drain cleared (It was a hair scrunchie in the drain) and explained everything he did and gave recommendations for keeping the drain working as efficient as possible for the future. We are a self-managed condominium association. We had not had All Flo do any plumbing work but the company name and number was given to us by another plumbing business that could not work us into their schedule. Their tech was here on time and quickly unplugged a kitchen sink drain then unclog the pipe leading to the basement. We called with an emergency one late Sunday evening with another clogged and backed up kitchen sink. Josh worked hard and efficiently to remedy that situation. The dispatcher even texted me to let me know when to expect him to arrive. About a week later, we noticed a slow leak from a sewer pipe in our basement that needed a new gasket and the co-owner's two toilets needed new seals. The respose was rapid and taken care of quickly. Each time the techs has even thoroughly cleaned up the areas when they were working. I would recommend this company to individual or business owner/manager that needed their services. We are planning to do more preventive maintenance on a regular schedule starting very soon. Thank you so much, All Flo! We will definitely be calling to schedule the work with you when we need it.

Andy was the technician who came - on schedule as promised and I was called ahead to know exactly when he would arrive. Andy was very professional and knowledgable in assessing the problem and quickly fixed it. The current design of the drain system for our minisplit condensate line is marginal. Andy took photos and is taking that info back to the other plumbers at All-Flo to recommend a better long term design. Great service!

Last night found sewage backed up in our basement - contacted All-Flo and they got a guy out here (Kevin) first thing the next morning. Extremely professional and polite - I chose the jet, even though it was more expensive, because it was the best option. I had All-Flo do the jet on our pipes 5 years ago (5/12/13) - my neighbors said that they have to rent a 200 lbs. auger from home depot every year. I'm completely satisfied with the quality of the job because you actually SEE EVERYTHING and that gives me a peace of mind that the job is actually DONE RIGHT. This is a great company and they have great employees that know what they are talking about - thank you All-Flo!!!

I have had All-Flo plumbing come out for different types of plumbing issues at my home( clogs, leaks, etc). They have always responded very quickly. They show up when they say are coming within timeframe they say or the time they say. For the work I had done this time, which was a drain clog. They were fast at getting it unclogged. I also knew it was time for me to change the drum trap since it was original to our home( that is around 70 yrs old). They did it very quickly and the price was very fare. I will keep using them for all my plumbing issues.

Thank you for the lady received my calls and was able to adjust the service time for me several times due to I was in and out of house for the kids. I am very happy they can come the same day I called. Andy is very professional, we had a bathtub and a bathroom sink were clogged at same time. Super nice guys and did the work quickly with beautiful results. He was honest about the price and I wasn't sticker shocked at the end because I knew what to expect. My project went as far back as replacing some of the cast iron and galvanized piping. Only took them about 4 hours to do quite a bit of work. Called their office this morning from a reference to my ongoing contractor and handy-man; told me they were the best. He wasn’t lying. Scheduled from 3pm-5pm. Showed up a little after 5pm no problem, Tim called me to repeatedly apologize; told him no worries at all it’s a Friday. Let’s go with the flow! From the lady who answered the phone to Tim (on call guy), down to Ken who did the physical work; AMAZING! I would suggest them to anyone as a first call for any plumbing needs. They were up front, professional, and extremely clean. Ken ran through everything from possible issues, fixes, and timelines for future preventative maintenance. I, as well, optioned for the pricier “water jet” system; what’s an extra bit of money for peace of mind. After all if you are not willing to spend the little extra on your house for safety/security; where are you willing to spend your money? Invoice came 2 minutes after the work was done and payment was super easy (credit card) Again, nothing but good about these guys. They are definitely a new go to; and first reference to anyone!

My garbage disposal was clogged on a Saturday so I called All-Flo on Monday. They were able to have a plumber at my home that afternoon, giving a two-hour window for arrival. Their office called when the service tech was 5 or 10 minutes away and he arrived right on time. Derek was very courteous and professional. He let me know what he planned to do to solve the problem and gave me suggestions regarding what not to put in the disposal in the future. He also suggested I not use liquid drain cleaner which is very acidic and hard on pipes and told me about a product called Bio-Clean that uses natural enzymes to attack and eliminate the clog. What a great experience! Call All-Flo Plumbing for your drain cleaning and plumbing needs. You will be very happy you did!!

We had a clogged waste pipe from our kitchen sink. The technician was fantastic. He cleared the blockage and then proceeded to fix a couple other issues we had with the kitchen sink plumbing while he was there. These issues weren’t part of the original service call and he didn’t ask to fix them. I identified the issues and he was quick to offer a solution and estimate for materials and his time. He wasn’t pushy or trying to offer unnecessary services. Besides clearing the clogged waste pipe, he replaced a shut-off valve, repaired some of the plumbing for the sink that wasn’t fitting well and problem solved and fixed an issue we were having with low water pressure with the hot water to the kitchen sink. All this was completed in under 2 hours and we didn’t loose our shirt when we paid him. We will definitely use All-Flo in the future and recommend them to anyone who asks.

I wish I would of called these guys at All Flo Plumbing first. Unfortunately I called Roto-Rooter which was a big mistake. I paid to have my drain unclogged and they never ground out the roots in the sewer line just cleared the clog, telling me i had a cracked pipe near the road and pressured me to dig up my yard and replace a foot of pipe for $6000, when Roto-Rooter left I asked my wife if she recalled the roots being cleaned out in the system. we called them back and talked to the manager that said he would of used a machine that was never brought in to the house. Roto-Rooter was rude and unprofessional and would not let my wife take pictures of the camera feed when they returned to do the job correctly. I guess they didn't want evidence that their technician lied. I found information online about a internal pipe repair offered by All Flo Plumbing. I had All Flo come out and check out the problem and still discovered a near clogged pipe that was still not cleaned out, I was told that my problem was a candidate for the internal pipe repair. Total cost about $2200. All Flo Plumbing was very friendly and professional during the whole process and offered to let us watch and take pictures. They also offered any video and pictures of sewer pipe before and after on a thumb drive. Do not make my mistake by calling Roto-Rooter. Make sure your first call is to All Flo Plumbing for all your plumbing needs

We had been experiencing a clog in our sewer system. I tried a number of things my self. Finally, I called for help. In a short time, the technician found the problem, a "Baby wipe" or something similar was removed from the line. Things worked better but the technician said I think there is more; with a little more work, the clog was dislodged and water ran freely in the sewer line. We are very pleased with the work and the results!! Yes, I will use them again, if and when we have a problem.

Grand place to do business with. Totally understood my questions and were very patient with me. Adam is an exceptionally kind and understanding service plumber, explained everything and instructed me in how to avoid future problems. Dan and John spent the day getting our collapsed sewer line replaced. They kept us informed of the problems as they arose and worked hard to correct it. They respected our yard and home. I contacted All-Flo for help with an unusual basement drain issue, where I suspected the builder (back in 1984) never actually connected the drain to the sump, but instead simply ended it somewhere below the basement floor. Their technician Adam made an outstanding effort to clear out what we hoped was just a plugged drain pipe, but he ultimately also confirmed my suspicion. Thank you Adam!

I called All-Flo Plumbing to snake a kitchen sink. Dan Gager, a twenty year veteran, ran into bad buried pipe original to the 1960's house. He had several ideas about how to re-rout the kitchen sink line to a down tube from the upstairs level. I mentioned the drain tube from the washing machine was going bad also. Both lines were buried in cement on the ground level of our tri-level home. Dan came up with a very creative solution to both problems. The skill required was impressive - visualizing the problem and running the new pipes. This is a project that could have costs many thousands of dollars including breaking up the cement floor. The new pipes are run behind the washer/dryer and are hidden out of site. The project actually solved a third problem related to the discharge of our water softener. Dan Gager is highly recommended as a problem solver and expert in home plumbing.
