Epic Plumbing is truly an amazing family company. Communication was outstanding. They were punctual and professional! Their plumbers, Wayne and Juan, were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions about water heaters including the current installation codes. Before and after photos were taken which provided me a peace of mind. Not only did they replace the water heater, but fixed faucet leaks in my bathrooms. The admin support staff were also exceptional along with owner calling me and providing me with additional information! Finally their cost was reasonable. Highly recommend!

Epic Plumbing provided knowledgeable service especially in helping me investigate which hot water equipment to proceed with after my current gas fired tank failed. The installation crew was professional and were quick and efficient in their installation. I was very happy with the deeper overflow pan they provided and inclusion of a water sensor in the pan included in the scope for that hoping-this-will-never-happen again water leak. They were very attentive to my needs and concerns. I will call them again for future plumbing work.

It was Jordan and another man who I didn’t get his name, but both of them were great. The installation was fast and efficient even with the difficult location of our water heater. They were out within the hour. David was excellent. He explained everything. He invited me to watch the video with the camera after he cleaned everything out. He found out that it's probably on the city side, so let me know the procedure to call them and let them know what was going on. Their guy was out within an hour, too. David stayed to explain to him what he had found with the camera. Si Environmental put in a work order. So, hopefully, they get to it soon. I really don't know the going price for this type of work but we are happy with the service!

Winter storm December 2022 froze some pipes with the potential for damage to newly renovated home. Requesting the installation of a valve to isolate the frozen section of pipe. Jesus arrived within a few hours on Friday before Christmas Eve. Did a great job installing the valve, actually thawing the pipes and insulating exposed pipes in the attic. We have used them several times in the past and they have always done a great job. Highly recommend.

We have been using Epic plumbing since our pipe in our attic froze in the 2021 freeze. This began an extensive, very long remodel with 2 insurance claims related to plumbing. All the outstanding work was done by Epic. We have now had them repipe our entire house with pex and added a tankless water heater and whole home water filtration system in 2022. We had used other plumbers some good some never again, but Epic is our go to since 2021. Todd and His team will do their best. Thank you to the whole Epic Family!

Wish the extra runs were more symmetrical and square but then again, I am an engineer. Price was almost half of the other bud we got.

Excellent company! The plumber arrived during the anticipated arrival of 9-11. He performed a leak detection inspection due to an astronomically large water billI received and the landlord didn'twant to fire a plumber to do an inspection. Being a tenant, I was advised I'd have to pay a service fee which I agreed to pay. The landlord showed up also for the inspection. Everything went well and I'd recommend them to friends and family. The only thing I regret is not getting a photo of the landlords face when he realized he was wrong!!! 😔

We originally hired another plumber that we used several times in the past 10+years. They completely screwed us and left us with several issues unresolved. I was desperate to get our job completed and I called Epic Plumbing. They were very responsive to my calls and got someone out quickly to assess the issues, even though the freeze just happened and they were very busy. They were able to figure out what the previous plumber did wrong and correct those issues. We ran into additional problems when we had another toilet checked and they were able to get that resolved as well. A few minor issues popped up and they were able to get a plumber back out quickly to get those resolved. I am very happy with their service and will be using them again, but hopefully not for a long time, as our issues have been taken care by a very professional, responsive and caring team of people. The office staff was also great in keeping me informed and updated on our job.

I contacted epic plumbing to do a repipe at my grandmothers home in the middle of March. From start to finish we were scheduled a week out from the time of us approving the estimate to completion of repairs they handled everything in such a Timely manner From the very start we were extremely pleased with the professionalism their service manager she really made us feel like we were family she sent a crew out to provide us an Estimate they were extremely respectful the entire time they were providing the estimate Aswell during the repipe they never left my grandmother without water not a single night even stayed until almost 9 o clock in order to fulfill there promise to her that she would not be out of water for a single night. They were very neat with their craftsmen ship and did not leave a mess at the end of each night we are by far pleased with the service provided. Remember you get what you pay for and with epic you are paying for quality repairs with respectful technicians who care about their clients. You would be a fool to use anyone but epic plumbing for a repipe if your in the houston area. These guys really do an excellent job! Thank you guys for such a quality experience!

Mr. Chance was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough inspection and investigation to find out the problem with the ‘hammering’ pipes in the ceiling. After his diagnosis, he advised me of the steps to take to try and solve the problem. He actually took the first step by lowering the temperature of the hot water. It’s only a few hours ago. Thus far I cannot hear the hammering pipes. This call, investigation and diagnosis was done free of charge. I dare anyone to call a plumber to come to her or his home and wouldn’t have to pay a service fee. I trust Epic Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs because I know that they will do great work at a fair price. I called EPIC Plumbing regarding issues with my toilets and bathroom faucets. I was having issues with 2 out of 3 toilets and 2 out of 4 bathroom faucets. After a review of the issues, it was obvious that I needed new toilets and faucets. (Honestly, not surprising as my home is 14 years old.) Instead of replacing just the toilets and faucets I was having issues with, I replaced all 3 toilets and all 4 faucets in my bathrooms. The new toilets and faucets look and work fantastic. Truly state of the art. The work was excellent, and the cost was reasonable. Considering that home repairs are not inexpensive, I was very pleased with the overall cost of all new toilets and faucets. UPDATE: I just had a new tankless hot water heater installed in my home and I love it. (That replaced the two 40 gallon tanks.) Another job well done by Chance. He diagnosed quickly the strange noise my A/C unit's drain was making in my upstairs bathroom sink, removed and replaced a cracked sink tailpipe plus P-trap, re-routed a portion of my A/C drain line to reduce the likelihood of clogging in the future, installed shut-off valves on both drain lines to assist in future line maintenance and flushed both water heaters. All projects were done competently, at a reasonable price, in around 3 hours. Attic work was done under extremely hot/humid conditions. Epic is definitely the honest plumber! They have repaired a hot water tank system that was emptying prematurely because of how the original plumber linked them together. Now we don't run out of hot water after just one 15 minute shower. After the terrible freeze and Winter Storm Uri, Epic and Mark Worley also saved our keister when we had a leak in an outdoor faucet that was enveloped in a pillar surrounded by stucco and stone. They did the hard hammering to get to the pipe and repaired it quickly. We were so happy we could turn the water back on to the main house and could take showers again! The other great thing about these folks is communication. They stayed in contact with us to let us know how far down the list we were and when to expect someone so we could plan our day accordingly without having to sit around forever. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience.

Outstanding service! Epic answered the urgent call last Thursday at 4:59 pm for a leaking water heater. I was walked through what to do and within 30-45 minutes Shelby was at my home to diagnose the issue of needing a new water heater. Shelby took the time to explain the issue and our options. Epic repaired a break in the main water supply line to our home, which required extensive, difficult excavation under shrubs and fences, and also repaired a broken valve in the same line. This was a difficult job that required a lot of hard work. Despite their huge workload following all the freeze damage in Houston, they made our job a priority and stuck with it until it was successfully completed. We have used Epic over the years with excellent results. They may not be the cheapest, but they get it right the first time, and they stand behind their work. Our dishwasher went out and Sears couldn't repair it until we replaced the valves under our sink. I called Epic and they had someone out the next business day. They were very efficient at sending reminders of the service, calling to let me know the plumber was on the way, texting me a picture of him with his info so I knew who he was, and following up afterwards. What I thought was thoughtful and I don't know if it is standard practice but he put on booties before walking into my house. I've never had a repairman do that before. Summary: Overall, it was a good experience, and I plan to use them again. The Experience: -- I had a leak under my kitchen sink. I called one company that seemed like it had good reviews, but after ignoring me for a day, they recommended that I use Epic. Epic sent out a guy named Phillip for the next morning after checking to make sure it was OK with me to wait that long. (It was. The leak was slow and I put a bowl under it to catch the water when we washed up). Phillip was timely, nice, and took the time to explain everything (including my kids' totally irrelevant questions). I don't know enough about plumbing to know whether the price was especially low or high. He said the housing in my garbage disposal was cracked, and he was surprised it hadn't already shorted out. Phillip was very straightforward what the price depended on and what my options were in replacing it. He got a new disposal and the leak seemed fixed (he tested with a couple sinks full of water to make sure), so he cleaned up and left. But later that night I ran the dishwasher and it leaked again under the sink. When I called Epic back, they sent Phillip again without additional cost. He and the dispatcher (Heather, also very nice) both apologized for the oversight, but after examining it again, apparently there were two independent leaks, one directly through the disposal, and the other near it through the pipe from the dishwasher. Or something like that. Again, I'm not a plumbing sort of person, so I don't know if I caught everything in the explanation. What I did catch is that we have no more leaks. Yay.
