Drew was phenomenal to work with as well as Sydney! I would highly recommend, they are excellent to work with as well as everyone at Legacy, This happened the morning we were taking off for my God Daughters shower 3 hours away. Called Legacy and Drew was here in 45 minutes. I told him the situation and he got to work and in couple hours we were up and running!! We have also worked with Sydney at legacy as well. Both time we received a prompt response, a fair price and detailed courteous service. We are a very happy Client!

This is my first time ever needing to call, and rely on a plumber to work in my home. I had to google search for one as I'm new to the area still, and I came across Legacy Plumbing. I saw all the great reviews so I gave them a call and I was connected with Chandler Klemetson. After a brief conversation we agreed he should come out that night and assess my issues. After checking it out, he was able to give me a quote and suggest options to me right there at the job site. After that evening, I got a call to have someone come out, and thankfully Chandler was available that following morning immediately. He came over at 9am this morning (2/14/22) and got right to work. He installed a new sink fixture, brand new drains, new piping system, brand new garbage disposal, and he cleaned my drain out 50' from where my sink was. He was incredibly professional, could walk me through every step, explained every product to me as he installed it, and was just very knowledgeable in general. Im very pleased with how smooth the installation went, and how well they cleaned up afterwards. If anyone ever needs any plumbing needs, I highly recommend this company, and please ask for Chandler as I personally recommend him.

NORA and CHANDLER did a fantastic job today removing the old water heater, installing a new water heater,and fixing the shoddy pipes under our kitchen in our home that was not well maintained by previous owners. Since the previous owners didn't properly care for their home we have had to have many plumbing issues fixed since we purchased the home. Our new water heater looks awesome. The kitchen faucet and pipes underneath look great too. Very clean looking. This is our third time using Legacy Plumbing. I have always had an awesome experience no matter what the issue was, big or small. I am happy to pay reasonable, higher prices for the consistency from Legacy,and my ability to trust this company. I have called around in the past to different plumbers, but nobody else in the area, in my opinion matches the responsiveness, friendliness and professionalism. We have been sent a different team member every time we have called but every person Legacy has sent was always professional and friendly, and leaves the house as clean as they found it. Drew performed the install and was friendly, professional, answered all of my questions and most importantly, did great work. No one likes to have to call a plumber, but Legacy makes things better. I called and talked to Courtney who was so nice and transparent with the process. Drew D. was our plumber and was great from start to finish. He was quick and efficient from start to finish while also doing his work with care and keeping me updated every step of the way. Legacy has done some really big jobs, some smaller ones, and even cleaned up after another company didn’t do the job right. I don’t see us calling any other company in the foreseeable future.

9/10/22 Had to call Legacy today for replacement of kitchen sink faucet. Ty arrived in 15 minutes on a Saturday night and explained everything. He was very efficient and professional. Very pleased with his work. Thank you Ty for your courtesy and hard work in getting the job done. Much appreciated. Called Legacy Plumbing this morning to repair an outdoor faucet. The receptionist was very nice and explained the process. I expected a few days of wait time but they sent a plumber out within the hour. Chandler and his assistant were very professional and courteous. They provided advice as to which faucet replacement would work best for me and then showed me the difference between options. They took their shoes off when they entered the house without hesitation and cleaned up the area in which they worked. Most impressive, however, was the fact that Chandler mentioned a need for a condensate line on my water heater installed by another plumber. Drew has fixed my apt plumbing twice. He was very polite and friendly, but also professional. He remembered coming to my apt prior as well, so that was good! He is welcome to come back again as I live in an old building 😒 No complaints as he sticks to his work and cleans up his mess. He is never worried about my stack of dirty dishes or the pile of laundry my kids leave by the tub. I'd trust him if I wasn't able to be present for the repair, which is a big bonus in this world.

We've used Legacy plumbing for all our plumbing needs. They are very quick to answer the phone and usually always get us in the day I call. They're upfront about their costs and have a low ,IMO, visit rate ($50). They will quote you before they fix anything for cost. Gordon was very friendly with great communication and let my 3 year old son watch him fix the toilet 🤣. Got the job done quickly!

my sump pump was not working so I called Legacy to come out and check the service guy was Chandler. Was very nice, patient and answered all my simple questions. He was honest with what I needed and did not need at this time. So when I had water damage of course I called Legacy, who shows up but Chandler. That evening we were trying to do some work in the bathroom and inadvertently made a hole in the water pipe in the ceiling. We called Legacy Plumbing again, it was after hours and Carl came. He was professional and was able to fix the issue quickly. He told us options and the costs before starting so there were no surprises. We were pleased with his work and would definitely recommend Carl. After our initial work was completed our washer would not drain and flooded our floor. We called Legacy and they came right out. This time Chandler and Spenser came out. Both were professional and methodical to find the issues. In the process they also related that our ejector pit needed a new pump. Options and costs were explained before starting the work so there were no surprises. They were respectful of our home, removing their shoes and cleaning up afterwards. They did a GREAT job and we were very pleased!! I would most definitely recommend them. We hired Legacy Plumbing to replace a tub and surround in our basement. The plumbing was not up to code so they had to jack hammer to bring it up to code. In addition, they replaced the shut off valves in three bathrooms. The had to replace the drain pipe from the upstairs tub and shower. They also replaced all of the trim (shower, faucet, and back plate) in all three bathrooms. They added grab bars to the new tub and shower. In addition, they added a Reverse Osmosis water system. Finally, they added an outside water faucet. It was a big project that took 31/2 days. Matt was the lead plumber who was here every day. In addition Brent, Tanner, and Dallas were here helping. All four were EXCELLENT! We have a small dog and all were good to her. They came when they said they would be here and cleaned up after themselves each day. They used drop cloths to protect our floors as much as possible. Our house was built in 1977 and there were challenges. Also, we added some things to the project. With each step they explained what was needed and the cost. The work that they have done looks great. The final cost was close to the bid and there were no surprises. We couldn't be more pleased and would HIGHLY recommend Legacy Plumbing. We have had Legacy Plumbing come before to replace our water heater and fix a toilet. They were very good with those service calls as well.

Shout out to Legacy Plumbing for some quick and great work today. We have so much snow here and the melt is going to be quick. I had no idea how old my sump pump was because it came with the house. Flooding is a concern this spring. Called at noon to set up a sump pump check and they swung by at 2! By 5, my eroded sump pump was replaced along with a battery backup and they checked the water heater and faucets for water pressure, fixed a few other things. Really good people. I believe great service should be recognized and shared. Very impressed with Lucas and Gordon and the entire Legacy experience. #legacyplumbing

Legacy Plumbing is great at communicating with customers, provides quality workmanship, knowledgeable, timely, efficient, and affordable. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing projects. Legacy Plumbing installed a battery backup sump pump in my house. They came out and looked at my system, free of charge, and provided a quote with multiple options. They were very knowledgeable and honest. They did not try to push “extras” or unnecessary items. The price to perform the work was fair and the time in which they were able to complete the project was suburb. They were punctual and kept in contact with me through the project. Within a week of sending them an inquiry, wondering what system I could get, Legacy Plumbing was able to actually install my system. One additional note…… The plumber who completed this project noticed my bypass pipe was not supported. He installed a few anchors to support the tube (which should have been done when the house was built). The anchors support the PVC so it doesn’t flop around when the pump is moving water through the tube. As simple as it is, it’s the little things like that that show the quality and attention to detail of their work. They noticed a potential issue and fixed it because it’s the right thing to do.

Before we discovered Legacy we used L*ney's. L*ney's used 1.5 in diameter piping instead of 2 in and installed in the incorrect place leading to tons of laundry backups and water all over our basement floor. L*ney's even came back to "fix" the backing up problem and cleaned out our pipes and we still had constant backups. We thought we just had to deal with lots of buildup in the pipes. Last Summer Legacy identified and fixed the problem with the pipe work and explained what they corrected and also installed a laundry sink we purchased. It was great to have that problem finally solved. We have not had one instance of water backing up after that. Today we just got a 2-in-1 toilet-bidet installed and it works great. We will always go with Legacy for as long as we live in town and would only recommend them.

We had a drain that was backing up. We contacted Legacy for the repairs. They were able to get someone out right away to take a look. We worked with Drew, he was very polite, informational, and did great work. When I called, the dispatcher was very upfront with the minimum cost to send someone out and notified us of the process that would occur upon the arrival. When Drew took a look at the drain he determined the cause of the clog and provided me with the cost for the service to fix it just as the dispatcher had explained. He was quick to fix the issue and gave us some great advice along the way to prevent future issues. The cost was a little higher for the services than expected as we had him price out for us the installation of new drains and faucets as well, and had him fix our stoppers in our drains. We chose to not move forward with the new faucets and drains based on the cost compared to others in the area. The stopper fix also appeared high. I will however continue to use them as our primary plumbing company based on the great customer service and great work. Drew is a great asset to Legacy.

I came home a few days ago to my sump pump alarm going off. There were some wet spots on the basement floor and carpet, so I googled plumbers in Fargo and just happened to choose to call Legacy Plumbing and I am SO glad I did. I called and explained the problem to the woman who answered and she gathered my information and let me know that a technician would be here soon, and would give me a call about 15-20 minutes before hand so I would have a heads up. I think within five minutes I received a call from Drew that he was just a few minutes away which was AWESOME. Drew arrived and diagnosed that the sump pump failed very quickly and then provided me several different options for repair at different price points. I did not feel rushed and Drew explained each of these options in detail and made sure to answer all of my questions. He had all of the options he provided to me available in the truck, ready to install right away. I made my decision and he got to work and completed the installation of the new sump pump quickly and made sure it was working properly. All said and done, I looked back at the calls I made and from the time I initially called to the time the sump pump was installed was in just under an hour! I have been raving about the speed and kindness of service to my friends and coworkers all week. If I need any plumbing repairs or projects in the future, I will definitely call Legacy Plumbing.

My sump pump battery backup quit working and my primary was starting to act up. We have used Legacy plumbing multiple times in the past and have never been disappointed. Tonight at 7pm we noticed a fridge water line leak that was already through the floor and into the basement ceiling drywall. Chandler showed up within 15 minutes of calling and found the issue and got to work fixing it. He was great! He worked until after 9:30pm and replaced all the plumbing and sources of the leak. There were multiple messes because of having to cut drywall and he cleaned everything up before leaving . He was super friendly, easy to talk to, and explained in detail what was being done. The second time they came to the rescue was to replace our faucet outside which was dripping uncontrollably. They also installed an access panel so if we ever need to access it in the future we can. We had an insidious smell coming from the sink in our bedroom bathroom. IT WASN’T ME I SWEAR! My wife and I tried doing a deep clean of the bathroom, but the smell would not go away. After his inspection of this, he proceeded to ask if he could check all of our toilets for any other issues we might be having. My experience with Legacy Plumbing was extremely positive beginning when I called to schedule an appointment to have a new bathroom faucet installed. The gentleman who scheduled the appointment was very friendly and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly someone could come over so quickly since I was a new customer. My plumber was very friendly, polite and personable and I was happy that he wore a mask while working and took time to slip on protective shoe coverings. After he looked at my new faucet and sink setup he recommended we install a pop-up sink stop and even took the time to help me find the product online. When I called to tell him the pop-up stopper arrived he came back in only a few hours to complete the faucet install. This is the first online recommendation I have written and am doing so because I am so pleased and impressed with my plumber and Legacy. My main was completely clogged due to my daughter flushing a few pairs of underwear down the toilet and not doing preventive maintenance. I called Legacy Plumbing and they said they could make it the first thing the next morning. When I made the appointment I asked if it would be possible to clean out the other drains in my house. They said that wouldn't be a problem. I would recommend being pro active and getting your drains clean out before something major can happen. This probably would have not helped in my situation but if I would have done preventive maintenance everything may have passed through the pipes without a problem. The staff at Legacy Plumbing from the start to finish were understand and caring and very professional. So yes I would recommend Legacy Plumbing.

I called Legacy around noon after another plumber didn't show and within 2 hours they were at my door, ready to work. They quickly determined the solution to my plumbing problems and gave me a estimate. I expected that they would have to return to do the work. Surprisingly that was not the case. They went right to work and maybe an hour later they were cleaning up and making sure that all our plumbing issues were solved. So, I call on Friday at noon, and 3 hours later my broken pipe is fixed, my toilet was working like new and the sink that the previous plumber said would have to come out (costing $) was now working perfectly and the work areas were probably cleaner than when they arrived. I was trying to install a shower cartridge myself and I busted the piece. Called and Drew was able to be at my house within 30 minutes. He fixed the issue within 45 minutes without any problems. I’ll be calling legacy for sure next time. No brainer.
