My A/C had died and I called to set an appointment, they came that very afternoon and had my 35 year old A/C running but it was on its last gasps. They gave me options to replace and installed a new unit at a very fair price the next day. However there was a problem with the new unit and they returned the following day to diagnose the issue. Then two days later they were back and repaired the faulty component. At no time was I without some cooling throughout this heat wave, thanks to the fantastic people at Quality Plumbing. Do NOT hesitate to call them, you won't regret it!

Quality Plumbing has always responded as quickly as I needed regardless of the size of the issue. For bigger projects they were patient with me and reliable to come in a timely manner until I was satisfied with the whole project and paid in full at the end. They have always been a good go to company. They make sure that everything is good on their checks of our furnace, air conditioning, and hot water heater and they let us know if they need anything but don't try and sell us anything we don't need. If something is wrong they will show it to us and explain what is needed to repair. When they installed our hot water heater in 2017 they worked around our schedule and still gave us a quality product with a good price. Not only will I recommend them but I will stick with them for all of our HVAC needs.

I called mid-morning to report a problem with my furnace and despite their crazy, it's winter, schedule, a tech was at my door within two hours. He was professional, courteous and friendly. When he was done, he talked to me like I am an intelligent person rather than talking down to me. He explained their annual maintenance plan which would save me money. We had multiple services performed by this vendor. Fixing toilet flange alignment issue causing leaks and installing 2 toilets. They were very responsive, did have multiple issues with 2nd toilet installation, 1 of which the plumber caused, but they came back out and resolved the issue and then came again to find a leak that was ultimately caused by a cracked pipe and fixed that too. Would recommend them and use them again.
