I had Chad out to clear a line in my basement and he was able to unblock it and showed me where the issue was. He did warn it looked like it could become a bigger issue in the future due to the piping. Boy was he right. the whole sewer line ended up getting replaced about 6 months later by chad. They had it fixed within 2 days the original scope of the job got tripled thanks to some nasty orangebrug pipe but chad was helpful the entire time and was fun to talk to. I will be working with him in the future on a basement bathroom project. He knows what hes doing and he's damn good at it. Bonnie also worked really well and quickly with my insurance on the sewer pipe and I was able to get most of it paid by insurance within a week after chad had finished the project.

Entire experience was excellent. Very professional, explained well what they would be doing. Got the clog flushed out within 10 mins. Kept kitchen area neat and clean. They saved me a huge expense from another metro area plumbing company telling me I needed a sewer line replacement, which would mean breaking up the cement in my basement to the front yard. Mr. Rooter saved me a bill of $11,000 from the other Metro Plumbing Company.

I greatly appreciated them having everything they needed with them to install the same day, so I didn’t have to wait. His receptionist, Bonnie, was very prompt is responding to our calls, let us know immediately if there would be a delay in Chad arriving on time. I wanted to install an irrigation system, and the sprinkler company needed a plumber to run a pipe outside the building. I reached out to Mr. Rooter to schedule an appointment. Their customer service got back to me very quickly. Then, Chad, the plumber from the company, came on time, examined the scope of the project, kept me informed of what needed to be done (including getting permit and inspection from the city), and provided an estimate. Chad came back next morning to complete the plumbing work. He was professional, communicative, and great at making arrangements with the city as well. Everything got completed within a day. I was impressed with both their customer service and their plumbing work, and would not hesitate to reach out to them again for any plumbing issues/projects in the future.

The main drain in our basement was totally blocked. I requested an appointment online around 11pm. I had a call by 7:30 am and Chad was there at 11:30 and done by 12:30. I spent a lot of the day yesterday trying to unblock the drain so I had a pretty good idea where he needed to look. He listened to what I had done and then knew right where to start. I'm happy to be able to use my sink again!

When our washer discharged we were getting water backing up. I called Mr. Rooter and had Michia (apologies if I misspelled) here with in a few hours. Work was done quickly and well. He was very professional and pleasant. The next day we had the same issue happen again. I called and he came back out with in the hour resnaked the drain and explained why this may have happened. There was no charge for the repeat visit. After finishing he ran a quick load to make sure we were good. Mr. Rooter will be my 1st call for any other plumbing issues we may have.
