I want to leave this review for Clog Busters, as they are 100% competent, professional, and totally friendly! I’d like to mention 2 people particularly. 1st there’s the amazing Megan. She is very knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and too kind. 2nd there’s Orville. Talk about efficiency! The man is one of the most professional, straight up, honest, knowledgeable, and thorough plumber , that I have ever experienced. Like who do you know that can say the love their plumber and the company he works for. God Bless you both. I hope when people read this, that I have conveyed enough, that they too, get the Clog Buster experience if they need a plumber. If you’ve tried the rest, look no further, try the best!!! This company was very responsive, and helped to take care of a massive problem that caused some pretty big issues. Their guy, Orville Long, did a great job, and was so awesome and helpful. Awesome service and technicians. Nick Long explained the pricing and services prior to performing services. Did a fantastic job and even showed me the video of our drain once the clog was fixed. Cleanup the floor, shower and tub. Both Nick and his assistant were awesome!

Serviceman arrived at my house much earlier than I expected. He was very polite and thorough during his inspection. He clearly explained my service options. The service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Serviceman took the time to clean up after completing the service. I know plumbing service can be costly, but I was taken aback at the price of the service options.

This is the fourth company I've had out here for an ongoing basement sewer problem over the past 4 years. I wish I would have called them first. I ended up going with their most expensive option, but that was still much cheaper than the quotes that I had received from other companies to do what they ended up needing to do. They talked me through everything step by step and gave me several different options. They were able to show up the same day while other companies were telling me it would be at least a week. I don't know how their prices compare for the little stuff, but for the big stuff that I had done it definitely saved me money and I'm definitely more confident that it's done right. Oh, and they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves too.

Josh and Orville are the best.. I had toilet clogged and sewage coming out of the shower drain.. the problem was over 20 ft deep down to the main.. they had a scope they visualized the problem.. and FIXED IT! They cleaned after they were done.. THEY ARE AWESOME.. GOD BLESS YOU GUYS .. YOU ARE THE BEST!!

December 24 had sewer back up in my basment called clog busters and they were friendly and polite. My service guy was brian very nice and quick to figure out the problem and get it taken care of for me. Definitely will use this company for future projects

Had massive root issue that another company couldn't solve multiple times. I was was expecting to need a lot of work. 2 guys from clog Busters came out the first time and were able to clear a lot of my line out on a Sunday in a very timely manner. Ended the issue for a while. Few months later the problem (which was a daily issue originally) started back up. This time Orville was OnCall and came in and spent a good 7 hours working on clearing tree roots. Pretty much 100% blockage just outside the foundation. He was in full communication about what I'd be looking at pricing wise from the beginning, Incase he couldn't clear it but held hope that he might be able to get it solved. At 11pm I asked him to put a pin in it for the night, out of mercy for him! and he assured he would return to finish. He came back and spent a few more hours pulling out all the stops to get roots the size of my thumb cleared from the line. It was costly but after everything I dealt with previously and the extra warranty I was happy. Haven't had an issue since and I appreciate all the hard work he did for me. Plumbing can be pricey. You get what you pay for. I learned that the hard way but luckily these guys got me covered. Definitely recommend. Sorry it took so long for the review! This is my plumbing company moving forward.

Talked to Kim at AJ Plumbing about our plugged kitchen sink. She sent Lawrence with Clog busters out same day! Lawrence was very knowledgeable and kept us informed on everything he was doing and finding was the problem. It was tough to get unclogged and Lawrence was determined to get our kitchen up and running again. He stayed and continued to work on it until after hours. He did get it running again! He also diagnosed what likely caused the problem. We will be getting the root cause fixed as well. Very happy customers Lisa Bartholomew and Tom Stafford.

I needed somebody to come unclog my drain ASAP and I called Clog Busters with no answer. I promptly received a call back, was given a price & time. The tech, Shawn, got here way ahead of schedule, got right to work, & handled the issue efficiently. Very professional, reasonable pricing, and very much recommended. Hopefully I don't end up needing a plumber but if i ever do, they'll definitely be the first ones I call!

Had them out to unclog a drain in the basement. They showed up within 40 minutes. Tech spent an hour snaking the line and got it to drain. A couple days later, the line backed up again. I called them back and they sent out another tech that day, who took care of the issue for good at no charge for the second trip. Will definitely use/recommend these people again. They do the work when they say they will and make sure it's done right.

Had an emergency situation with raw sewage coming up a basement drain. They were able to come same-day and resolve the problem quickly. They even replaced a stuck access cap with a new one , no charge. Staff was friendly and efficient. Prices are very reasonable. Hope I don't have to use them again :)
