I called Bob's Sewer Service on a Saturday afternoon (his company says they are open 24 hours/day - he was the company that actually answered his phone) he couldn't get me in that day, but agreed to come to my home on Sunday, and stated it would be time and half and not double time. Steve got to my home at the time he said he would be there - was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and was able to fix our issue in less than an hour. The price he charged was extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend his company for any sewer needs - Deb in Ankeny

My drain backed up. I called Bob's they were here in 20 minutes and had it resolved within the hour. Great service. Very respectful of my dad who resides in the lower level. Definately recommend.

Had an upstairs toilet unexpectedly back up causing quite a leak in the downstairs living room. After calling multiple places on a Gameday Saturday, this company was the only one to answer. The gentleman was at another job site and said he would be right over after he finished up there. Texted him address per his request and within an hour he showed up. Did a quick assessment of all the pipes from roof to basement for best option. Ended up taking the toilet off, snaking the line, and repaired some minor damage all within an hour for a very reasonable cost. Very polite and friendly. Would highly recommend for any plumbing emergency.

I needed emergency service on my sewer drain this morning. They came right out and had it fixed in no time. I had other companies come out doing the same work and come to find out they were doing it all wrong and much more expensive. Very much impressed with Bob’s Sewerrooter Service.

We had a clog between the wash room floor drain and sewer line that another company mis-diagnosed, $600 later we still could not flush a toilet or drain a sink without the floor drain flooding. Thankfully we were told to try Bob's Sewerooter who came out very quickly and rooted out a clog between the drain and the sewer clean-out that the other company missed leaving us with a $600 bill and still flooding drain. Bob's ran a rooter through the drain line and quickly cleared out the clog the other company said wasn't there and at a very reasonable price. Don't even hesitate to call them if you have an issue with a clogged pipe, just do it!

Everytime I ran my dishwasher my kitchen sink would back up. I called Bobs at 11:30am and Steve arrived before noon. Honest, friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and most importantly supporting local. I will never go to anyone else. The price I paid to have it fixed is what it would of cost just for a service trip from the other local names I had called.

Had a toilet that was intermittently not working and I thought it was a clog deep in the pipe that I couldn’t get to with my toilet snake. He heard me out, then recommended checking inside the toilet for the blockage first, before he came out. Sure enough, that was my problem and he passed on getting paid. I’ll go to him again next time and his advice will translate to paying work. Thanks!

Steve came out to our house as soon as he could. He was very friendly, professional, and quick. I'm overjoyed to have our problem taken care of. The main drain was backed out to the street apparently. **Drain backed up into our laundry room and downstairs bathroom into the bathtub and toilet. Water everywhere! Took Steve no time to clear up both issues. I want to add how reasonably priced this was as well. A big bonus for our big family. Thank you so much, Steve!

I called on a Sunday with a backed up drain line. Steve was out within 45 minutes, even with having company coming over that evening! He fixed our issue within an hour and was extremely friendly, competent, and downright a great guy for helping us out on a SUNDAY. He even educated me on Homeserve, which is insurance for your drain system. I highly recommend these guys and can't thank them enough for coming out when they did. For anyone in pinch with a drain problem, call these guys 1st to be taken care of the RIGHT way!

The repairman also gave me some info about HomeServe sewer line insurance, which was super helpful. I called Steve with a clogged sewer drain in the morning. Since he was booked for the day, he wasn't able to come out till the next morning. I was ecstatic when I heard from him early evening that he could fit me in as his last call. Out of four times I have needed a plumber, this is the third time I've called on him. Very friendly, quick to get the job done (& right), and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company and will call on him again if needed.

These guys were great- only other call for service was nearly a week out whereas Bob's showed up next day. Don't know about you but with smelly stuff bubbling up I don't want to wait multiple days! Super competitive pricing too, highly recommend giving them a call if you're having issues!

These guys are great! I spent 2 days trying to unclogg my kitchen sink. I used 3 different brands of chemicals and ran a regular snake from home depot. No luck. I called these guys and they came out, and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes! And it only cost me barely more than I spent on the chemicals. I should have called them to start with. Thanks again!!!

We have to have our kitchen drain cleaned every 2 to 3 years. Our kitchen is at the back of our house so the drain has a long way to go. I had Bob come out about 3 years ago and then again recently. He came the same day I called and his price hadn't changed in 3 years, his prices are very reasonable. They were here for less than an hour, cleaned up after themselves, and were professional. If you are in the need of sewer service, you have to call Bob.
