I'm totally happy with the professionalism, communication, quality and price of the work from Sewer Lines Only. We were referred to them by a friend after getting an eye watering quote from two other advertising plumbers. At nearly half the cost of the others, our sewer line and city tap was replaced. Although they dug a trench from house to pavement, I'm super impressed with the end result!

We had excellent and professional service from Sewer Lines Only. We had a previous estimate from a different company that was 20,000 more than the estimate from Sewer Lines Only. They were timely and cleaned up very well after the work. They worked around our schedule too. Our house is 120 years only and they understood its limitations and issues All their staff was careful and considerate of our yard. After we had some settling happen (this is normal) and they made time to come fill it in. They were creative in figuring out how to move pipes into locations without causing lots more cost to us. Sewer Lines Only are incredibly good with follow up and communication too. I would recommend very highly.

My family highly recommends Sewer Lines Only. Extremely polite and efficient workers. We ran into some issues at the beginning of our sewer line replacement job, so one of the owners, Ian, came out to discuss options to resolve it. His team took care of the issue, and completed the job on time as was promised, even with the additional issues. I told Ian we were willing to pay extra for the extra work, but Ian said he would honor the quote and not take additional money. Jake did our estimate and he was very informative and polite, no high pressure sales, just an honest assessment of our sewer replacement project. Pablo and his crew did an excellent job repairing our sewer line; the clean up crew came the next day and did a great job cleaning up. After the clean up, you could hardly tell the work was done. I put my plantings back in place, added topsoil, miracle grow, and grass seed to the dig site, watered three times a day, and in only about a week, the grass has filled in perfectly. Get these guys to replace your sewer line. It's a pleasure working with them.

After reading their reviews, I called sewer lines only to get a second opinion on an inspection i had on my sewer line. The lady on the phone was super nice and sent all the info I had to the inspector. Jacob inspected the line and explained to me everything that needed fixing and what was exaggerated in the report. I've used other plumbers that are just about the money, these guys just want to do right. They earned my trust and a lifetime customer!

Recently used Sewer Lines Only for a client needing a root and inspect. I was very clear that the deadline was 7pm the day of the service and was assured by the technician the absolute latest I would have the report was 6pm that day. If my needs could not be met, that should’ve been conveyed to me instead of assuring me you all could get things done in time and then completely missing the mark. Update: I spoke with Tammy, and she was great in resolving my concerns, and I do understand that sometimes wrenches get thrown in our plans. I appreciate the team for getting back to me so quickly and the genuine concern over my satisfaction. I will use them again and would love to be able to take this review to a 5*

Jake Quintana did an amazing job during his evaluation and inspection and it was because of how through he was that he was able to identify the problem and quote out the job appropriately. Other sewer companies came in with lots of supposed issues and extras that would have been well over $50,000 but not Sewer Lines Only. 100% honest hard working folks that do an outstanding job from start to finish. They truly want to help you and will only charge you for what you actually need and not upsell or high pressure sell you into a solution. Highly recommend and would use again in the future.

Working with Sewer Lines Only was very easy and communication was great. Scheduling an in-person estimate was convenient and Jake Q. showed up right on time. I knew all I needed was a simple spot repair and wasn't pressured into anything more than that like a few other companies had tried to do. A week ago we had one of the big "we do everything" home repair businesses (AAA) come out to check out our sewer line because we had a backup. They recorded a video of the main line and exclaimed to us the whole time that it was an absolute disaster and that we'd NEED to get the whole thing replaced immediately. They tried booking us for a $20K repair on the spot for 2 days from then, were pressuring us, and even started talking financing with us. We told them this was a major decision and that we needed a few days to think on it (they were judging us for not agreeing on the spot). They then told us our sewer line could fall apart at any moment and that we shouldn't use any plumbing at all in the meantime. My wife and I did some research and thank god came across Sewer Lines Only and booked an appointment for 6 days later (in the meantime we lived like cavemen not taking showers, using our toilets or dishwasher, etc since the AAA guys said our pipes could explode any minute). We were lucky enough to have Jake Q come out for a consultation. I walked him through the whole situation, showed him all the piping in the basement, and let him watch the video recording the AAA guys took. He was insanely thorough in explaining how sewer lines work (even gave us a little history of them in Colorado), explained how they are suppose to look and how they may get altered over time. We appreciated how he explained things in terms/ways we could understand (the AAA guys tried overwhelming us with technical jargon). As we watched the recording together he pointed out things that we were told by the AAA guys were catastrophic but Jake explained how these were completely normal situations. He recommended that we just get a $350 sewer cleaning and that should take care of everything, and recommended some routine maintenance we could do on a yearly basis (and also mentioned we can use all our plumbing for the few days in the meantime before the cleaning happens). When he delivered this news, I legitimately collapsed to the ground out of pure relief. For the prior week my wife and I were living like cavemen and were dreading how our next year or more would be altered by the $20K repair AAA said we needed. Jake, we owe you a beer (or two), and PLEASE for anyone reading this DO NOT go with one of the big companies, they are 100% trying to screw you over!!

I hired Sewer Lines Only to perform a sewer line repair at my mother's house that we are selling. Sewer Lines Only knew that this was an inspection rejection issue with the sale, and that I basically was on the hook for any repairs that they told me were necessary. Even knowing this, once they completed the initial repair, they signed off on the job as good to go, saving me tens of thousands of dollars. You can probably count the number of honest contractors on one hand, and these guys are one of them. Scheduling was a breeze, they handled all the permitting with the city, they allowed me to only pay half up front, and the job was completed perfectly in a very short amount of time (Within 7 days from calling them for an estimate). 5/5 would 100% hire them again.

Great company and people to work with! They were always responsive and on time, and they were clear and thorough in all their paperwork. They even put ways to reduce the costs of my project in the written proposal and credited my total bill when part of the project was deemed unnecessary. Wow! Where is the 6 stars button?! We were dealing with an issue with the city of Denver (imagine that). They were demanding a repair on our line which was just cleaned and scoped 2 months earlier (neighbors line was actual issue, but they imposed themselves on us). TLDR: Great company, would hire again, highly recommend. I needed the sewer line replaced in my house last year (November 2021). I called a few places to get quotes on the job and Sewer Lines Only was the only one to get back to me. They came out quickly to scope the line and had a quote over in similar fashion. The quote was reasonable and I opted to hire them to do it. The job took two days (as planned and agreed upon). The first day to do the interior of the house (had to reroute the line in the basement), and the second was to dig down to the line and connect the new pipe to the city's line. They did a great job with all permitting, inspections, and got the work done in a timely fashion. Their employees were friendly and worked quickly. Some of the folks I interacted with were ESL speakers and I'm a monolingual English-only speaker, so communication was a bit difficult at times, but they were very nice and it didn't really matter; I'm a fan of charades. Indoor and outdoor crews did a great job cleaning up after themselves and left the house in good condition. A bit of criticism on their interior crew's job (although to be clear this was rectified very quickly)... My house has an old foundation made of masonry blocks. They had to punch a hole through it to run the new pipe out and when sealing up the hole, their interior crew did a pretty bad job. I contacted the office and they had someone here early the next morning to patch it properly - no arguing and quite a few apologies on it. Overall, I actually consider this a positive trait in a company. They owned up to the mistake and remedied it IMMEDIATELY. I personally like reading anecdotes like this in reviews, because it illustrates what a company does in a sub-optimal circumstance. Fast-forward to about a month ago (10ish months since the original job), I found a leak in the basement. It looked to be coming from the new sewer line, but to be completely honest I'm not entirely clear if it was or not (again slight language barrier with the crew, sometimes details gets lost). Whether it was the line Sewer Lines Only installed leaking or not, they were at my house in 2 days to fix the problem. My plumbing vocabulary isn't broad, so my descriptions here might be lacking, but they installed a piece of pipe to pressure test the system and subsequently replaced a pretty big chunk of the sewer line. Now, the reason that I say it is unclear if their line was leaking or not is because their crew found another leaking pipe which ran above the new line and was dripping onto it. This pipe was connected to a shower drain and was not replaced when they did the original job last year, so not within the scope of their warranty (or their fault at all). They replaced it anyway free of charge and took care of the leak. No more drips here. So, again, I personally think this reflects well on this company. They honored their warranty (very quickly) and fixed something that wasn't even under the purview of that warranty. The kind of folks you want to do business with. To summarize, I would absolutely, unequivocally hire them again to do the same job, so please don't take either of my anecdotes above as "negative press". I believe s*** happens, everyone makes mistakes, and its how you deal with unforeseen problems that defines character.

Called and got an appointment scheduled easily and within just a couple of days of the call. Jake Q came out this afternoon. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He took the time to walk through the state of our exterior plumbing pipes. He easily located a puncture from our own pickaxing and then marked out where there was a single 3’ length of clay pipe left in from previous owners/plumbing work. Was up front with me about results of his scope and what he would be recommending on his write up. He even answered some random tangential plumbing questions for me. It’s disappointing that in today’s disposable culture, that such simple things like direct communication,transparency and lack of pressure are so lacking that they are deserving of praise, but that’s where we are. I’m certain that we will move forward with SLO for our work and it’s something that I am honestly looking forward to.

I had an emergent situation late at night on a weekend when we first moved into the new home. We called out fly-by-night plumbing company and were quoted one price and upon arrival received a quote 4x higher. After moderately clearing the line, we were told that there are serious problems and we were looking at up to $20k in repairs. Our pre-inspection scoping did show some constrictions, but specifically noted none of the issues fly-by-night mentioned. Looking for a second opinion I went to the internet and found Sewer Lines Only. Based on the hundreds of 5star reviews I contacted them to come out and provide me with a second opinion and to also clean out the sewer line. Stephen wasn't just on time, he called and asked if he could come by early (90 minutes early). With no disturbance to the people working from home, he was complete and had a video of the work and buttoned up the bathroom and left a clean work site. Jimmy was to come by later to provide an assessment on what may need to be done to fix our line. Jimmy was also early and posed no interference with people working from home. After Jimmy's assessment I was informed nothing, NOTHING, needed to be done to our sewer line at this time. I recommend Sewer Lines only because: 1) Everyone I dealt with from dispatch to technician to estimator were polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. 2) The price quoted was the price quoted. And that price was reasonable. 3) In my time of need they could have taken advantage and quoted some work and undercut fly-by-night plumbing but they didn't. I was given an honest assessment and was told the scaling of the pipe was sufficient. No further work was needed. Music to a home owner's ears. I had such a positive experience that I have already recommended them to 4 times to people not even looking for sewer work on their home.

Sewer Lines Only (SLO) will be the only sewer line company that ever steps foot on my property again- write that down...with a sharpie, in all CAPS. Jake showed up, was courteous, professional, patient with all of my questions, talked me through the video scope of my sewer line, and assured me that the condition of my pipes was in line with the age and location of my home in Green Mtn. No, there was no need for an emergency five-figure repair service (one tap location, not even a full sewer line repair), and I didn't need to discontinue the use of all the facilities in my home until that repair job was completed. Jake took the time to describe the chain cleaning method that SLO uses, how that service could effectively treat the roots that were present in my lines, the time of year when that service would be most beneficial, and directed me to the SLO website where I learned about the winter pricing discounts that SLO offers. I share a lot of home repair referrals with my circle of friends and colleagues- some of those notes are positive and some are negative. Not only will I be using SLO for my winter cleaining in a few months, but I'm also sending out a copy of Jake's card to about 15 of my friends and colleagues this morning that also own homes in the area, and will surely be needing the services that SLO provides in the future. What are those services exactly? SLO saves you the time of searching around through all the other vendors in town, honesty (Jake clearly let me know there wasn't anything SLO needed to do for me today), free and informative estimates and sewer scope, fair pricing, timely work, and never a sense of salesmanship or grift. Cameron was amazing. Sewer lines only came highly recommended by a friend who owns many properties in Denver. It appears that many of the big company plumbing firms in town take advantage of homeowners and suggest mainline replacements when they’re not needed. The quote I got from one of the main advertising plumbing companies was $21,000 for a full mainline replacement. Cameron suggested that annual drain cleaning should work out fine for many years to come. Cannot recommend Cameron and Sewer Lines Only enough!

After having a separate company clean the lines multiple times and ultimately recommend a repair/replacement, which ranged in options from $5k - $11k, we had Sewer Lines Only come give us a second opinion. I am speechless! I had a free estimate for a quote to replace our sewer line today because the plumber I hired the day before said I needed to replace it immediately. Cameron came out and said other than some roots the line looked fine and did not need to be replaced. The previous plumber charged me for a cleaning but left behind a lot of roots! Sewer Lines Only is able to do a proper cleaning and get rid of those roots! I was crying I was so happy with their service. In addition, Cameron said I paid way too much for the other “cleaning” because I was charged over $300 just to remove the toilet. So many 5 stars can't be wrong, the stars speak for themselves. Great company We been having issues with our main sewer line backing up, in time the line had to be inspected by other companies and clear a few times, the problem continue, I finally requested a video inspection of sewer and found out that the clay joints have dislocated and tree roots were intruding the system as well as some holes on the bottom of the clay pipe, unable to fix the problem other companies offered to run a sleeve inside the pipes to patch the holes but that was not an option for me, that would be a patch only and the roots eventually would push down on sleeve and problem back on. I did not want a patch. I have been plumbing for well over 30 years, I don't leave in Colorado so that was no help for me and I was not trying to fix the issue on my own instead find a reputable company that will go and replace the sewer line instead of patching the holes. I started looking for someone, I made some phone calls to the planning department and they were unable to recommend anyone so I found Sewer Lines Only. I contacted the company for the first time, after reviewing their information I felt comfortable with their presentation on their website and the response time and professionalism that I received immediately. Lisa their project manager became in contact with me and made arrangements to go to the property and do a diagnostic and analyze our situation and find a solution, soon after that phone call they went ahead and scoped the sewer line and found the problems as previously explained, they offer a replacement of sewer main line as I wanted to do without hesitation. Their technicians were great, all very professional, not in a hurry they had to go back a few times and never complained about it , soon after that they provide me with an estimate to complete the repairs and the price was absolutely right, it was less than other companies and much more professional, from paperwork to every person that I talked to. My sister relied on me to find this kind of help because she did not know what to do, so I was happy that I made the right decision in finding Sewer Lines Only. I am developing a sink hole in my backyard, so I had Sewer Lines Only come out to do an inspection of my sewer line to see where the issue could be. I was able to get a quick appointment at a time that fit my needs, the tech (Tyler) came out to my home on time, took his time in cleaning my sewer line, taking pictures of my system and letting me know where all the lines were located. The final results were to my liking since he didn't see any issues with my lines (plus I got a sewer clean which were cleaned right up to the inner piping) at the same time, which the previous company didn't do a very good job of cleaning 5 months prior). I own a 100 year old house. Wiring, plumbing, insulation - you name it, it's old. Someone has messed with it over the years but mostly it's ancient. I was fixing the shower and bath tub fixtures and this required getting into the wall behind it, accessible from the bedroom in the next room. Upon opening the wall I noticed the cast iron vent pipe appeared rusty. But it was more than rusty, it was paper thin and crumbled when you touched it. The picture I uploaded shows the rust if you look close. I tried to duct tape the holes until it was replaced - that didn't work very well! One hundred years or so of venting had completely corroded the pipe from the inside out. It needed replacing. Who do you call for this? I googled "sewerline repair service" and "Sewer Lines Only" came up. Looked like a perfect match. They came out relatively quickly and did a sewer line video scope. The scope revealed that the issue was only the old cast iron vent pipe. They gave me a quote to replace the cast iron section that needed to be replaced. I also got a quote from another plumber I knew. Sewer Lines Only's quote was not only less expensive, they were able to do the work quickly too. The finished job was excellent. My entire experience with Sewer Lines Only was wonderful. It started with Ian over yelp to schedule a camera of my completely clogged sewer line. They were able to send Jackson out the next day who identified the problem near the sewer tap in the alley, marked the area, and recommended I call Denver Water to make sure it wasn't an issue with the main line they would take care of at no charge. Denver Water came out within an hour and of course confirmed it wasn't an issue with the main line. I sent a message to Ian and he had Lisa, their project coordinator contact me first thing in the morning and had the quote ready to go for the repair (reasonable price and way under what the commercial companies would charge). She was able to get me on the schedule for the repair that Friday (today). They completed the job in about 6 hours including the inspection, explained the issue was a huge root ball that took out the sewer pipe at the tap, and ran the camera back through to confirm the entire line was good to go. The entire process complete within a few days all in the same week, greatly appreciated as we could barely run water or flush the toilet without it gurgling and backing up. I would recommend Sewer Lines Only to anyone that needs a major repair.

Tyler came out and cleared out the mainline today. We had two other companies come out and recommend a mainline replacement or couldn’t come up with a solution. In a panic I reached out to Sewer Lines Only. But because it was after 6 on a Friday, they were closed. I filled out the online form just in case. Within 30 minutes, I got a call from the owner. Because they were booked, she gave me another company as an option to work with to repair the entire line. She also offered their own drain cleaning services as an option. I am so glad I accepted. She got me on the schedule via a text, well after hours on a Friday night. My tech Tyler arrived 5 minutes early and got right to work. He worked really hard at trying to clear the blockage. After some time, he was excited to announce that he cleared it. In fact, on one attempt while pulling the flex line out of the pipe, he noticed it had been damaged. He offered to run to the shop and get a second unit to make sure the job was finished. Before end of day, I had a cleared line, my yard was cleaned up and the invoice and video were in my inbox. I had used Sewer Lines Only to replace about 30 feet of sewer lines a few years back and they quoted me a price so much better than a competing service that I recommend them to anyone who might have sewer issues now. For this time out, I thankfully had a smaller problem of clogged pipes that could be cleared and as the technician explained, they use a chain knocker system that better clears the full diameter of the pipe. Anyway, they do a great job at a great price.

Are you are looking for a sewage line company with ethical business practices? Look no further. Cameron was the technician that came out today. Despite the set back of a motor that burned out on his machine, that was completely out of his control, he returned the same day with a new machine and finished the sewer line descaling. Cameron was professional, easy to work with and communicated well things to keep an eye on for the future as we have old pipes that require a little extra care and attention. I've recently worked with other big name companies that try scare tactics and upsales that are quite unnecessary. The city sewage folks came out to give a second opinion on recommended repairs/maintenance after the last company. I am happy to report that both Cameron at Sewers Lines Only and The City Of Aurora Water are in agreement on maintenance, upkeep recommendations and things to keep an eye on. This 5 star review all started when Jimmy came over after finishing a job on Friday evening. I just called that day for an estimate and he went way out of his way to see what we needed after typical work hours. This was not an emergency we are just updating a home for a rental and it was vacant. The company had good reviews and a A+ BBB rating. The first guy out [Jimmy] is very knowledgeable and takes time to show you your problem. The office staff is very customer oriented. The system used to accept payments is simple and quick. The repair crews does a good job digging out the old sewer and replacing it with new. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star rating, is that they used a second crew to come out and finish the job the next day. It may not matter to you... However the BIG plus is or was... I got 3 estimates from 3 companies which all had good reviews and BBB rating. Sewer Lines Only came in about $700 less than the next lowest. And now the waste flows to the septic tank.

Ian and his team at Sewer Lines Only saved me $9,000 in sewer line repair because they were determined to identify the real problem, come up with a practical game plan to fix it, and use new technology to solve the issue. I live in a 100 year old Denver duplex with complicated lines that we knew nothing about. I had numerous companies come out over a month long period to solve our backup issue. Absolutely the most pleasant, accommodating company I have worked with in the real estate business. If ONLY every real estate involved service company was this thorough. Jackson is an ace. When we arrived at the house, there was a tag on the door that said our water had been turned off. After getting several bids to repair a broken sewer line, most of which went to length to indicate what they WILL NOT do (like resetting the landscaping, etc.), Sewer Lines Only came in with one of the best prices AND proposed doing the things the others would not. After the job was done, they did an excellent job! Louis & team worked so fast, was friendly, and in the end you can barely notice the work zone. We've had several sewer repairs on the block over the last couple years, and every one but ours looks like a disaster. The new required clean outs were even installed in a sleek, low-profile way (all the neighbors got stuck with a big green pipe sticking out their lawn). SLO is the only way to go if you have the need.

When we rebuilt our house 1 1/2 years ago our GC had a plumber run a camera down our sewer line to make sure that no construction debris had gotten into the line. He said the line was clear but that we still had clay pipes. I said that couldn't be true as we had replaced the sewer line about 4 year prior. He showed me his video and it showed clay pipes. I was furious! I had been ripped off! Charged $9k and they didn't even do the work! I tried to call the company that we had hired and they were out of business. I spoke to attorneys. I tried to track down the previous owners. No luck with any of it. I finally decided I would just have to pay to get it done, again, so I called Sewer Lines Only this past Saturday and they sent their employee, Jimmy Workman, out yesterday at 5:30pm to see what we needed to have done. Jimmy ran his scope down the line and showed me that the line had been replaced (what?). There were no clay pipes and everything looked great. What a relief! Don't know what the other plumber was talking about 1 1/2 years ago or whose sewer line he was showing me on video but ours was fine! Jimmy then spent another 45 minutes helping us to diagnose a different issue we were having and then left without charging us a penny! Very helpful, very professional, and very much appreciated! If this is how they normally conduct their business then I highly recommend Sewer Lines Only to anyone in the Denver area who has any type of sewer issue. They were great!

I had main sewer line replaced with one of the reputed (relative) company, a decade ago. After 2 years started getting sewer backing up again. Turns out a good portion of old clay pipe was not replaced. The same company quoted another big amount to replace the remaining section, that was 5-6 years ago. More recently called another reputed company (high reviews in popular lists) for proactive cleaning, they said technician would give his assessment for free. I asked how would someone can give assessment if there are no visible signs, but they kept insisting it is free and you will see. As expected, tech couldn't give me any estimate until he puts a camera in, which of course would cost, so free quote is out the window. Having no option, I agreed, hoping it would result in either 1. cleaning with a snake or 2. hydro-jetting. However, it turns out it wasn't either, as per their assessment, it was more like replacing, and cleaning might help but not recommended. Having seen same tactics with other companies, I called SEWER LINES ONLY, they gave me exact price upfront, reviewed the videos I provided and told me exactly how they approach this issues and what to expect. BTW, there technique is different than most of the companies, and may be that is their competitive advantage. Anyway, Jackson showed up on time, in his personal car, with no indication if he is even from SLO, at first I got bit discourage thinking I made another bad call, but then he walked me through his machine and camera and explained me the technique, so got bit encourage. Once we started, he started explaining what he is seeing, suspense kept increasing, but at the end when he cleaned everything, it was not as bad as other company had predicted, definitely not replacing the line. I got a very clean video post cleaning showing week spots, that can be monitored and their recommendations 1-2 years out. I think these guys are straight forward , transparent, knowledgeable and they will set expectations exactly balanced, as the situation demands. they are a bit expensive when compared with other options, but as I learned hard way, keep trying with other options or do it right once for all. May that is why they just focus on Sewer Lines only!! Highly recommend them.

the entire team is amazing. from the first time i called to compare quotes of various companies, i knew this was the company to go with. they answered every question, were on time for everything, responded to every email immediately and did the job at a fraction of the cost of another big name company. jackson is amazing. i read about him in other reviews and that was a big reason i called sewer lines only. he did not disappoint. i needed a full sewer line replacement, which the other company quoted at $22-25k. i asked why and they simply said: because we do it right. when jackson came out, he gave me a much more thorough assessment and an honest quote – about $9,500. the other company tried to sales pitch me and the kid on the phone tried to mansplain the situation. i told the big name rep that no matter what he said, i wasn't going to give him $20k. i asked jackson if his quote was for pipe bursting or a full trench and he said that the rate would not fluctuate. he did everything he could to make a case to the city of denver that the less invasive pipe bursting method would be used so as not to wreck the lawn and a large rv slab of concrete out back. it worked and there is but a small scar from a trench in the backyard. this is probably the longest review i have ever written, but this is probably one of the best companies of any kind that i have ever worked with. simply amazing and honest people. for a job this big, it feels good to work with people you can trust. i cannot recommend them enough. i give them a 10k star review.

This is the second time I used Sewer Lines Only - this time I had a hot water baseboard line in the basement concrete floor that had a leak. The biggest challenge was finding where the actual leak was occuring. The team came in and used plastic to seal off all of the dust from the jack hammering. I would like to first say that you should always get more than one opinion before accepting a conclusion about your sewer problem. Here's why. I had a company come out to rooter my main line due to a small backup in my basement drain. They cleared the line and I had a camera ran to try to find the underlying problem. It seemed as though I did have a bit of a small root problem, but the tech told me that my cast iron pipes under my foundation were rotting away pretty much the whole length of my house. That is a costly statement!!! Looking at the camera pics, it did look like there was a deep "groove/jagged crack" look to the image. My next door neighbor had just bought his house and they had no such problem therefore I had a hard time believing this deterioration was taking place. I called several company's to take a look, and they all said the same thing. The bids coming in to dig up and replace the pipe were in the 6 digits so I continued to seek more opinions. I called Sewer Lines only by chance, due to I did not want people who did not specialize in this field working on my problem. Ian from Sewer Lines Only suggested that I might not even have a cracked or broken pipe and did not understand how that conclusion could even be made without a proper cleaning that they could provide. That made sense to me so he scheduled Jackson, one of their fine young techs to do a cleaning with a chain knocker device to knock off scale and other build up over forty years old. To make a crazy and stress full story short, Ian's idea to properly clean and assess the problem led to I did not have cracked pipes at all. THIS GUY ROCKS!!! I was looking at crazy amount of money and headaches and all I needed was a good cleaning. If you get several opinions, get theirs last, you will get the real story. These other outfits, which I will not name, ought to be thinking about the way they are doing other people. They either do not know what they are doing or they are taking advantage of people, which neither is an acceptable way to run a business. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! SEWER LINES ONLY FOR MY PROBLEMS FROM HERE ON!!

I had a sewer line backflow due to some major root obstruction. I was told by other service providers that it was impossible to break through and that I needed a dual cleanout installed. The quotes I received were between $3k-$7k. When I reached out to SLO through Yelp, I was contacted right away from someone in their office, even though they were technically closed (from the hours I saw). Morgan was so responsive and she arranged for a technician to come to my home to assess the situation, and give an estimate on what the cleanout installation would cost. We didn't even need to get that far. Jackson asked if I'd like him to try another scope with their camera (for free) and see if there's a possibility that their machine could do the cleanout. Once he determined that the obstruction wasn't as bad as the others had concluded, he suggested he try to do the cleanout with their machine. He was very articulate and confident in his explanations, but not pushy at all. He was able to clear the obstruction in a short amount of time, but stayed longer to do a thorough check to make sure that there wasn't anything else of concern. Before he left, he went through some findings with me and advised that he will be sending a summary with the full recorded video to me tonight. After about 5+ days without being able to flush/drain anything, and numerous plumbers immediately providing me with very expensive solutions, Jackson was able to fix the issue for only $350. It seemed too good to be true, but from what I've read about SLO in other reviews, looks like this is not out of the ordinary for them. Morgan was so helpful and Jackson was absolutely professional. The way this was handled by SLO really seemed to be in my favor as a customer, and not as an opportunity to make a lot of money off the job. Others scared me into thinking that the only way to fix this is to pay the thousands of dollars, otherwise I'd be worse off. The integrity and good ethics SLO used when doing business showed through, and I will be using them for future situations like this.
