I have used Plumb Pros a few times before and was never disappointed. This time my water heater and pressure valve went out. Called them about 5am and someone answered the phone. I was put on the list for a late afternoon appointment. But luckily something opened up early and they got out to my house immediately. After arriving at the house and inspecting what happened my water heater of 18 years finally crapped out as well as my pressure valve. They gave me a number of options I could do for a replacement. Luckily the price was right to get a larger water heater tank installed so we had them move forward with the work. Unfortunately, a number of accidents on the highways caused traffic to be absolutely horrible for them going to pick up the replacement parts and getting back to the house. Even though they lost a lot of time on the drive they stayed late into the evening to make sure that everything was properly repaired. I can't say enough positive things about how professional and courtesy they both were. They never got frustrated with all my questions and took the time to make sure that I felt comfortable with everything. These are just a few reasons I keep coming back to them.

This is the second time we've used Plumb Pros and we are very satisfied with them. We needed our hot water heater to be either repaired or replaced. Alfred and Gage were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, careful and just plain friendly. Alfred discussed our options with us and the two gentlemen were able to replace the hot water heater the same day. I also asked if they had time to do a minor repair to some bathroom plumbing and was assured it was no problem. We'll definitely use Plumb Pros again.

For each call, he was on time, thoroughly evaluated the situation, and clearly presented us with fix options. At no point did we feel like we were being taken advantage of. On the contrary, Thomas was incredibly personable and empathetic to each individual situation. It felt like we had a friend working with us, who was genuinely invested in helping us solve our problems. Our experience working with Thomas has sold us. We won’t ever use another plumbing company! We’ve had so many issues with leaks lately and Plumb Pro’s has had to come to our house multiple times. They’re always fast getting us scheduled. My sewage problem started on January 1st when the laundry room backed up and I had another company come and snake the line for me. It only worked for a few weeks and I called them back out and they ended up breaking a toilet. Came out the next day and replaced the toilet, but couldn't snake the line until I modified the clean out. An additional 5,000.00 dollars. Called Plumb Pros, on a Saturday and they came out and was able to open the line and I then noticed the bathtub drain was leaking, probably from my trying to snake it, and set up an appointment to repair it. The service technician, Jay, already had given me a quote and knew what he needed to do the job and replaced the drain assembly along with the correct parts and we have "NO LEAKS "! This company has really been an enjoyable experience, both with the quality of work and the quality of people who work for them. I will recommend this company!

Recently I noticed water leaking from underneath a cabinet in my kitchen. After further inspection, it became evident that the water was leaking from the sink in an upstairs bathroom. Needless to say, I was quite concerned. I called Plumb Pros, and they sent Omar and Jordan out to help repair my sink. Omar and Jordan were both extremely thorough while carrying out the inspection and repair of my bathroom sink. Not only did they do a fantastic job, they were very patient as my family and I tried to determine which repairs needed to be made immediately that day. They answered all of our questions in a professional, matter of fact manner. I am extremely thankful for their help and as such want to make it known they did an awesome job!

I had Plumb Pros come out to my house a few days ago to unclog a stopped bathroom sink. Nothing but Red Carpet service from this company. The Tech(s) Dominic and Avery were very prompt and Polite throughout the entire job. They were on time and very courteous about wearing shoe covers and placing carpets down to keep our interior floors spotless. Going with any other company is a mistake! Would give 6 stars if possible.

I called on a Saturday, spoke right away (like, they answered!) to a real person, who scheduled a visit on Sunday. Gene, the plumber who came out, was terrific. Quite competent and experienced, he installed the faucet -- and then diagnosed and fixed a problem with the shut-off valve , not a part of the installation. And in spite of the extra time and work, held to the original quote. I genuinely appreciated his and this company's help.

When ever I have a plumbing issue, I always call Plumb Pros and last year I found out that Plumb Pros also do drive ways. On 6-6-22, I laid out my plans / ideas of what I wanted done in the yard. By 6-7-22, everything was dug… etc. On 6-8-22, the concrete was poured. I had a new drive way, new patio and a new sidewalk. So, if you want concrete done call Plumb Pros and ask for ALEX, PHIL, JORDAN and there were others (I didn’t get their names) to do the work. They were all professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Outstanding work from Gene, Jay and Ryan. No one wants to have the news that plumbing work has to be done in their home. Their office staff were courteous and organized when we first contacted them, and gave us ample heads-up when the technician would be coming to our home. Our lead service pro, Andrew, was fantastic. Large scale plumbing issues like the one he helped us with are never going to be "fun", but Andrew and his team were polite, knowledgeable, and prompt, and gave us the confidence the job was being handled professionally. Contacted Plumb Pros last week about a few plumbing issues and they were able to fit me in the same day. Miranda and Ryan came in the afternoon to assess the issues and provided upfront pricing, plus a detailed explanation of all the work to be completed. Due to an issue outside of their control, they needed to come back the next day to finish some of the work. Miranda was friendly and able to answer any of the questions I had. Everyone from the office to any of the technicians that came out to my house was friendly and helpful.

Great customer service from Dominic! He was very professional and explained everything step-by-step that he did. I had water in my furnace room (during the summer), but it only seemed to be there when the back outside faucet was used. I told Dominic I wanted the back outside faucet replaced. Anyway, long story short, Dominic thoroughly checked everything out and was not satisfied that it was the outside faucet leaking. The issue was the drain from the AC was clogged. After looking at a few sections of the drain where it was not clogged, Dominic then found where the drain was clogged and showed it to me. Very trustworthy and did not do work that was not needed! Dominic went above and beyond to explain to me what he was thinking and answered all of my questions honestly! This is what, "Genuine, Good Ol' Fashioned Sevice" is! I would 100% use this company for repairs in the future, and will be purchasing their very reasonable Home Service Maintenance Plan.

Our central air went out late Friday night and an early morning call on Saturday to Plumb Pros resulted in service within 3 hours. Alfonso checked everything out and gave us an estimate for repair or replacement of a 21 year old unit. We chose to replace and within 3 hours he returned with Brandon and a new unit. They worked for three more hours and came back on Sunday and spent several hours completing the job. They were careful, neat, and articulate and answering all of our questions. I called to have an outside faucet fixed. They were super fast in arriving to my home after I made the call for the repair. Luke was extremely knowledgeable and I could tell he took pride in his work. My furnace kept turning on and off as they were repairing the faucet and Luke immediately recognized that the furnace was not running correctly. He took a look at it, and knew the problem and offered to fix it. Naturally I was expecting for them to come back another day to repair my furnace, but Luke called and ordered the part and fixed the furnace the same day! I was so happy! Today I called Plumb Pros to give me some quotes for work needed in my bathrooms. Chris was my technician, he was awesome. The work that he did today was to fix a broken pipe in my shower and replace the shower head. Chris walked me through what he needed to do, the cost and then started the job, He was very quick and thorough along with being friendly and polite. The cost was much less than I had anticipated. I was very pleased that I was able to get an appointment within a couple of hours of my initial call. They called me when Chris was on his way and followed up with a call to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Jean and Ryan just came through for me big time. The "new normal" means my job is done from home now. A shower faucet issue needed to get fixed ASAP and they were on site and had it fixed in short order. That would be enough, then my neighbor noticed their truck and came over as they finished up. We had several challenging issues in a crawl space involving leaking from outside of the property and a hot water heater recently installed by another contractor that was not up to code. The problems were complex and required some excavation to correct, so we were referred to Plumb Pros. Luke of Plumb Pros handled our situation seamlessly. Luke did an excellent job of explaining the pros and cons of our available options and potential costs for each option. Within just a few days, Luke and his team corrected everything, including installing a sump pump and ensuring our affected mechanical devices in the crawl space were safe and up to code. Luke used layman's terms to ensure we understood everything that was happening, was very polite, never became impatient with our excessive questions, and left the area clean of debris and looking better than it did before his team began work. We would not hesitate to contact Plumb Pros again for our future plumbing needs.

Chris and his helper Dave was excellent. They remained professional and removed all trash out of the basement and left my home clean. We had a sewer leak under the house. I was able to get my Homeowners insurance to cover the removal and replacement of the concrete but I was responsible for the wear and tear on the cast iron pipe. So with the 70% insurance money they took on the very big job of replacing my pipe countless trips up and down my stairs to remove and replace the concrete and the job they did is fantastic. And they did this in one afternoon. What I really liked about these guys is they didn't charge me at all for the initial visit and are working with me on payments for the remainder 30%. If I ever need any more work I found my guys. Thank you again Plum Pros.

After getting estimates from 5 companies for a main sewer line replacement, we decided to go with Plumb Pros, in part because Chris was very friendly, very thorough, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Their original quote was not the cheapest, but was not the highest either. Prior to making the final decision to go with this company, we were impressed with their follow-up after the estimate (the only company that did) and their continuous assistance with questions. We scheduled to have them begin and complete work on Friday, July 5th but were very disheartened to learn that the original quote was incorrect because Chris had not realized the full depth of the main sewer line in the public street. Because the depth was nearly double what he originally quoted, the price went up another $3000 which was very upsetting and not in the budget. We understood the cost change, and knew we were stuck between a rock and hard place because our main sewer line was offset and in dire need or replacement. We were again disappointed, however, when the crew did not get started on the project until well after noon and then could only prepare the hole near our home (not in the street) and ended up leaving the 8 foot hole next to our front door, and the pile of dirt in our driveway for the weekend, with the project on hold until Monday, July 8th. Chris was onsite on Friday for the morning but did not return the rest of the day and I had to call him to determine the next steps for Monday. We were very displeased with this. Luckily though, Jorge, the "leader" of the excavating crew (and subcontractor of Plumb Pros) was wonderful and explained a lot of the process and what to expect next. Monday morning the excavating crew arrived at 7:20am and began work. Chris came a bit later, stayed for a while, but did not return again until after I called him at 4:45pm wanting an update on the progress and expected completion time. Chris then returned to tell us the project would be finalized by 8PM Monday night and final clean up the next morning. Ultimately we feel Jorge and his crew, Ramundo and Rick, were much more available for our questions and concerns and we were disappointed that we had to reach out to Chris instead of having him contacting us regularly. We do want to mention that Jorge, Ramundo, and Rick were fantastic, hard workers and did not stop working all day on Monday, working over 12 hours to get the job done. They cleaned up as they went along and were incredibly respectful of our property and us. As I said, Jorge made sure to answer all of our questions and concerns, and despite English being his second language, did a fantastic job of explaining everything. We were honestly more impressed with Plumb Pros' subcontractors than Plumb Pros and feel Jorge and his team made the experience a very tolerable one despite the mess and cost. We wish we would have been given a more realistic timeline for completion, as we did not expect to have to deal with it for 3 business days plus a weekend, but we also understand that not all things can be predicted. However, we were told this was a 1 day project so dealing with it for 5 days was a pain to say the least. Overall we are satisfied with the job done, but are more impressed with the subcontractors that Plumb Pros hired than them. Chris is a very nice person, but we would have appreciated more contact from him as replacing a main sewer line is not something we have ever done before. Jorge, Ramundo & Rick were awesome and we would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Our neighbors cottonwood tree found a water source in our main sewer line that went from our home to the street, and suddenly we were wading in water in the basement. Plumb Pros came over within a few hours and cleared the line in addition to clearing another drain in the basement. I also was really pleased to discover that they cleaned up the flood mess and left the basement looking great. I would recommend their services. Two years ago we had a sewer backup that caused extensive damage to our house. Luis from Plumb Pros came out, cleaned out the pipes, and repaired our bathroom fixtures. He suggested we have the cleaning done as a routine every two years to prevent this from happening again. We just had him back last week to do this. He removed the toilet and cleaned the pipes. He said everything looked good and in replacing the toilet, put in new bolts and re-caulked it at no extra cost. The work was done promptly and professionally.
