I called Robert on 12/24/22 and asked when his next available appointment was. I explained that a pipe had broke in my basement. He informed me that he was in the middle of another job. He did tell me that he did not know when he would be done with his current job, and would reach out to me when he finished. He asked me to text him my information. He did check back with later that day and I informed him that I found someone to that would come out on Monday to help me. Monday morning, the company that said they would help me backed out. I contacted Robert and explained what had happened, he said he could be out later on in the day. Robert was efficient, polite, courteous, and completed the work in a couple of hours. I would highly recommend After Hours Plumbing & Drainage for any plumbing issues. You can rely on them to be there for you. BC Denver

I called on a Sunday morning to have someone look at the leak coming from under my dishwasher that eventually made its way to my basement. I spoke with Bruce to schedule the appointment and he was as kind as could be. Art came out that afternoon and thoroughly explained where the leak was coming from and what needed to be done to fix it. He attempted to unclog the drain in my laundry room from all the leaking water but was unable to due to it being an OLD house and having a blockage in the way. Regardless, he was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I highly recommend!

He stayed to finish the job until almost 1030 pm; even though I feel most plumbers would have said that they needed to come back in the morning. Woke up one day and my kitchen ceiling was leaking water. I reached out to one of my FB groups and Bruce was recommended by three people. My husband gave him a call that evening and he was able to come out the following morning. He found and fixed the problem within an hour! He worked fast and diligently, had tons of knowledge of what he was doing, and even offered support/advice for any future plumbing issues we may have. He also does landscaping! The pressure reducing valve started leaking late Friday afternoon. I did a search on line for plumbers and noticed the outstanding reviews for After Hours. I called and spoke with Bruce. Sent a picture to him showing the valve and connection. Within a few minutes he sent a text with a price range assuring me it would be within the range. Art D. responded to my home and was here for two and a half hours - leaving at 7:30PM. Art D. was fantastic. Did an excellent job and left the work area cleaner than when he arrived. I spent the entire time with Art and learned a lot about plumbing. I can't say enough concerning the service and price I received from After Hours. Would I recommend After Hours? ABSOLUTELY!!! And by the way, ask for Art D. You won't be disappointed.

I needed clogged toilet service and called After Hours late evening. I was very happy that tech Arthur called me and was at my house within 30 minutes; after business hours. He was skilled and careful to not damage/scratch the Koehler surface or leave any water on the floor. I don't write reviews, but Bruce and Arthur went so above and beyond, I felt it was the least I could do. I was originally quoted $1800 by a competitor to remove, fix a clog in, and reinstall my upstairs toilet - Arthur was abled to fix the clog without removing my toilet and charged me $300, despite it being over the weekend. He then helped me reinstall my smoke detectors that I had to take down due to the leaking. The kindest guys. Amazing service. I feel at ease knowing I have someone to go to in Denver with any future plumbing mishaps.

We discovered our leak in the crawl space at 10:00 on Friday night. Turned off our water to the house, got our towels and buckets out. My husband called early Saturday morning and Robert was here at 9:30. He cut into couple places in the drywall and found our leak very quickly. Fixed it right up. Was very friendly, very clean work, and we were very pleased with him. He will be our go to plumber when we need something!! My husband already has a couple things he wants to do in the next few months… and we will be calling asking for Robert. It’s hard to find someone that you can feel comfortable with and trust and we were very pleased with todays service.

Bruce was awesome! My pilot light was out on my hot water heater and Bruce walked me through the steps to get it lit myself. Unfortunately, I didn't follow directions well. LOL Bruce wasn't far away, stopped by and helped me get the pilot lit. It took him about five minutes and he showed me how to do it in the next time. He didn't even charge me. What a great guy! We had a main sewer line back up on a Sunday and found out quickly that NO plumbers work on Sunday(we tried no less than 15 different plumbers). I called a lot of plumbers before I was referred to Bruce. Just talking to him on the phone made me want to hire him. His rates were fair and he seemed genuine and friendly and of course competent. I had originally just hired him to reinstall a faucet and garbage disposal after my sink was replaced. Unfortunately the people who installed the sink dropped the old one smashing a key pipe, so now I needed him to fix the damage. He gave us a price then immediately discounted it knowing it was a hardship for the other company to pay. He was already running hours behind and not only installed the faucet and disposal he came back the same night with parts to fix the drain. Bruce also walked me through how to repair some valves myself to help save some additional costs, trust me I was texting him like crazy and he never not helped. Bruce is my forever plumber at this point he is a good stand up person who just wants to help. I highly recommend you hire him if you need this kind of work.

Bruce was amazing. While we were an hour and a half away from our townhouse, we were informed the pipes had frozen and had burst. We got in touch with Bruce at After Hours Plumbing and he was super responsive. He immediately got on the phone with me and then met me at the property within the hour. He was incredibly friendly as we hunted down not one but three pipe bursts in the ceiling. While he worked to fix the problems, he also contacted some great property restoration guys and got them moving ASAP. He definitely didn't have to do that but he was happy to go above and beyond to help me! He worked with me on price and gave me a very fair total given how fast he got there and fixed THREE pipe breaks on a Saturday. Started hearing a weird sound whenever I used the guest restroom so I went on a Facebook mom page and asked for recommendations. Got Bruce's contact and called him. He was polite and asked to hear the weird noise over the phone so he can figure out what might be wrong before he came. He even stopped by to grab the part he thinks we might need before coming to my house. He tried to fix the issue without needing to install a new pressure valve. In the end, we both agreed we definitely needed a new valve and I felt comfortable with the choice. He included me in the process and explained the problem very well. Mr. Bruce Thomas came himself and did the repairs. It was fast efficient and error free. The water had to be turned off until he came to our home. When he walked in, he first off got the water turned on in the house by capping the pipes and finished the repairs the next day in no time flat. After Hours plumbing is run by a man Bruce Thomas who is on top of things and will make sure someone is out promptly because leaks don't just miraculously stop by themselves and can cause a lot of damage if not repaired promptly. We had a leak start in the ceiling of our basement bathroom, and he had someone out within an hour to work on repairing it. We spoke to him about eventually needing to replace the leaky faucet on our kitchen sink, and when we got the new faucet, he replaced it within a day. During that time we found that there was a little water damage under the sink, which might have been the faucet, or the garbage disposal that decided to crack all the way down the side... His guy removed the plywood, checked the floor under it, and installed new plywood for us and did a great job, also got an installed a new garbage disposal. I love the fact that we can call Bruce up and get someone out quickly. It's important to have a plumber that will do that, because like I said water will cause damage.

I called After Hours Plumbing where Bruce Thomas told me not to worry, After Hours Plumbing was available and equipped to perform emergency plumbing repairs. After Hours Plumbing dispatched their plumber Arturo to be at my house an hour later. He arrived with his plumbing supply truck and was able to fix my plumbing emergency.
