We had our water filter installation, after my wife couldn't stand the taste of chlorine regularly. We couldn't be a bit happier with our installation! Always courteous wearing a mask and covering their boots walking in/out the door. We will be using Eco Plumber in the future for upgrading our house to the latest standards out on the market! We are very happy with the time it took for the project, always having the right tools on hand or in their truck. Matthew did it right for us!

Tom did a fantastic job! He located the problem with my faucet and then welcomed me to watch as he did the repair. He explained exactly what he was doing at each step in the process. I really enjoyed talking with Tom as he was friendly and very personable. Company telephone reps were great about communicating with me regarding scheduling the service and when Tom was on his way to my house. I will definitely use Eco Plumbers for any future plumbing needs.

Overall Robert did a great job! He worked quickly and efficiently. Not sure why he wasn't prepared with a hose for the water tank tune up service requested, but he was able to use my hose to accomplish the work without delay. The galvanized pipe he replaced with copper looks great! I had a couple of concerns, but once I made a call, Bert, my technician, came right back and fixed the concern to make sure I was totally happy with the work. Bert's customer service was outstanding!!!

I'm a part of their care plan program and just had my fall heating tune up today. The plan is very reasonably priced and includes fall heater check, spring AC check and water heater flush amongst other things. Scheduling was fantastic! I called around 10am and they were here shortly after noon, which was really surprising given it was a non-emergency call and I was expecting to wait at least a week per other plumber's timelines. As for the service itself, Eric was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed one non-emergency issue and gave me a quote to address it whenever, no pressure at all. He also showed me how to replace the filter in the unit and gave advice on how to decide when it needs replaced. Overall, I was very pleased with the service. Cost at the end was $0, as promised with the care plan, but I was glad to note they didn't have any hidden fees or undisclosed caveats. This is my second time working with EcoPlumbers and I will be trusting them again in the future

I needed to have my sump pump inspected to make sure it was working properly. Del not only did that, but he also took the time to explain to me how it operates and what the panel tells me. He also told me that draining the water heater every year improves its lifetime. Since, I hadn’t drained it in 3 years, I asked him to perform that service, too. There was a special price on both services, which was great! Having a technician who was knowledgeable, professional and friendly was very refreshing and definitely appreciated.

I called two different plumbers today for a job that needed to be done for the water heater and the hot water connection for the washing machine. The other plumber never called and The Eco Plumbers responded right away. Service consultant was over within two hours to give an estimate. I agreed to have the job done that day and the installation techs were over to my house within two hours. Installation and care of the area was top notch. I would recommend these guys for these jobs and any plumbing repairs. They are quick, accommodating and professional.

Ray and Jason came out and did an outstanding job getting an old fused cartridge out of the shower. They came in, assessed the issue, gave best/worst case scenario and explained very well so someone with NO prior knowledge of plumbing could comprehend. They teamed up and got it done, even though the cartridge put a fight, their skills got the best of it. We called and less than 24 hours later we have full use of our shower and the water was back on. In a house with small children you really appreciate the urgency they resolved the issue with. I will call again should the need arise and would definitely recommend not only The Eco Plumbers but Ray and Jason specifically.

I had an old galvanized iron waste pipe in my basement, which was installed, when my home was built in 1955. I noticed recently, that it was corroding in various sections. Hence, I contacted Eco Plumbers to replace that pipe, as well as adjacent pipes, which were interconnected with the main waste pipe. Mr. Will Lutz was sent to do the job; he is an outstanding, competent, and highly skilled and efficient plumber. He removed the iron waste pipe from my basement, as well as two other pipes, which were connected to the toilet, a sink, as well as to the pipe going to the roof, and replaced them with PVC pipes. He had to drill through the cement floor to accomplish this task, pertaining to the connection of the main pipe. The main pipe had several fasteners, to connect the various parts; in addition, the other two pipes had to be secured. Will placed a new connection on the bottom of the toilet, and lined it up with the connecting pipe. After the job was completed, and inspected by the city inspector, Will cleaned up the area very neatly, and applied cement to seal the opening. I was very pleased at the outcome, as the job was done very efficiently. Will came back with the city inspector only two days after he did the job. I've used over a dozen or more different plumbers to service my home, in the years that I've lived here; Will was undoubtedly far superior, with his technical skills, than any of the previous ones. In addition to his technical skills, he is a very congenial, and respectful person, and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any future plumbing installation.

Can’t say enough about the great service we received by Josh and Eco Plumbers. I was visiting my daughter from out of town when we discovered a leak in her kitchen ceiling We called Eco Plumbers and they were able to come out first thing the next day. We were given notice about arrival time and Josh arrived right on time. I showed him the kitchen ceiling and said we weren’t sure where the leak was coming from He checked the bathrooms and found what seemed to be the problem. We discussed the issue and decided to replace a toilet. I then took him through the house to discuss other issues. I was concerned about the water heater and he showed me that it was leaking. In the end we had three toilets replaced along with the water heater. The condo is old and not necessarily built with top notch materials so none of this was surprising. When I asked when he could do the work, he said he could have it all done that same day! This was great as I needed to return home by week’s end. 5 hours later everything was installed, cleaned up and looked great. I am very relieved that I can leave my daughter knowing everything is in working order and that she will have a reliable plumber to depend on in the future. Eco Plumbers communication from start to finish was exemplary! This is how every company should do business.

I just had them out again for another job to fix a gas leak I had in my outside fireplace line. Once again they were great. Gene was very professional and efficient. Company has Competitive pricing and is very responsive. I called Eco Plumbers in the morning letting them know I had a broken hot water tank and likely needed a new one (one of two so no emergency) A representative, Adam, contacted me and was at my house within the hour. He reviewed all my options, pricing, maintenance and warranty programs with absolutely no hard sell on anything. Totally my decision which way to go. We decided to go with a tankless water heater as the quoted price was very reasonable, considering I was likely to lose my second water tank soon. He asked if I wanted it done today and I said yes. About an hour later the workers showed up. Julian's team varied between 3-5 people. They were very knowledgeable, worked straight for about 7 hours (except a short pizza break) and did a fantastic job. They went out of their way to run the vent pipes in a way that was least interfering with storage of boxes in our crawl space. The cleaned up the area well and at the end Julian explained all the instructions about the unit to me. My family have used this company before to put a pipe liner in a main drain pipe and they were just as good then as now. I would recommend them for any service.

These days you can't be too safe. Jake is great at his job. Very professional, prompt, nice, courteous and down to earth. I can tell he's been doing this for awhile and is very knowledgeable. I'm guessing they're prices are comparable to others. If that's the case we will go with EcoPlumbers. Seems like a very sound decision.

I needed to replace a drain line in my side yard that included 2-downspouts and the drain for the basement sump-pump. I did some research on what it should cost. I made a list of 5 vendors to provide estimates. I put ECO Plumbers first on the list because of their size and good reputation. Their estimate was so good that I didn't bother contacting any of the other vendors. A crew of four guys came out at 11:00AM had the job knocked out in 3-hours. They did an outstanding job... My water tank decided to bust September 1 (what a great way to begun a new month). Ecoplumbing was out the same day to look at the problem and give me options. Dalton was my technician today. He got up at 5 am to pick up the company truck to make sure he was here on time. He stayed until the job was done until after 3 pm. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and super sweet. When he found another issue, he even called the sales reps to make sure someone else could come take a look at the work he had done and to talk to me about a different leak he found. I highly recommend this company. Excellent customer service and very experienced.

This was a big job and it went through an underwriter’s review before my insurance would pay. They could find no fault with the bid and a second bid came in higher than theirs. I love that the staff members come in clean uniforms and behave professionally. This is not true of all plumbing services. Everyone I’ve dealt with at EcoPlumbers has been courteous, respectful, and patiently answered questions and provided information, including videos, to help us understand the problems. Skylar was on time, courteous and professional. He took a look, presented our options and got right to work. And that work was done fast and any mess from the garbage disposal swap was cleaned up well too. I also really appreciated being presented multiple options and not being pressured into the more expensive ones. The only downside was that we didn't know the time frame of when to expect him so we just had to wait for the 30 minute call ahead. I think that was.just a fluke though, and with as fast and easy everything was we will definitely call Eco Plumbers again.

Had issues with my Google nest. Turns out I didn't charge it correctly. Recommended wiring it, told me the cost. I passed on it. No pressure or hassle to get the work done. Definitely will consider when bigger issues arise. Eric was a great help. 11/2/22 Ended up having a bigger issue then before. And needed to replace furnace. They went over options and great financing. Since Furnace and AC where both over 20 years old replaced them both. As well as a new water heater. Took out the old and replaced with new in basically a day and half. Very professional.

Eco Plumbers services are consistent, reliable, and professional. The technician (plumber) they sent out this time, Gage Carman was informative and skilled at his job. He worked hard and quickly showing a professional and warm friendly attitude. Every one of their plumbers were good with our dog, making friends with him and being careful not to let the dog slip out the door (important if you have a runner as a dog). He provided us useful advice that avoided us spending money uselessly, then proceeded to fix the alternate problem I had identified as needing service.

I used the online option to request service. They made sure I knew when they would be arriving and we're very good at maintaining contact. They looked over my basic plumbing (in an old house with some interesting diy from the previous owners) and pointed out things that I might want to keep an eye on. They prepared a quote for extra items that would be worth doing, and a quote for exactly what I was requesting. They weren't at all pushy about doing any extras and I'm glad I'm aware of items I need to consider as a homeowner. They were professional and courteous. They got the job done quickly (I needed new plumbing from the main line to my toilet) and I can confidentiality say I would use their service in the future. I haven't had enough plumbing repairs to know if the price was in line with other companies, but I didn't feel like it was outrageous.

Logan was absolutely outstanding! He went well above and beyond at every step. Finding out that you need to replace a hot water tank is never good. He educated us on our situation and guided us through the process. He made the experience as good as it could have been! 10/10. He was personable and easy to work with. My wife and we're doing home renovations while they installed and numerous times, he randomly helped me by opening a door when I was carrying something heavy, or helping my tip a heavy trash can into a roll off dumpster. Fantastic service in an age where even mediocrity is hard to come by!

I was recently assisted by Eric for a Heating System maintenance and Gene for water tank maintenance & shower temperature correction. I called Eco Plumbers to inspect my sump pump after the sump pit overflowed into our basement. They did several thorough tests to determine if it was working and at what capacity. They offered me 4 options and replaced the sump pump very quickly and had me take a look before and after the work. After doing a scope of the sump line and determining that it had breaks, they offered several options for replacement and were out within 3 days to replace the exterior line to the street. When they arrived, they explained what they would do and that they would take photos along the way. After the work was completed, they walked me through everything that they did and even added grass seed in addition to the putting the grass back that was there before and explained how and when to water it. We had our 24 year old tank water heaters replaced with a tankless water heater. Nick (our salesperson) came out and gave us info on replacing our two 40 gallon parallel tank water heaters with new ones or replacing them with a tankless system. We decided on the tankless. Adam and Nate (our installers) came out the following week. Before they started they went over the plan for the day. They quickly went to work removing our old water heaters and installing the new system. They kept us informed of everything going on as they went. Their electrician came out and installed the electric plug needed for the system. He did an excellent and very efficient job and kept us completely informed as well. Once the tankless system was completed, Adam and Nate showed us how the system worked and answered all of our questions. They took great care to keep our home clean and took all the debris away and took care to mask the entire time. The system is working great and we are very pleased!! We would use Eco Plumbers again and recommend them to others.

I can't say enough about how much I like Ecoplumbers. I love how they keep you informed via text or call (your choice) on the early on day of your appointment as well as 30 minutes prior to their arrival. They send a photo of the technician when they're on their way and a link to track their arrival. The quality of their work is fantastic, I've never had a problem post-repair with any of the major projects I've had them do for me. They allow you to schedule online or by phone and upload photos and videos explaining your issue so that they know exactly what's going on. And it's weird that I need to include this, but so many plumbers around charge a fee for using a credit or debit card, and Ecoplumbers doesn't.

Both times the appointment time was not kept but they stayed in contact. 1st time rescheduled to a different day. 2nd time was just changing technician. Both times the cost was way more than I expected. I did not call other companies to check to see if it was comparable so it may be reasonable. Both jobs took longer than I expected again not sure it would have been less anywhere else. Brian came out to determine why my new dishwasher was leaking water under my laminate floors. He was able to make the determination quickly that the installers from Big Sandy Superstore failed to connect the line that empties the water into the garbage disposal. When I asked Big Sandy to come back to recheck their installation I was informed that their policy for urgent requests didn't include dishwashers.This was property damage, not me bulking about washing a few dishes by hand but they couldn't have cared less. When I called Ecoplumbers for my furnace issue, they responded very quickly to my call and they sent one technician immediately for free diagnosis. The technician (Logan Woolley) is very knowledgeable and within few mins he identified the problem- my furnace circuit board is not working , he called the furnace company and a local store for parts and found that part. He explained to me the cost of the part- he went to the store immediately upon my approval and bought the item back within less than one hour and fixed the issue with in less than 1:30hours, prior to this call I worked with other company they said it will take 10days to get the part. Rob arrived and quickly determined the cause of the basement toilet gurgling and spouting. Clogged venting through the stack. When the estimator, Alex, arrived the next day to review options, I was disappointed with those options. Adding a vent off the basement sink would cure the basement toilet gurgling/spouting problem. The $2000+ price tag was too steep. Alex did mention a financing option. What neither Rob nor Alex mentioned was the option to go up onto the roof of my 1-story house and check to see if the stack was clogged with leaves from the tree directly overhead. Such a clog could be the cause of the venting issue. I even asked Alex what it might cost to install a vent cap to prevent leaves from entering the stack. His suggestion was a DIY trip to Home Depot and buy an inexpensive solution. Looks like I'll be making a trip to Lowe's to purchase the parts to add a vent under my basement bathroom sink and call it done.

Wow - I am so impressed with Eco Plumbers, most specifically Matt, Greg and Isaac - that I definitely want to take the time to share my experience. They went so way above and beyond what I would've expected and I want to call them out for it. I had a clogged drain and called Eco Plumbers to see if I could get someone to come out. They sent Matt out later that morning (it was a Saturday!). Matt came out and unclogged the drain no problem, but then he checked the furnace/hwt closet and he told me he smelled gas. I'd been sick for several weeks and couldn't smell anything - I have no idea how long that leak had been going on. So, anyway, he told me to go sit in his truck (it was about 60 degrees outside) while he called Columbia Gas. Columbia Gas came out and, sure enough, three leaks. Matt sat there with me the whole time waiting for Columbia Gas to arrive. So once Columbia Gas determined there were leaks, they turned my gas off. Okay, and this is November! So, Eco Plumbers sent Greg out right away. I couldn't believe it - it was a Saturday and this was not scheduled. Greg worked for several hours and finally got everything fixed. He then arranged for Columbia Gas to come out and turn the gas back on (that night!). Columbia Gas showed up around 8:00 and told me the problem wasn't fixed and he wouldn't turn the gas back on. So, Columbia Gas called Eco Plumbers and - unbelievably - they answered! They told me that they would get someone out as soon as possible. I couldn't be available until Thursday, so I had to go awhile without any heat, but then on Thursday Greg and Isaac showed up. Greg felt terrible and was so apologetic - I could tell he wanted to know what he had missed and he set out to find out. After reading the notes from Columbia Gas and going over everything he had done, he told me he didn't need to do anything - that his work was right. So, he called Columbia Gas and he and Isaac went out and sat in their truck for the next five hours - no joke - five hours and waited for Columbia Gas. By 7:30 Columbia Gas still hadn't showed up, so I insisted they leave. They were totally prepared to sit out there all night but I told them to go. So, then, Columbia Gas finally shows up about 10:00. He does all his tests again, and this time tells me everything's fine. I told him the plumber didn't do anything today - that everything was exactly the way it was on Saturday - but he said everything was fine anyway. So, at this point, I would say make sure Columbia Gas checks itself a second time if they have to come to your house - I went without heat for almost a week for no reason at all. So - I know this is long - but these three really need to be commended. They know what they're doing, they care about the job they do, they care about their customers, they were polite, professional and they may well have saved my life. Thank you to all of them!

I had already decided that repairing an eight- year- old water heater was not in the cards. I said the same thing to him before we even looked at my water heater. I wanted a tankless water heater and that is what he knew from the get go, except I needed to be educated about what I needed and what it would take to get me one installed. My kitchen drain clogged up and was unresponsive to chemical cleaners. The Eco Plumber came out and tried to snake out the drain (which had a very long run to the four inch sewer pipe) first with a smaller snake, and then with a large one. Neither snake worked and he did a very good job explaining to me why these methods did not work and the need to jet out the pipes with hot water next week. We set up an appointment for Monday for that equipment to come out. He did not charge me for the three hours he was there since the clog remains.

Where they are selling the Bradford White Defender series which they deal exclusively in water heater's. The actual install was accomplished same day by Adam. I can not say enough positive remarks about Cory and team from the Ecoplumbers. I had water leaking from my 1st floor bathroom into my basement. The Ecoplumbers detected the problem and also found multiple other problems caused by the previous owners attempts to fix things himself. I called Eco because of an excellent referral by a friend. I had a toilet that was plugged for 3 days and only have one toilet. When I called I was told they most likely be able to come out that same day. About 3:30 I received a call from Brian explaining it looked like they wouldn't be out until the next morning. I explained to him that I am 80 years old and disabled. He was kind and understood my predicament. He said he would see if he could work something out for me. Brian called back in about 1/2 hour and said someone would be out that same day. Boy, was pleased. Mytchel appeared at my door within the hour. He was neatly dressed and pleasant. He even put shoe coverings on. He explained that their service techs always do a"safety check" during their calls to see if anything else needed attention. He made a couple suggestions and also gave me some helpful information to maintain my water heater. Mytchel went to the truck for the commercial auger. After a few attempts he was able to clear the clog. He also explained that ECO does have service programs and gave me prices. I decided to not go with a "program". Mytchel was able to give me a Senior Citizen discount for the service performed. He called 2 days later just to check in on my satisfaction with the work he had done. I can say that excellent service was offered by ECO--from the young woman who answered my call, to the young woman who took info to write the work order, to Brian who was able to prioritized my service call and finally to Mytchel who came out and solved my problem. If needed I will certainly call ECO for repairs at my home. I couldn't be more pleased with their personnel and service. Thank you ECO

Robert came in a timely manner to discuss our options, we settled on a new heat pump hot water heater and he scheduled an install the next business day (after the weekend). Brent came to the house and looked over the site of the install, we realized we couldn't get what we had previously settled on so Brent gave us some additional options, we ended up going with a traditional hot water heater due to the condensate line required for the heat pump. While we didn't get what we originally wanted, what we did get was more than enough for us. Brent was professional and very helpful, even helping us to get a little more out of our new setup by installing a heatguard tank booster, which recycles some cold water back into the hot water output to make it last longer, effectively making our 50 gallon into an adhoc 65 gallon. The install went well, he was taking a low boy out of a crawl space and routing the lines to a finished work room so we could finally have a normal sized hot water heater. He color coded the hot and cold lines, and had an electrician come out to run additional wiring for us. It was quick, easy and painless. I will absolutely be contacting Eco Plumbers again.

I called Eco Plumbers about 12:30 AM on a Friday because of an extremely clogged toilet at my 90 year old father’s house. They were able to schedule a technician to come out that day. They explained what to expect very well and said I would get a call 1/2 hour before the technician was going to arrive (which I did). They also followed up with an email to let me know who my tech would be with a picture so I would know what he looked like. I think that is a very important detail/courtesy that would make anyone who might be nervous about someone being allowed into their home have assurance the person at their door was indeed from the company. Levi was our tech and he was on time, very courteous and friendly. He gave me an estimate of what work he would do to clear the clog and what it would cost. If I did not want to proceed after his diagnosis and estimate of cost, that would be okay and no charge for the call. I decided of course to proceed. Unfortunately, there was something lodged in the toilet that could not be removed. After some discussion about options I decided to have Levi replace the toilet. He was able to coordinate getting the replacement toilet, remove the old one, and complete the installation of the new one before the end of the normal work day (a Friday afternoon). I was very pleased with the whole experience and will certainly use them again for my plumbing needs

I have used this company many times over the last few years. They installed a freeze proof valve on my outside spigot. In 2021 they installed a drain in old fashioned "country" porcelain over iron kitchen sink, and unhooked some old gas appliances, made sure it was safe. On 11/10/21 they inspected my water heater, which is beginning to fail,...and recommended a new one, and will be installing it next week. They offer 0% financing to help me pay for it.

You get what you pay for. They are more expensive than other companies, but worth it in my opinion. Someone was able to come out same day. Lamar was knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and got the job done quickly. He was able to unclog the basement drain with no issue and gave us recommendations for future maintenance to keep it from backing up again. He even made sure to leave the area clean, which is something most plumbers don’t do. Definitely would recommend.

Turns out I needed a new hot water tank entirely, due to age and major corrosion.
