Look no further: you’ve found your new plumber. Highly recommended! If I could give more than five stars, I would. After comparing prices across multiple companies, I settled on Affordable Professional Plumbing because it was the least costly option. Less than half the price of some other companies for the exact same estimate. Scheduling was easy and I was able to get an appointment quickly. When John, the owner of the company, came for the scheduled appointment time, he was friendly and polite. He answered all of my questions and helped to explain things to me so I learned about the process. For example, in case my sink faucet water pressure weakened over time, he showed me how to clean it so that I could avoid the cost of a future service call. Since I am a new homeowner, he also helped by showing me some other important things around the house that I should know, for which I am incredibly grateful. He showed me how to turn off the water to the kitchen sink, turn off the water for the whole house, and more. John went above and beyond what was expected of him. He is personable, patient, and incredibly helpful. He did a great job and I’m very happy with the work that was done. I never expected to learn as much as I did but am happy he is as good a teacher as he is a plumber. I will happily recommend him to friends and family. Thank you!

John has 10 years’ experience with a large Columbus plumbing company. The toilet in our half bath in our new house was worn out, heavily shimmed, and installed on a lead toilet flange. John replaced the lead flange and installed a new Kohler one piece Santa Rosa toilet. The toilet is now level, has no shims, looks great and flushes like a champ. John also repaired the vent lines. I would use John again and highly recommend him.

Called affordable professional plumbing after getting some high priced quotes from other companies. John was the only one that gave me the option to keep my 3 handle tub/shower faucet system , saving me hundreds of dollars. John was very responsive and was able to fit us into his schedule. Affordable, honest and reliable. Will definitely recommend to everyone. Edit: Had a leak coming from an old pedestal sink in March 2021. Gave Affordable professional plumbing again since John did such a great the first time. John came gave me options, was up front and honest. We chose to replace it with a vanity. John came installed the vanity, fixed the waters lines and gave me new shut off valves all for an affordable price. I will definitely continue to use and recommend affordable professional plumbing. Needed to replace the 50-year-old main water shutoff valve in our house. It's easy to access and I took high-res photos of it. Called a couple of other plumbers, both of whom insisted on making appointments to give me estimates. Both estimates were sky-high. Called John at APP (never had heard of them) and he was able to give me a firm price based on my photos -- and it was literally one-third of what the other two companies wanted. John coordinated with the city to get the water shut off at the curb, and he did superb work (and fast). I'll definitely use APP again. (Funny aftermath: I started getting marketing emails and texts from one of the other companies. I shut them down.)

I found Affordable Professional Plumbing on NextDoor with extremely high reviews. I text John and he responded very quickly, was able to diagnose my issue over text related to my tub faucet dripping all the time. He then informed me that the manufacturer of my faucet offers life time warranties on most parts and if I was willing to wait, I could contact them to order a free replacement part. I called and ordered the part and it was received within 5 days, and John was out the next day to install it! He was able to save me about $80 just by leveraging the parts under warranty through the manufacturer. While he was here, he educated me on various parts of plumbing in my house and even mentioned we should reach out if we ever needed help with other plumbing items such as installing new faucets or help picking out new faucets. I would highly recommend John for any plumbing needs and I know we will call him again, should we need it! His rates are very reasonable, you can really tell he's out to service customers and not gouge. Thanks, John!

If you are looking for a Plumber, your first call should be to Affordable Plumbing, John Pardo. My faucet has rusted out, so we could not use the kitchen sink. I called all of the local Plumbing companies in the Hilliard, Dublin, UA area. Most of the companies indicated that they would charge a Service Fee and assess the problem, once they arrived. They could not get me scheduled for at least a week. However, when John called me, he assessed the problem over the phone. He indicated the replacing the Faucet should be less than an hour or so. He quoted me a price and, while he was completely booked, he understood the urgency of the situation and he indicated that he could stop by in the evening, probably somewhere around 7:00 pm. During the course of the day, he gave me schedule updates and around 6:00 pm, Dion showed up. He replaced the faucet in less than an hour and we were off to dinner, knowing that we had a fully functional kitchen sink. I have passed his name along to all of my neighbors and his business card now hangs on the inside of the kitchen cabinet, since he will be the first call anytime I have a plumbing issue. Thank you John. I truly appreciate your customer service and care.

Hands down best plumbing experience we've had in our home over 20 years. I spoke with John regarding a failing sump pump at 8:30pm and he was in our home by 9:30am the next morning. Called John at approximately 10:30 am regarding a major leak with my garbage disposal. He asked me to take a picture of it and gave me a few options for replacement. John asked if I could pick up the new unit and he would be out to install later that day, between 4 and 6. As I was on my way home from an appointment I received a call for him that if I was available he could be there by 3:00. He was there as I was arriving home. He replaced the disposal. I asked him to looked at my utility sink as it was also leaking. Without any hesitation he went in and looked at it and repaired it as well. John Pardo was awesome!!!! We had an emergency....a cold water copper pipe broke in the basement drenching our carpet. Even though it was 7 pm & he had 2 other emergencies before ours, he came out at 11:30 pm & quickly found the leak. But only after we had to shut off our whole house electricity because he got a whopper of a shock (grounding problem). He worked on the pipe professionally even after the electrical shock had him shaken. I love how he takes before & after cell phone pictures & explains things to us.

My father in-law who is hard of hearing who is also home taking care of his wife has Alzheimer’s, having water stain in the ceiling and we all thought it was a plumbing issue. John came and looked around and surprisingly he said the waters is coming from the roof! Although we was hoping it was a simple leak from one of the pipes, but John was very honest and explained where the possible water is coming from and assured us that it was not a plumbing issue.
