Sage was very knowledgeable and we felt very confident with him repairing our problem. He located it quickly and he explained everything thoroughly! He thought it was gonna be a little more difficult repair, but it turned out to be easier than expected which made everyone happy! The service was a little more expensive than expected, but worth every penny for having the repair done correctly! Sage explained everything that was being done step by step and it was exactly as he thought it would be. He also set us up on a program so that we could have service for the whole year without a service call fee. We would definitely recommend Meetze plumbing to other people and are longtime family friends of the original Meetze family. We are thankful to see the business is still being run with the same values that the Meetze family instilled! Sean was great!!

I had a big problem with a busted Refrigerator ice maker line while installing a new refrigerator. I had used Meetze Plumbing before for another recent job & was pleased with their work, so they were my go-to for this sudden problem. The customer service rep. was very responsive & let me know they would have the 1st available technician on it (It was a Saturday, by the way). I was lucky enough to have Derek Tennant respond. He had done the work on my previous job & I was pleased with his work. Derek quickly assessed the situation & had a solution figured out in short order. He was very thorough in explaining the work to be done & provided an estimate up front which I appreciated. It only took a couple of hours before Derek had me fixed up. I was impressed that he actually took the time afterward to make sure all of the new install connections & the water supply to the new refrigerator we’re working properly after the water was turned back on. To me, that’s added value & peace of mind that’s worth the money. I’ve already told a couple of friends & co-workers about my experience. From now on, I won’t call anyone but Meetze Plumbing for my plumbing needs. Derek is the man!

First time using Meetze Plumbing & Willie, the technician was great! I made the online appointment first thing Monday morning & Willie was at my home within a couple hours. He quickly assessed the problem, went over cost, answered all my questions and got started installing the new hot water heater. I would like to start at the great communication by the company calling when the technician is on the way and also sending text message and email reminders about upcoming. Jarrett was my technician and he was absolutely phenomenal. Great attitude, prompt, and professional. They even recommended that I get my chimney swept before lighting any wood or at least have it inspected by a Chimney Service. I needed an emergency water main pipe repair at the water meter. I care for an elderly family member and water is essential. They were able to schedule the same day and when Jay Johnson came, he got right to it and even though there was light rain he was able to replace the broken section of water pipe and had the water back on in just a couple of hours. Even though he had to dig a little bit at the water meter in the front yard, he was very conscientious to keep the grass sections intact and the little dirt pile very neat. While the serviceman was here, I asked that the fireplace be cleaned and serviced since I did not know how long it had been since the last service. The cleaning took about an hour (as estimated). The price was reasonable. The serviceman was friendly and highly competent. I will use them again.

The technician, James Bolton, arrived on time, he was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. An apprentice, Jason, was with him and he was also courteous and respectful. James was able to speak to my warranty company in order to expedite approval of outside reimbursement. He stopped the leak and turned our water back on then prepared us for the next day's visit to complete the repair. James was also observant and empathetic, realizing I had a health condition he was familiar with and provided useful information that the repair process was done in a way as to not aggravate that condition. All in all, James was outstanding in every respect, adding humor and congeniality during his visit. He is a top-notch professional! Our plumbing issue continued into a second day and once again, a plumber, Dayshon Timms, was dispatch to complete the repair by replacing the missing pipe which would restore use of the shower located in the master bedroom's bathroom. Dayshon was also very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and patient; the warranty company took an unusually long time to authorize reimbusement for the job. The experience with him during the repair was totally positive and he is welcome in our house anytime plumbing repairs are necessary. Overall, my experience with Meetze Plumbing earns it the highest praise from a very satisfied customer.

Dayshon was professional yet friendly and explained his diagnosis of the problem of my toilet overflowing. He gave the best case scenario and price for a simple repair. When the need for a rebuild became evident he explained the procedure he would need to do for that and the cost to fo it if I wanted to go through woth it. I never felt pushed, and he was patient in answering any questions I had before I agreed to have that work done. The repair took longer than anticipated, but it seems to have been done well. Dayshon and his partner worked through to completion without taking breaks. I am appreciative of their plumbing and "people" skills.

The Technician D Timms, did a great job. Meetze plumbing sending someone to repair my shower which required the Technician to cut a hole in my ceiling. And i was told that their policy is they don't fix the holes that was cutt to fix the problem. So now I'm out of $900 plus, and now I have to find and pay someone to repair my ceiling 😡😡😡. I think if I'm paying for a service and a company's employee cut, or break something it should be the company's responsibility to repair what they caused!!!!

I received a notice from the Water company that a continual flow of water is being detected at my home and its on my side of the meter. I found the leak about 10 inches from the meter box underground about 12 inches. Above my skill set so I called Meetze Plumbing and Richard showed up about 30 minutes later. 2 hours later, repair was completed. Richard and his assistant were very polite, prompt and professional. Broke an irrigation pipe, turned off water to the house to fix it, and water from the meter started gushing out (at the street). City came by and turned the water off. This service was for my parents’ home. Although they both are suffering from dementia, my sisters and I opted for them to remain in their home with caregivers. We began experiencing toilet issues earlier this week. We had two local (Newberry County) plumbers assess the situation. Both could not determine exact problems without pumping out a very old septic tank. I decided to get one more assessment before taking such an invasive step; the septic tank is under a concrete patio. I called Meetze Plumbing because I knew it was an well-known, community-based plumbing company. And of course, I didn’t even have to look up the number because I’ve heard the jingle on the radio for years! Willie and Jose were ultimate professionals. They came to the front door and immediately introduced themselves. Of course I knew who to expect because of the text you sent with Willie’s name and picture. What a thoughtful gesture! They surveyed the situation, then set to work. Along the way, they engaged my sister and me explaining exactly what steps they were taking. Jose and Willie were able to clear the drain! While our parents’ home is “functioning” again, Wille outlined our next steps. However, he was not the least bit pushy! He didn’t have to be! From now on, it’s Meetze Plumbing and Wille and Jose for me! THANK YOU!

I called at 10:00, 2:00, 4:00 and 7:00. Each time I was told by Erin that the plumber would be contacted. The last time I called, she told me that someone had called in the morning and canceled the order. I understand that customers sometimes do this, but this leak had been going on since Monday. I did not call and cancel. I was physically at home all day waiting. I had to cancel a dinner with friends and miss a basketball game due to this. I therefore, am giving Meetze one star.

Jarod was great. Did a good job. I was charged $450 to remove and reset my toilet with a new wax seal. I was in a spot so authorized the work. After looking on line to see what the normal charge for this was. I was surprised that the average was half of what I was charged around $200 to $250. I realize that is was my decision. Just making people aware that cost with this company is double than normal. However good service, professional and it was done right.
