Corrie W. arrived on time which was so important to us. Corrie W. started when he said he would, he provided professional services. He was up front with cost, the work that needed to be done and how it would be done. All the work was performed in a timely and neat manner. The repair called for 2 plumbers. Corrie and Garrett were Phenomenal.

Surprisingly with the extreme cold weather in SC I had a pipe burst, and I reached out to Love for a plumber I was added to a wait list but they responded with in 48hrs. Chris came out and was very pleasant, he did a great job finding the cracked pipe and assessing the damage, I believe he gave me a fair quote for the work and explained everything. He even cleaned up the area when he was done he gave me advice on how to proceed with getting the wet installation and damaged wall repaired.

Timely job completion even with unexpected issues that were out of their control. Gave updates and kept me informed through the process. Christopher Anderson provided excellent service after my tankless water heater was destroyed during the recent deep freeze weather event. Love Plumbing Air & Electrical was able to squeeze me into the schedule a day earlier than originally planned despite the high demand for their technicians. Upon arrival Chris patiently listened to my description of what happened with my frozen pipes and leaking water heater. He, inspected the damaged water heater, entertained all of my questions, and gave me all of my options with upfront, all-inclusive pricing. He arrived early the next day to install my new water heater and finished with the installation well-within his estimated completion time frame. Let me start by sayin' that I AM IN LOVE with Brandon(plumber) and Kyle(electrician) from Love Plumbing Air & Electrical. Both of these young men are so awesome in so many ways. They're very friendly, respectful of property outside and inside of dwelling, knowledgeable of issues/services and just all around a joy to work with. I recently moved into a home that was built in 2021. You'd think there would be no issues in such a new home. I came to find that my water pressure wasn't what I wanted and I hated the previously installed cheap toilets. Upon arrival and start of the inspection of things, Mr. Brandon quickly found that the tank that had been installed was missing a bladder. Well, I'm no plumber, so that was basically Japanese to me. He explained what it was and what it was for and why it was needed. I decided to have a new PROPER tank installed and now feel certain there will be no further issues, BUT if there are issues, Mr. Brandon assured me he can come out and fix it. I also wanted upgraded toilets and he installed those for me and THEY ARE PERFECTLY STRAIGHT and AWESOME and so much better than the originals! He also installed a garbage disposal that day that makes my life so much easier. I noticed I had some hot water issues after he'd left. So I asked him to come back out to check that. Come to find out the home had a small hot water heater so he installed a new/larger one for me. I decided I wanted updated fixtures to my master shower, master tub and second bathroom shower-tub combo. He installed all of those and they are beautiful. ANDDDD I decided I wanted a new sink and he chose a GORGEOUS updated sink that I know I will enjoy for years to come. SO HAPPY!!!!! Mr. Kyle came and conducted a full electrical inspection for me. He gave me some great information for future projects and made me feel better about some things that were worrying me. Mr Kyle ended up installing 4 ceiling fans for me. The ones that I picked out had remotes and no pull strings. (yeah, I really shoulda chosen better ones. LOL) Well, these remotes all came programmed to the same frequency. So, unfortunately we came to find, after he'd left, that one remote would control all three. It made for some funny moments I have to say. I called in, explained the situation and Mr Kyle came back out and fixed them in no time. I also had a couple of ceiling fans that we already installed in the home, and after an initial look at em', he thought they may need to be reinstalled for safety issues. After he thoroughly inspected them he found that they were actually ok and told me they would need no further repair or replacement. I really appreciated that ease to my mind. Overall I just wanted to share my experience for anyone that is curious about this company and what they do. Everyone I've dealt with so far, even the dispatchers and office folk, have been friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable in their services. I will TOTALLY do business with these guys in the future and I recommend you do as well! :) ***UPDATE*** I had an issue with my garbage disposal. The button broke almost immediately. (manufacturer's defect issue is what I'm thinking) Mr Brandon came back out and fixed/replaced the issue/button in minutes! Now everything is working perfectly and I am so incredibly happy with the services of everyone I was in contact with at Love Plumbing Air & Electrical. What a great company with great people working for them!

John was very professional when he arrived. I got a text/call informing me they have completed some of their schedule jobs and if they can come earlier ( 1 day earlier). I thought that was phenomenal especially since it’s super cold outside. The issue I had was my thermostat was set to one thing but the inside temperature was way off. This company was so professional and kind from the first phone call right down to the service man. I called on a holiday (Veterans Day) and they were there within 45 minutes. My problem was fixed and I feel the price was fair. I would highly recommend this company. I even told the technician that the only complaint I had was that he did not bring me steak and egg for breakfast. Honestly, the guy said "if you had called me in advance I would have brought you something." I truly feel he would have too! Nice and professional and most of all I felt I was charged appropriately. I'm so happy we found Love Plumbing. I called Wednesday late afternoon with a plumbing emergency and they were very responsive. We ended up not needing an emergency technician same day, so we the offered appointment the following morning. The technician, Russell was so wonderful. He was on time, courteous, (wore booties into the house which I really appreciated) polite and kept me informed of exactly what steps he would take to find a solution. What emerged as an extremely stressful situation turned out to be a very easy process with an overall agreeable outcome. The work was performed same day. Russell went way out of his way to find a special product that I requested and was nothing but gracious about it. From the moment I contacted Brittany on Sunday, 9/28 and told her my well pump was not working to the end of the repairs done by Russell on Tuesday, 9/30, I was extremely pleased with the professional attitudes, care and assistance I received. Brittany set me up with an appointment on Monday morning. As I am handicapped, they called me prior to coming to the house, so I was prepared for. them. Russell arrived promptly and did an incredible, inclusive inspection of all my plumbing. He answered all my questions completely and recommended that the well pump, water tank, sand filter, and all wiring and pipes be replaced. He quoted a fair price and I approved. Russell stated that he would have the parts ordered and return Tuesday morning to begin repairs (with other employees also); stating that they would be done by the end of the day. They were. When Russell left, everything was working perfectly. I am extremely pleased with the service I received. First day we got an inspection of the problems we had and got quotes on everything, we were given multiple options on what we could do, given any information and answered all questions we had and helped us to our best decision, the next day everything was fixed within a few hours. He checked a repair made by a neighbor and helped me to reduce any future issues with the pipe by installing a new shutoff valve that should never have an issue again. Corrie and Justin came to the house at the time scheduled after I also received a call to let me know they’d arrive shortly. They were both very polite and kind. Corrie, who did almost all of the talking, was extremely knowledgeable about his job and what was needed (and yes, talked me into spending way more than I’d hoped to but there were other things that needed to be done for this 31 year old home.) They had to leave for a short time to go pick up the necessary parts and returned when they said they would. They were quick and efficient and left no mess behind…not even a single drip was noted on the floors when they took out the toilet (yes, I looked. I know what has been in there. 😂) They even put on booties each time they walked on my floors and took them off each time they went back outside. True, the prices are higher than some other places around, but after having used the other places…you get what you pay for!!

November 8, 2022 Hello, I’m deaf with sign language. I used this company the first time. I found it through google. This company communicated with me via the email and the text. They would let me know in advance, so they sent the technician, Chris. Chris and I introduced each other. He showed his name “Chris” on his side-by chest. I wrote my name on the paper. We wrote the papers and the pens separately for the communication. He explained about the issues. Also I reported about the issues as well. Amazingly, he did a great job by fixing the the faucet and the faucet’s handle (hot-water side). Also, he replaced the toilet’s handle (for flushing) and fixed my toilet (pull-up, clean and reset). No more drippings from the faucet. The faucet from the kitchen feels different like easy and smooth now. It was stiff and slow. Maybe it has something to do with new parts from under the sink. But that’s okay. :) Now, everything works better than before. —————— The costs were not that bad. I was fine with it. ——————— Chris was friendly, respectful and helpful. I called Love Plumbing to have my City Water Meter connection to my house fixed. The Columbia City broke the "customer side" of the connection at my house when they replaced the meter. Arik was my technician and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job on the repair and completed the job in record time. He even went above and beyond when burying the Meter Box by raking the area and going and getting extra fill dirt and grass seed to put down! Well done and THANK YOU!

Their plumber was professional, provided an itemized estimate of repairs needed, fully explained the needed repairs, and showed me first hand additional items needing repair that I was not aware of. The repair person did his job well. However my grievance is with your excessive cost of service. First the repair person tried to sell me parts that were not needed. The flush valves that were originally installed on the unit were simply put on upside down. (I had to point that out to him) To fix this issue only required him to use less than six feet of pex tubing, one elbow around six coupling clamps and roughly 30 minutes of his time to fix the problem. So Materials were less than $2.00. So to say the least I am not happy at all with your company policy to change a customer over $300.00 for the service I received. I really feel your are taking advantage of the people you serve. I fully understand that you have a very large company to run and you are in business to make a profit but this pricing is overboard.

They answered all my questions and made me feel knowledgeable and comfortable with making a decision to replace with a tankless water heater. When additional parts had to be ordered, at no additional cost, they kept me on the loop. On the day of installation, they arrived on time (calling me first to ensure it was still a good time). They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and even made some repairs around the area of installation that the previous owner had neglected to make. They took about 1/2 the amount of time I anticipated they would. My place was left neat, clean, and with near immediate access to hot water (it takes only a few seconds for the Rinnai to heat up). Called Love for a second opinion regarding my 5 year old AO Smith gas water heater. It wouldn’t light & there was a drop of water running down the unit. No evidence of water pooling on the ground. Matt came early in the morning. He’s courteous, friendly, knowledgeable & didn’t mind my bugging him with questions. He checked the unit & found that the leak didn’t come from the heater but it still wouldn’t light. Since the water heater was actually still under warranty, Matt dealt with AO Smith & got them to agree to send me the parts to fix the water heater, if I do chose. In our throw away society, sometimes buying new makes more sense, but I was grateful for the option of going the repair route. Matt wrote up proposals for a replacement water heater. I chose new on the condition that it was put in the same location. A cupboard was built around the original water heater, so space was a bit tight. Once the decision was made, Matt went to work getting the water heater & switching the units. He was quick & efficient, and cleaned up after himself. On the whole, it was a very positive experience and I will call Love for my other requirements.

I'm giving 5 stars in spite of a water heater installation problem that was resolved in a timely manner. My story has two parts. The original emergency call to Gene Love was for a broken main in the crawl space that left us without running water in the house. Russell can out to diagnose the repair and fixed it in less than an hour. At the time I asked Russell to inspect the other fittings in the line and we determined some were corroded at the water heater. Russell gave me a estimate for repiping. The water heater was old and had multiple repairs in the past, so I asked him to include a hater heater to the estimate. The estimated was reasonable so I authorized the work to be done later in the week. The water heater installation was fast and professional. However, about hour after the Russel & Lodrick left, I noticed the water hadn't gotten hot. I noticed the circuit was not on, so I turned it on. An hour later I checked again, the water was not hot and the circuit was not on. I called Gene Love; about a hour later, Lodrick arrive to diagnose the problem. In short, Lodrick did a field conversion of the water heater, replacing the thermostats and heating elements. After which I had hot water. Overall, the experience was a job well done.

My toilet flooded Friday night. By Saturday morning, Sean was at the door with a pleasant and professional attitude. I tried cleaning the valve, lowering the water level, everything! Not only did he repair the problem, he explained the issue and did a thorough inspection of my crawlspace to ensure no further damage occurred. He took pictures of everything. Very professional.
