I called Franklin’s this morning and they promised someone would be out to see me today! The guy Joshua that answered the phone was super friendly and even did a follow up call after the repair was made. He totally gets what good Customer Service is and I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need of the services they provide. Brian and Tony came out and they were both very professional, friendly and wanting to ensure they resolved my issue today! This is a 5 star company!!! First impression are so important!

We had an emergency after hours. The representative who answered the initial call was patient and helpful. The technician who responded was very thorough and informative. He explained what was the cause and recommended steps to take to prevent future situations. We were greatly appreciative of the time and effort he put in to fix a clogged toilet. He also had on she covers while he was working. It's the little things that stick out the most.

The service was very good. I Do not remember their names but, they were brothers. they were prompt polite and explained everything they were doing and cost. There was a small screw stuck in the disposal. very hard to get out but they kept trying and finally removed it. Very please!!

I, like many others, had a plumbing issue on Christmas Eve because of the cold. They were so busy they weren't able to get to me, (completely understandable), but Josh took the time to recommend what to do in the meantime. And then said he would call on Monday to check and see if I still needed help. And he did call. I was actually able to fix the issue, but he still took the time to let me run my fix by him to see if it was the right fix or if more needed to be done. While I hope to not HAVE to need plumbing services any time soon, if I do... they will be my first call.

The main plumber that worked at my home was Frank! He was great! Polite and knowledgeable on all my plumbing issues. Jantonia ( hope I spelled his name correctly) was also efficient, polite and answered all my questions. They were speedy and got the job done right! I haven’t had any major plumbing issues in years do the cost was quite shocking to me but the owner, Josh helped me find a way to get all my issues taken care of. Also Hope, in the office was always pleasant and easy to deal with. All in all this is a quality company with quality employees!

I received fast, friendly, professional service. My favorite thing about Franklin Plumbing & Drain was that I received a call back immediately (after hours) to let me know that I was a top priority and that I would receive a call first thing in the morning to get on the schedule. The next morning, sure enough, they called back, and worked me into the schedule quickly. Also, my repairman Brian was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem to me and what my options were for short term and long term repair. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would call on them again.

We needed emergency service in a untypical plumbing situation. Frank was on it! He worked for 3 hours, multiple trips for parts ( which couldn’t be found at night) and even with that, got the main issue solved. I was pretty desperate...a house full of my wife's family, a graduation party the next day and suddenly no hot water. I called at 8:00 the next morning, got a call back in about 10 minutes with the good news that Mr. Ferguson would be on the way in an hour!. I am much impressed with his work ethics. On the second call I asked for a regulator to be installed in the line into the house and as usual he did I good job and it was done again at a fair price. These folks are very professional and competent. Hope took the time to explain the whole process of repairing our gas line and I can’t say enough about Brian’s competence and helpfulness; friendly, informative and competent : Brian’s not only the best plumber but also the best contractor I’ve ever worked with. Great experience. Scheduling was prompt, professional, friendly and Hope called to inform me that she would be able to have technicians to the house earlier than expected. Frank and Andre were professional and took time to ensure job was done well, having to auger the drain from both inside and when ineffective, under the house. A pipe under the house had become obstructed with grease which they were able to partially clear and make the drain functional but they vocalized concern that pipe could easily clog again. They took time to show and explain what would need to be replaced for a more permanent fix and provided a quote, should I want the work done in the future. After having my initial problem, the owner of the Company contacted me directly to apologize and provide me with a future credit for service. It is rare that anyone would take the time to follow up and take responsibility for not meeting your expectations. I appreciated his efforts and will provide them with an opportunity to handle my plumbing needs in the future. I had a hot water problem on Saturday and spoke with one of their plumbers. He told me he would be at my house on Monday between 8 am - 9 am. About 10:30 am when no one showed up, I called the office. I was told that they had to reschedule and the earliest would be the next day. No one from the office called to notify us of the delay and I informed them that I would just call another plumber. Very poor customer service after going two days already without hot water.

My repair job was small. I had a dripping kitchen faucet. Technician, Brian, arrived a little early and had to replace the faucet with one I bought in case the original could not be repaired. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job. The job took less than an hour and I was charged $338.00! Brian basically said if the job had taken an hour, or three hours, the charge would be the same. Very disappointed in the charge. Had I asked in advance I would have called a different company
