These guys are great! I called in the afternoon and they arrived within the hour and replaced two failed pumps. Rolando was super friendly, professional and informative with the entire process. Definitely plan on using them again in the future.

Excellent service, highly recommended! Was very pleased with Jim and Johnny’s work, they were very knowledgeable and experienced. They both came on time and had all the equipment on hand. Our casting sink was so clogged, horrible odor and it stopped flowing, among other issues it had. Jim and Johnny detected the problem and fixed it promptly. I would recommend Fair Plumber and will definitely use them again for any future plumbing work. I give them my highest recommendation. Both gentlemen were professional, friendly and experienced but most importantly Jim and Johnny did an A+ job.

Our hot water heater died, we called the Fair Plumber for an estimate on a new water heater and a tankless water heater. They came out that same day, Manny and Orlando were very polite and knowledgeable and discussed our options. We went with the tankless one. Manny and Orlando came the next morning and installed it. They did a great job, great work, cleaned everything up and went over how it works. I will definitely call them again, we got a fair price and we are very pleased with the finished product.

The Fair Plumber has been out to my house a couple of times and have fixed all my plumbing crisis's. Recently, I had Jim and Ryan over and they were extremely helpful in explaining what needed to be done to fix the leak I had and handled it like pro's. They were fast and efficient and had the problem resolved by lunch I thought would take all day. They price was fair and reasonable and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They left me feeling at peace with the fix and answered all my concerns. I would highly recommend the Fair Plumber for all your plumbing needs.

The Fair Plumber verified for me that the backed up sewer line was not due to my own problem on my property, but a backed up township sewer line up and down the street. I was able to call the water reclamation district and have the sewer line cleared for my neighbors and for me that same day. The Fair Plumber answered all of my questions and explained everything so I could better understand the problem. Appreciate their fair treatment. Will definitely have them do our routine annual sewer line clearing of tree roots.

My husband and I recently bought a new house with water heaters from the 90s, so we called The Fair Plumber to get an estimate to replace them. They were super responsive, and when Manny came out to give us an estimate he was very thorough and walked us through all of our options and everything that needed to be done. When we decided to move forward with the work, they were able to come out the very next day to replace both water heaters. Manny and Jules were fast, professional, and did a great job. They showed me everything they were doing and walked me through how to use the new heaters and what to expect. I’ll definitely be calling The Fair Plumber again for future plumbing needs.

Used The Fair Plumber for a water leak detection. Called and they weren't able to come until a couple of days, but after consulting with them, they were able to come out the very next morning to accommodate my schedule. They were professional and fair when they came out. They Took the time to explain what was going on, and what it could be. When I approve the work, they were able to find the source of the leak, and gave me a fair price to fix the problem. I know what the parts cost as I've done some of this before when needed in the basement. However, pressed for time, and this was on the upper level of my house, I didn't want to take any chances. The work was completed to satisfaction ,and he did some small extra stuff to make sure it wouldn't happen again, which I appreciated. Overall, I was very satisfied. They are local, and I am a local resident ,which I like to support business in my community. I would use them again for future needs without hesitation.

I originally called the Fair Plumber for a new sump pump with battery back and to have a new faucet installed in the basement sink. Manny came out in a timely manner and wrote up the estimate and Rob did the installation on a Saturday that I requested. Rob did a great job and is very personable. On a later date my water heater stopped working , I called the Fair Plumber and Rob came out later day and was able to start the installation of a new water heater and Manny completed the job all on that same day. It was done in a very timely manner and Rob and Manny did a great job with the installation, but most importantly they both have a great attitude, will answer any questions you may have and are very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend them.

I have used The Fair Plumber for fixing non-draining showers, and most recently, replacing our water heater with a tankless system. I have been fortunate enough to work with Manny on both projects and he has been incredible. Honest, hardworking, and took the time to explain each step of the process to make sure I understood what he was doing and why. Very professional, always on time, and my dog loves him now. I hope I do not need their service again soon, but they will be my first call if I do and I hope Manny shows up.

We recently moved to Elmhurst from the city and had a problem with an older master bathroom upstairs. I called and Manny was able to come out same day. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me an honest opinion about how to fix. He was able to fix our problem quickly and was super friendly/showed me what he did as he went along. I know plumbers can be tough to find someone who is honest/reasonable and Manny exceeded my expectations. May call him back in a few months to help demo our bathroom!

Once I found The Fair Plumber I spoke to Ron over the phone about the issue in my home and he sent the right people to take care of it. Rolando and Malik were on time and very professional. I had a broken pvc pipe in the wall under the kitchen sink. Manny & John came out and re-piped drains under the sink properly. They did not even have to cut into the wall to repair the pipe. Were able to 'ream' it out. These guys did an excellent job! I would call them again. The Fair Plumber is a very professional company!

Hello, I would like to say thank you for the people at the Fair Plumber. We had our ejector pump go out and they sent out to guys by the name of Mathew. the people and service was great also same day, but the only reason I did give a 4 star review was because of Price. I know the price of the pump goes for 400 bucks or under, so I was disappointed that for a job that was about an hour was charged over 500 in labor and we are within 3 miles of Elmhurst. I do appreciate everything else and would recommend them in the future.

Just delivered some well deserved goodies to Fair Plumber a little overdue. Back in February we had that nasty sewer back up from one of our drains. Panicked of course we needed someone ASAP and we made arrangements with Ron to have somebody come out early the next morning. Dimiti came out and worked on our outside clean out to determine it was not our problem but that our village sewer was clogged. He had to clear the snow to get to the clean out and it was freezing out. He put the camera down there and when he saw we were clear he assessed the problem. Told us to contact our village and left. No charge, no travel charge, nothing. Fair Plumber definitely has the right name. I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you Ron and Dimitri.

I had these guys out twice in the past couple of months. Once for my very very slow bathroom sink and once for my slow kitchen sink. Both times I called, Ron answered and was very polite and professional. The first time around, they could not make it out to my house for a few days so Ron knocked down the price for the inconvenience. The second time around they were scheduled for the same day that I called, but ended up not being able to come due to other jobs running longer than expected. As a result, I got the price knocked down again for having to wait. That is great customer service right there! Now, on to the actual work. The first time around, for the bathroom sink, there was a pretty bad blockage so the gentleman needed to use a bigger rod but eventually got it draining no problem within 45 minutes. The second time around, the kitchen sink, they were able to clear the blockage out on the first attempt and were not there longer than a half an hour. Everything was cleaned up and put back together just like it had been when they got there. I was a very satisfied customer to say the least. I would recommend them to anyone, no doubt about it. Also, prices were very reasonable so if that is a concern, just know that they are true to their name!

Request for drain cleaning my rental property. Plumber, James came on scheduled time fee was $665. I thought price was little high but needed the service asap. I paid and got the service. About 30 minutes later I received a call from a manager named Ron, he said I need to fix the problem outside. Need to dig 9.5 ft and lift the driveway to fix the problem. The cost is $13,000 and need $6,000 now to schedule for service tomorrow if weather permits. I didn’t pay the $6,000 that moment, I felt like I needed second opinion for such a big job. Because I didn’t even get a receipt for the $665 service. I called the office and ask for a receipt. The person answered the phone said the plumber has the receipt and she is leaving at 4pm so she can’t give a receipt now. The time was 2:30pm. I said if plumber has the receipt, I am okay with just a picture of receipt text to my cell. I never got my receipt for $665 for my service.
