Recently my main water line started leaking into my yard and no plumbers in the area would call me back. I finally talked to a friend who referred me to Right away plumbing co. Pipe Repair. I was able to get them on the phone without any issue and get setup for next day emergency service. The recommendations, work, price, and customer service were top notch. I was fortunate to have found this company in my time of need.

We hired Right Away to relocate some plumbing in our kitchen. Tony came out to give us a quote and was very polite and professional. Told us it would be a 4-6 hr job in one day. We scheduled and put our puppy in daycare for the day so she would not hear the noise. Jorge came out almost 2 hrs after we were told he would arrive. Jorge was also polite and professional and his work seems to be great but he left after 1.5 hrs and said he had to return the next day. Very frustrating when we were told it was a one day project and had made arrangements. The work the next day was not done until late afternoon, our dog was frantic and our jobs were disturbed. We had no idea when the next day Jorge would arrive. Again, the work seems to be great and Jorge was wonderful, however then the pilot light to our water heater burnt out when he turned the water back on, not only were we left without hot water for 4 days, they were going to charge us $200 to replace the pilot light after the extra time they took to do the work and the cause of the light being burnt out being unknown. I’d take a long pause and lots of research before hiring them again.

Jorge has come to our condo twice to help with a recurring building issue. He is very knowledgeable about his work and feels very trustworthy. Jorge has been great about explaining the issue and why it’s occurring as well as walking you through what he’s doing to resolve it. He has become our go to guy!

I called Right Away Plumbing to assess a shower leak. Scheduling was easy and I got an appointment the next day. Jorge and Anthony showed up promptly and they were extremely nice and professional. I was impressed with Jorge's knowledge and expertise. I needed new parts, so they had to come back. After they left, Jorge communicated with me about my options for parts and was responsive about setting up a time to finish the job. When I received the parts, they came back right away and completed the work. I could tell Jorge really cared about getting the install done correctly. Our assigned tech was Jorge. Our kitchen sink was not draining and was backing up. He immediately diagnosed the issue and was upfront about pricing. The issue was resolved quickly and he gave us insight on getting reimbursed from the building owner based on the main drain being backed up and not our individual drain. The service I experienced from Right Away Plumbing was great and I would highly recommend their services. After Home Depot failed to properly install my washer and dryer and caused damage while attempting to install the washer and dryer several times, I called Right Away Plumbing. George and Anthony came out the next morning, repaired the damages Home Depot caused and properly installed my washer and dryer. They took detailed pictures of the before / after results and provided an invoice via email while at my condo. They even took a look at my leaky sink for free. George and Anthony were true professionals. I wish I would have called these guys the first time around.

The Right Away team worked with me to get here promptly, rearranged their schedule to accommodate mine, and came immediately to avoid Cubs traffic. When Jorge arrived, he was prepared, brought the tools he needed the first trip up, located the problem, explained it to me, fixed it, and went on his way. My experience could not have been better. This company lives up to their name that’s for sure! My fiancé and I were experiencing a backup washer issue where it was causing the sink to overflow! Water everywhere on the floors, I called this company on a Saturday night and wow were they able to get to my home Immediately! Prices were much less than other competitors like Roto rooter, ABC Plumbing and Rocket Plumbing! I will definitely keep these guys on speed dial if we experience another issue! Great team, great company. Turns into very happy customers!!

i had a blocked kitchen sink in my condo, and it was somewhat of a bureaucratic nightmare trying to get the coi that the property managers required. Edwin did a great job and put in a lot of effort dealing with the insurance company and the property managers to expedite this. Edwin kept me updated throughout the entire process. Jorge and his associate did a very professional and efficient job.
