Excellent!! Can't say enough about Mitchell and Chris. Just moving to the area last week, I was in a bind with our new washer not working due to a bad cold water hook up. They fit us on the same day and kept me advised via Text and phone calls every step of the way. Frank and his partner showed up at the exact time and were very professional, courteous and kind. They had the job done in no time. Very affordable and reasonable!! My wife was already talking with Frank about another job she wants Easy Side Plumber Service to do. My job was difficult, and expensive. Main waterline into the house started leaking, and of course the source of the leak was under concrete. The crew arrived on time, and broke and dug up the old line. The new line was installed and they had the job done in one day. They came back the following morning and cleaned up and poured new concrete where the trench was dug. I was satisfied. Thanks guys!

Prompt response to our flooding issue from our water heater. Chad came out on a Sunday with no up charge and installed a new water heater and removed the old one. We were also concerned about our 20 year old sump pump so he inspected that too. Turns out the switch was failing and water wasn’t being ejected. We are all set with a new pump too.
