I’m so glad I came across this company. It was a Saturday and my mother’s house sewer was clogged pretty bad so they couldn’t use any water. We needed this resolved desperately because my grandfather had just passed away and we were going to have a lot of family come over the following day. Nick the plumber is the best plumber around!! He is professional, courteous, on time, and he is very knowledgeable about plumbing and it's many issues. We described our problems to Nick, he inspected the issues, and told us what needed to be done to solve the problems once and for all. Highly recommend! Contacted Nick on 01/18/2023 at 6:30pm when I noticed about 2 inches of water in my crawl space after my sump pump went out. He showed up within 1hr which was the ETA he mentioned. Plumbing is probably one of the more stressful issues to deal with, but Nick was awesome. He diagnosed right away what was going on in our bathroom. We had a leaky shower faucet that turned out to be something more involved. He did all the work in a day! We've used him several more times with our kitchen sink and bathroom sink. I had an emergency over Christmas Eve when two pipes bursted in my garage from the extreme cold. No plumbing company would respond to my calls or come do business with me except this one on this big holiday weekend. Not only was he able to come in on Christmas Eve, but he came in early in the day. If I could give 10 stars I would! Nick was beyond professional, helpful, and deeply knowledgeable of his trade. We needed a sewer line replaced from our house to the main sewer line at the back of the property due to some tree roots making their way into a 70 year old clay pipe. Not only did he quote us lower than a lot of “big” plumbing companies in the area, he went above and beyond to work out some complicated logistics in getting the correct equipment into my difficult to access backyard in order to get the job done quickly and correctly. He is now without a doubt our go to plumber for any and all plumbing work that we’ll inevitably need in our fixer upper home. Best plumber I have ever used!! Nick came out for an emergency call on a Sunday. Arrived promptly and explained all work necessary to clear drain. Nick kept our drain clear until he could return and repair the sewer pipe. He is very knowledgeable in his profession and I would definitely use him again. Nick is amazing! We had a huge issue with our ejector pump and sump pump where things were not done the proper way from a previous owner. Called Nick at Brilliant Plumbing on Friday at 9:41 regarding a leaking faucet in my laundry room wash tub. He said he would come by between 11 and 12 and he arrived at 11:49. Nick performed 2 plumbing jobs at my house. First he replaced both of the main water shut off valves that were leaking. He had to pull a permit from the city. Coordinated water shutoff to the house with city. He handled all of the communication with the Water Dept. He made sure everything was up to code and arranged the inspection. Would have given ten stars if I could have. Nick was wonderful! We had the main water pipe to our home break and we found Nick on Google. We explained our problem and he said he would be there in twenty five minutes and arrived in fifteen minutes. With in a half of an hour he had it fixed and also informed us about a couple other minor problems we had and did not know about and fixed them for free. ay enough about Brilliant Plumbing. Nick was prompt in returning my call, and scheduling the job. I had a new faucet and garbage disposal installed, and he did a great and thorough job. There were some problems with the actual faucet as it was a smart faucet with voice and motion activation. Nick used all available resources to solve the problem. He even made a return call to make sure that everything was working properly. Additionally, I had him rout a pesky drain for me. He cleared it from the actual drain all the way to where the water main came into the house. I've never seen other plumbers that I've hired do that. On top of his fantastic work, he pointed out several issues that weren't up to code. He knows his stuff! Should I have future plumbing problems, he's the man that I'll be calling..

We called Plumbing Express first where diagnostic fees were exorbitant. The company then attempted to charge us for a main sewer line rod that was attempted within 15 minutes and, unsuccessfully rectified at the price of $400. Why would you pay $400 for a job that wasn’t rectified? Refused!!! We were then referred to Brilliant Plumbers service. Liked “Nick” instantly, professional, responsive, efficient, knowledgeable and, educates you as he goes along rectifying your plumbing issues. Best of all, his prices are very reasonable. I called after noticing my basement floor drains were at a high and almost overflowing height. After trying some of my usual ways to clear a blockage I had to give in and call a professional. Nick was able to come 2 hrs after i phoned. He assessed and we agreed in a price before any work was started. He went right to work. After hours and manual labor going in and out with different bits for his rooter, success! Tree roots for days and it cleared the blockage and down went the overflowing water.
