Needed them to come out on a Sunday morning for a blockage in my plumbing. They came within a couple hours and fixed my problem relatively quickly. The dispatcher and the tech were very friendly and professional. Service was outstanding compared to my previous experience with other plumbing and heating companies. My trust in humanity was gone until i had the pleasure of doing business with Bull Ridge. What an unbelievable work and service ethic. On the coldest day we have had in a long time (Dec 22rd) a pipe froze in my commercial building. The team at Bull Ridge was on the spot! Even with multiple frozen pipes around town, this team found a way to take time to help me out. They work in terrible conditions and didnt stop until they had a solution. We had a pipe burst the day before Christmas. None of the 24hr emergency places answered their phone. They sent someone out quickly and fixed things. Highly recommend!

Let me start this with my problem - I had a clog in my upstairs lines. I called on another company here in town, who had a drain "specialist" come out, couldn't clear my drain, and told me I needed to have a pipe cut. After paying a plumber from the same company to replace a piece of piping, they caused damage to my ceiling due to their not being prepared with tools and supplies to accomplish the job. I called that company to see about their insurance paying for damages, and they sent a guy out who blamed me for the damage for "having water in my pipes" and was told "damage to drywall is routine in repairing pipe". But I didn't need a pipe "repaired". I needed a clog cleared! While I got essentially ripped off for close to $300, I was desperate and frustrated. A simple clog now has turned into damage to my new house that I now have to fight to get them to fix. I can'x my appointment with them and went searching for another company. That's how I found these guys. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. She managed to get a team out to me the next morning. The guys, when they arrived, were prompt, professional and extremely well equipped. They not only managed to fix my clogged line (thank you again!!) but checked and ensured I didn't have any bigger issues. Getting ripped off by the other company here in town was a small price to pay to find a genuinely honest and hardworking company like Bull Ridge. Their work was excellent, and prices fair. They cleaned up after themselves and disinfected, unlike the previous company. I can say if you are in a bind and don't know who to trust, turn to none other than Bull Ridge with their helpful staff and 24/7 response. This isn't a paid review, I am just that happy with their work. Very military friendly. I cannot express how much stress and heartache they relieved by coming out! I will be using them for any issues I may have in the future.

I would recommend them to do plumbing or drain clean out for sure. We had a clogged main sewer line due to tree branch invasion. We had tried a different plumbing company 2 years prior that charged us 5x more for the same work the Bull Ridge Plumbing provided. I called in the early morning, they were quick and responsive and was able to get us on the schedule for that day. The plumber showed up an hour earlier and efficiently worked to clean out the drain. Bull Ridge only charged for the labor and equipment fee which was priced great and well worth the money spent. There were no additional charges for the use of the camera or any other hidden fees during it, unlike the previous plumbers we have used. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely hire them for my future plumbing needs.

We discovered a split water line in the hose bib that was leaking into our crawl space, and after calling several other companies that couldn’t get to it till later in the week, I tried Bull Ridge. Within an hour (and we live kind of far out) Andrew showed up, quickly had the whole thing replaced, and determined that it had been installed incorrectly when the house was built. He fixed the line so this would never happen again. Would 100% recommend Bull Ridge! Thank you for getting here so quickly and mitigating what could have been a disaster in the crawl space!

This company was a god send. We had a sewage back up on Saturday prior to the blizzard. Originally called another company to come out who charged more than this company, did not listen to what I believed to be the issue and did not fix the problem. This company was on time, listened to me and promptly fixed the issue which was where I thought it was for less money than the other company while I was being charged their after hours rate. Both the plumbers were friendly, understanding and quick to get to work and solve my issue even in post blizzard conditions. 10/10 would recommend for anyone have plumbing issues.

I had my hot water heater split a seam. I called and set up an apt for 8am the next morning. The two guys were here on time and it took them a total of about 1.5 hours to remove and install the water heater. Price was right where i expected it to be. Jeremiah was polite and respectful. My husband and I found a leak running into one of our basement rooms. We figured it must be the hose bib or the sprinkler system in our yard since we had turned the two on the day prior. We called several companies and Bullridge said they could come out the next day. Since we had turned off the water to the outside systems and there was no active leak - this worked for us. They came out early the next day and confirmed our suspicions that it was indeed the hose bib. They fixed the issue and were quick and professional about it. Called at 1 p.m. on Tuesday for an estimate to run a water line to my fridge. They scheduled the estimate for Wednesday at 9 a.m. They showed up early and had an estimate within about 10 mins. They were very reasonable. They even had a team that could put in the water line that afternoon! We agreed and they left with plans to have the team there that afternoon. About 45 mins later, we get a call saying they can have a team there in about 20 mins. They took a little over an hour and the work looks amazing! The next day i get a call that my card is declining. Finally I decided to take cash to them, not knowing why my card wouldn't go thru. (Turned out to be a bank problem). They were super nice and very understanding that i couldnt get there until i went on lunch in several hours. Very friendly, courteous, polite, understanding, effective. Will definitely use these guys again!

Awesome service. We were 1000 miles away in Arizona when our temp monitor alarmed to tell us our boiler had malfunctioned. Called Bull Ridge Friday before Christmas.
