Absolute pros. Corey answered the phone at 11pm for our emergency sewer back up call, and was at our house within an hour. Was super cool about wearing a mask to protect some of the vulnerable people in our household. Found the issue within 10 minutes and resolved it within 30. Charged a very fair price and was a super cool guy to boot.

I work for BP Wastewater!! I have been in the sewer and drain business for nearly 20 years!! I have worked for a couple of other big names in our area!! They are both very good companies as well!! However I truly believe that we have the most dedicated and collectively knowledgeable team around in our industry!! All of our team members will always go above and beyond to get the job done, and make sure that our customers are happy with the results!!! If you are having a problem with any drains, if you need a sewer line or septic system inspected, if you need your septic tank or pump station pumped out, if you need work done to your pump station, or if you need any sewer or drainage excavation repairs or replacements. We can't say enough about the team at BP Wastewater. We had a bad break in our main line to our septic tank causing the basement to flood. Amanda, Marie, and Ben were extremely helpful in scheduling and coordinating their team quickly to our home, even during a snow storm. Corey was the first tech on-site that helped to quickly and methodically isolate the problem, while Cody and Shane came shortly after to dig and repair the line. From our first phone call, to the last line test late on a Friday afternoon, the team went above and beyond. Thank you BP!

We contacted BP early in our escrow process to inspect the our septic system. Amanda in the office quickly responded and got us on the schedule, and then adjusted the schedule when the sellers had to cancel last minute. The inspection unfortunately uncovered some issues with the system that were in need of repairs. They followed up with an estimate so we could request a credit from the sellers. Which we got (yay!). We had them back out after move in to make the repairs and the crew was fantastic. They carefully removed and set aside a portion of our playset and landscape fabric so they could get to the repair area and reinstalled it when they were done. It's pretty muddy out here from some recent rains and the backhoe operator Nick was SO gentle with our grass, being sure to follow the same tracks each time and tamping things back in place as much as possible on his way out. Benjamin called us during the repairs and alerted us to some future maintenance issues in the years to come. Owner, Office Staff, Crew, all kind courteous and professional. You will not be disappointed.

It's terrifying when your house is leaking water and we found out how difficult it is to get in front of the right people. When we finally found BP Wastewater, Ben Pratt arrived at our home within 10 minutes and sent Colin, an absolute badass, within an hour. They had our entire issue fixed in a few hours, when others just shrugged and walked away. I hope you never have to use these services, but if you do, call BP Wastewater.

I had Brian repair a clogged main drain line after he very quickly identified the issue from the initial source. He was extremely knowledgeable and detailed step by step the process as well as how to mitigate the problem in the future. The price was around the industry average, but the knowledge and information was invaluable! Cheers!
