The reviews here don’t lie. After I read the positive reviews I decided to give Rapid Flow a call. The operator was really pleasant and professional. She got the technician to call me back in less than 10 min. The technician Jason came to my house within 30 min from when I spoke with him. The night before I spent an hour trying to unclog the bathtub with a plunger 🪠 and the drain clog snake. The snake could not go very far down the drain something was blocking it. Jason told me there is a trick and you have to have the right tools as well. He was able to pull a huge amount of hair out and solved the issue in no tine. I am happy I called them. Jason did a great job. Thank you Jason!

I called Rapid Flow when I discovered a sewer line backup. Charlie was here less than two hours later. He was a pleasure to deal with and quickly got our sewer line cleaned out and backing business. He even did some cleaning up for us from the mess caused by the backup and offered some great suggestions about how to avoid future issues. They didn't even charge us an emergency fee for the quick response. I'll call Rapid Flow again for anything similar in the future and strongly recommend them.

I called Rapid flow with an emergency drain overflow on my kitchen sink that was leaking out of my dishwasher. 3 hours later they had a technician at my door(Chris) who was excellent and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and described what he was doing the entire time.

Had an unexpected clog in main line to septic around 5pm. Spoke to Tom who dispatched Chris. Chris was here in about an hour. He had the right equipment, and solved the problem quickly. Very happy with the service, and would highly recommend.

I have used this company 2 times for clearing a clogged drain after a plumber was unsuccessful. They are very prompt. I called them at 4 pm on a Saturday, and my drain was cleared by 6:30. They cleaned up all the mess, like it never even happened. Excellent service. It is a very old home with old pipes. This company has the right tools to get the job done.

I just want to say thank you specially Pete the drain technician, he is a rock star. He resolved my issue in 30 min fast and in the most professional way. Before contacting Rapid Flow, I had another Plummer who worked on the same issue for over an hour and couldn't unclog the drain, but here he comes Pete to the rescue from Rapid flow (just like the name RAPID) solved the issue in just 30min. Thanks again and now you have a new customer for life.
