Plumbing Solutions was excellent from the customer service on my call, the responsive dispatch same-day to my house, the on-time arrival, and the excellent work Artie, Shane and Jake did installing two new sump pumps for us. Artie consulted on the job and explained choices and the process in detail, worked quickly, and cleaned everything up. They saved us ahead of a big rain storm. I highly recommend the company and this crew.

Chris C. Is very kind , knowledgeable, professional outstanding plumber. He originally came to what I thought was replace the Hot Water Heated. Chris first off checked a few things. It turned out to be an adjustment or something like that in the shower valve regarding the mixture of hot and cold water. Hence due to it being incorrect as I understand it I was getting all the hot water at once so I ended up mostly taking cold showers. I was thrilled with Plumbing Solutions and Chris C. They are now my new Plumbers/HVAC Team. I will definitely use them for any need I have that they cover. They were recommended to my by a close friend and I would also recommend them. Our son, Rob, referred Plumbing Solutions to us. They did some work at his home in Walpole and was extremely satisfied! We called to have a couple of drains unclogged and also needed to have a leaking pipe repaired. Ultimately, we needed to have a part of the soil pipe replaced and also a pipe under the bathroom sink. The result was outstanding! The leak was fixed and we were informed every step of the way. There were no surprises! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! We are looking to put in another bathroom and they are first on our list to call! In fact, we wouldn’t consider anyone else, we were that pleased! Artie and Chris are the absolute best!

Artie K. from Plumbing Solutions was courteous, knowledgeable and expeditious in his diagnosis and repair of the leak. He arrived at 9 am, within 20 minutes (fantastic!!) of my emergency SOS call. The other places had scheduled me in for 5pm. Luckily, there was a cancellation opening at that time. Artie quickly detected the source of the leak coming from the basement ceiling valve. He repaired and replaced what needed replacing within 25 minutes. The company didn’t charge an emergency premium and the repair cost was what I expected. These guys know what quality service is all about, I definitely would hire them again ! My gas boiler’s ignition was not turning on the gas and I had intermittent heat problem. Jose asked me a few questions and then went to work checking my boilers electronic ignition system. I was impressed with his checking everything methodically and he found the culprit, a cracked burner pilot assembly, which he replaced. Problem solved. Also it was just before a terrible cold wave -5 degree temps and I can’t say enough about the quality and professionalism of Jose and Plumbing Solutions. Their the real deal.

If you read these posts and wonder if any can be trusted, this is one you can believe! After missing the record cold weather in Boston, we returned home to cascading water in the kitchen and a flooded basement. A friend recommended Plumbing Solutions (PS). They exceeded every reasonable expectation. When our insurance company said there would be a delay in getting water mitigation, Enrique R--the PS plumber--told us whom they used, we called, and they responded, too. You can call any plumber you'd like, but if you're not happy, you could have been.

The only access to the faucet he had to repair is through a very small granite cutout (less than a 2 square feet space). In short, good but very expensive. Technician arrived when promised. Looked at but couldn't fix leak from our bathroom faucet (didn't have the right sized hose from the faucet to the supply line). He was able to fix our leak in our kitchen faucet (replaced valve) using a valve we had purchased in advance. Technician was very polite and considerate. Good communication from the company during the appointment process. No issues with the service. Unfortunately, for a 45 minute visit with no parts supplied by the plumber, it cost $316, which seems very high.

We had a radiator pipe leaking water into our basement. Had an appointment with a local plumbing company on Tuesday but after 2 days of no response I called Plumbing Solutions at 9am on Thursday. We scheduled an appointment for Friday, but Shane and Jake called me a hour later saying they finished a job early and came to look at the leak. I got the quote 10 minutes later and the job was finished an hour later. Service was great, they wore booties for their shoes and when they were done they swept up the work areas. We awoke to a massive leak causing a drip in the ceiling of our garage. There was no clear evidence of the source (there is a bathroom above the garage but unclear if shower, tub, sinks, or toilet). We called at 8 :30 am and someone was at the house by 9:30. They provided us a clear estimate, made the repair, and charged us UNDER the estimate. Artie was polite, respectful, and patient with many kids around. We were very pleased with all aspects of the service, especially knowing it is a holiday weekend and many other places were closed! Excellent customer service as well.

Everything was very well communicated and installation was complete to schedule within 3 weeks from the initial survey. Courteous and professional from the onsite visit, quoting and to the final system check. Pricier than your usual plumber, but worry free. Would use again.

Plus they were available within a week. Chris, the plumber who did the work, was efficient, courteous (put covers over his shoes, had a mask), and professional. We haven’t had a wet day yet so I can’t comment on how the pump actually works, but assuming all goes well I will definitely be calling them again.

I called Plumbing Solutions because my daughters 30 year old dryer needed to be removed but was hard piped (no flexible gas pipe)by the previous owner and we did not feel safe moving or disconnecting it ourselves. Plumbing Solutions was very responsive and made an appointment for the next day. Matt made sure the gas shutoff for the dryer worked properly and disconnected the dryer making sure it would be ready for the new dryer and flexible gas pipe. He also cleaned the old long dryer vent that went up the wall and across the ceiling to outside and replaced a portion of it. He checked the washer shutoff valves also and an outdoor spigot. We now feel confident that everything is up to code and safe. All in all this was a great experience and I highly recommend this company !

Artie looked at both outside faucets that I thought were leaking and also to see if he could install a bigger head to them so they would be easier for me to turn . He looked both inside and outside the house. Because my house is so old, the installation of these faucets made it difficult to do a straightforward repair. Artie gave me several options with prices and took time helping me decide. No pressure to choose the most expensive options. He had to swap out a pipe and cut out a portion of outside shingles to fit the new head. He didn’t have spray foam insulation on the truck so he went to National Lumber to get some and finished sealing the openings. He was skilled, friendly, knowledgeable and really helped me make the decisions that fit my needs and budget. A super plumber and guy! When I need plumbing again I will specifically ask for him!

Plumbers from Plumbing Solutions have done several jobs at my house. Matt, Kevin, Artie and Chris have done work, and their work is excellent. The jobs have varied -- from plumbing a kitchen renovation and water heater replacement to heater maintenance. Artie replaced a faucet in an old bathroom sink. Yakov fixed our leaky pipes in our laundry room. He was quick and efficient and we are very satisfied with the work. But while he was there, he noted that our hot water heater was 11 years old and had begun to rust! We called plumbing solutions for a clogged toilet on the first floor. I did have to call twice, the second time 2 hours later than the first. I was told by the answering service to call again if they did not respond within a half hour. Someone did call right away and came shortly after the call. They were pleasant and efficient, and had unclogged the toilet within 10 minutes after arriving. They left after 15 minutes having charged $278, which seems unreasonably high for the amount of time and simple use of a snake for a few minutes. We were told that that was the charge listed in the book, regardless of the amount of time/work involved. We will not be calling them again for any service in the future.
