I've had a great experience with Wickstrom and specifically my awesome technician, Blake. My initial request was for both an immediate need (toilet repair) and a preventative need, relocating the shut-off valve for the home. Blake helped in minutes with the initial repair, was able to provide an estimate for the preventative work, and immediately set up an appointment to come back the following week. That's now completed, right on time, and the cost was spot-on to the original estimate provided. In addition, Blake and everyone I spoke to at Wickstrom was kind, efficient, and friendly. What more can you ask for? I also appreciate that they provide a photo of the technician prior to arrival. Great attention to detail and great service- highly recommend.

I had a couple great experiences with Wickstrom plumbing - Chad helped me with a problem at one property and later re-piped supply lines and drains in my old house. Wow, did they need it- the pipes were full of rust and the drains were full of noodles. The week after the job was complete I almost felt lonely and wished Chad and his band of merry plumbers still had work to do. Carson and Raul were excellent as well. Kelly in the office was responsive and communicative, overall I'm happy I have a plumbing company in the area I can trust.

After using them for maintenance a couple yrs, I had this company replace my furnace and air conditioner in 2016. Now they come out twice a year to service my a/c and furnace. They're a great bunch of people, from the people in the office to the crew that comes out. They're friendly, very patient when explaining things, prompt, and conscientious about keeping my house clean start to finish. Recently I had Austin and Kyle out- good job- thanks guys ≧◉◡◉≦

We had a break in our outside waterline. We called them and they were able to send Collin out within a few hours. He was able to assess the issue and presented us with 3 pricing options in detail. We asked how soon they will be able to do the work and they responded that they could be there the next day and would stay until it was done. We accepted their proposal and they showed up the next day and got water turned back on before dark and then remained onsite until 8 o’clock finishing clean up. We definitely would recommend this company to anyone needing emergency work done. Collin was very knowledgeable and thorough with explanation of the work to be done.

Because it was so busy I wasn't expecting anyone to be out until tomorrow, but Doug and Stew showed up today! I was pleasantly surprised that I was sent a text with Stew's picture and that he was arriving today (that was a nice touch). I called today and Austin and Kyle came out on time to find out why my dryer exhaust wasn’t working as it should. They performed a complete and thorough examination of my ductwork under the house and found a couple leaks. Kyle repaired those for me. Austin crawled into the attic to check the dryer duct and fixed that. Now my clothes will dry first time! Very happy. Had a sewer line choke up on the house despite all new drain plumbing throughout. I suspected some accumulated debris from drywall and tiling projects. Cold-called Wickstrom about inspecting and hydrojetting the main line to check the clog and inspect it before plans to construct an accessory unit to piggy-back on the home's sewer. Was able to get an appointment promptly for a camera inspection prior to setting a hydrojet appointment (their process). Technician located a significant root intrusion during inspection and unplanned, on-the-spot, was willing and able to provide necessary services to auger and clear it. The camera inspection services confirmed clearance of the roots and determined I did not need hydrojetting. Technician was polite and allowed me to snoop around with him as he worked. I was back in business by the end of the day. I would not hesitate to recommend Wickstrom and their technician, Chance, to my friends. They'll be my first call next time I need these types of services. I'm a competent DIY-er but I'm very glad I leaned in and had Wickstrom do the work as they had the cutting blades, scopes, and other tools right there. That root was going to be a challenge larger than an ordinary Tates rental or Big Box store pipe snake could handle (and I'd have spent a bit of money and wasted a whole day with the hassle). Additionally, their camera inspection (which would have been free had it ended there) provided me valuable peace of mind that the entire system from drain to city sewer was in good shape. Professional. Timely. Great value.

Ran into 3 of the nicest guys at the Meridian Home Depot today. I asked Max, Cody, and Sam if they had a couple minutes to chat. All 3 stopped their shopping and seemed genuinely happy to give me their attention. I just had some general questions about employment for my son Chris who is a 2 year apprentice plumber in another state. They did not know for sure some of the technicalities and were careful not to give "I think" answers. What they did know and were happy to share is how much they like working for WICKSTROM. Max gave me his card and encouraged me and my son to check them out. My experience with them 3 was so uplifting that I had to call the home office to pay them a compliment. Well, it didn't end there. My wife and I went with Wickstrom because their price was the best. It was a large project: adding a bathroom, washer, and water heater to a converted garage. We were very impressed with plumbers Tom and Rob. They are both knowledgeable and kind. We were never made to feel foolish when asking questions, and they did a great job explaining why they did things the way they did. They further impressed us with their frequent updates, which helped alleviate some of the stress of a big project in our home. Both Kelly and Cooper on the phone were attentive, considerate of everyone's time, and willing to accommodate us. We noticed a higher than normal water bill and suspected a water line leak. Our insurance company contacted Wickstrom Plumbing and they promtly sent Colton to detect the leak which he quickly did. Kody, Colton, and Chance were able to excavate the lawn to get to the leak and repaired it. While repairing that leak they noticed another smaller leak at our sprinkler bax which they also fixed. Our 30 year old toilet was also having trouble so Wickstrom sent out Blake and Carson to see what was wrong and they gave us some options which we elected to replace the toilet. They were able to replace it the following day quickly and efficiently. Kelly in the office and all the plumbers that were here, Kody, Colton, Chance, Blake, and Carson were very efficient, friendly, courteous. and knowledgeable. I would happily welcome any of them back for any future plumbing needs.

In December 2021 I found a small main line water leak after an unusually high water bill. I had several companies come bid the job including Wickstrom. While not the lowest bid, Wickstrom secured my business for a few reasons. Not only were they prompt, they pulled in the appointment in 2 hours ahead of the original estimate. The dispatch system is fantastic, kept me up to date, and even provided a photo of the team member who is on their way. When Chance arrived, he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the job and within 15 minutes had a bid written up with multiple options. He explained each thoroughly and answered all my questions. While other companies who subcontract these jobs seemed unsure and indecisive, Wickstrom, who does the work themselves, were decisive and confident in their abilities. When the work began, the team, Colton, Max and Chance, arrived promptly, coordinated with DigLine, inspectors, and got right to work. Within a few hours the work was complete and a couple of days later state inspections were completed. The day after inspections, the crew arrived promptly in the morning, filled in the small trench, and even returned the perma-bark close to its original state. You can barely tell they were there. Within a week, we also received a thank you card form Wickstrom with a gift card for future work or to give along with a referral. Fantastic touch to round out an already exceptional experience. Well done, Wickstrom, we’ve already passed the card to our friends for referral.

Had a leak in my main water line. Because I have the coverage via Suez, they had Wickstrom contact me and set up an appointment. Kody came out and advised that the line was repairable but also offered to provide me a quote to have the line replace. I have a very old house and have had issues with the main line in the past. Because the line runs through my neighbors yard I decided to pull the trigger and have the line replaced. It was still going to be going through their yard, but with a new line I figured there won't be an issue for a long long time. Kameron and Max showed up on Thursday and got to work right away. It was determined that b/c the line was so old it was better to re-route the line through my yard. There was no additional cost for the alternate plan. They had a few issues throughout the processes but kept me in the know the entire time. I appreciate their communication with me throughout. Kody came on the final day to help finish the project and put things back to normal. I greatly appreciate them answering any questions I had and doing their best to put things as they were. I did have a slight issue about 2 weeks after they left with the holes settling but called and they scheduled a correction with in a week. Over all a very happy with the service and work provided. The three workers were very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. Would recommend to others and use again in the future.

We had a new AC unit put in by Wickstrom in July. After dealing with another provider who came into our house and tried to up sell and provide inaccurate information about the supply of units, the Wickstrom team was a breath of fresh air. They supplied us with the knowledge we needed to make the best decision for us, without all the gimmicks other companies used to get us to buy quickly. When we decided to move forward with Wickstrom, it was in the middle of a major heatwave where they were also swamped with business. With our unit struggling to keep the house cool, the Wickstrom team brought over 2 portable room units to keep us comfortable until they could install the new unit. Their ability to get here to assess the water leak was much faster than I would have expected. Seems like everything has long wait times due to covid, but Wickstrom got Jake here the next day. The excavation to the leak was done quickly, and after the leak was repaired, the restoration of the ground was fantastic. I was prepared to have to clean up and smooth out the cover rocks, but Jake and crew had it where I did not need to do anything. 100% pleased with everything. So much so that I signed up with Wickstrom to service my A/C and furnace. A/C just got done today, again, much faster than I thought they would be able to schedule me in. Max, Kody, and Colton came out to help us with an existing drainage problem on a new custom home and these three guys really make your company SHINE!! We are business owners ourselves and we're a military family - so we know what hard work, honesty, and high standards are all about. They did great social distancing and were 100% "covid friendly." Our home builder pretty much left us hanging with a huge water drainage problem and these guys did an outstanding job to make it right. We found that the main water line to our home had been leaking into the side yard of our neighbors house. Wickstrom was contacted through our insurance and they were immediately in touch with me. They quickly did a review of the issue, then Kelly, who was very pleasant to deal with, set up a dig-line appointment and made extra effort to schedule the work to be done the next day. When I contacted my insurance company about a water leak in the front yard, they called Wickstrom to troubleshoot and repair the compromised pipes. It turned out to be a monumental job, but Kody and Jake did an awesome job and I couldn't have been more impressed. Wickstrom couldn't have asked for better representatives of their company. Wickstrom Service Co. installed our new water heater. Of course the heater broke down on a weekend. Blake came in on Sunday to assess the heater. Unfortunately it needed to be replaced. With the pandemic, we didn't know if they can find all the parts or if the right parts were available. On Monday morning, we received a call from Blake. My wife and I came home last night to find our house was 80 degrees inside. The AC was blowing warm air and the AC exhaust fan outside was not working. It was 9:30pm and we figured we would just call Wickstrom first thing in the morning. I called them around and they said they would see if they could get someone to my house within the hour. They were here by 9:00am. Jason, my service tech was very professional and was able to diagnose the problem in minutes from my description. He found the capacitor was bad, fortunately it was a quick and easy repair. This is the second time I've had to use Wickstrom in about a month. With everything going on in 2020, having reliable, honest and fast service is a comfort. I was smart when they came out for my last visit and I purchased the Advanced Service plan, I highly recommend one of their service packages, you never know when something is going to pop up and you may need service.

I had a water main leak, but I wouldn't have known about it if it wasn't for Kody, who happened to be repairing my next door neighbor’s leaking water main, and noticed our meter was spinning. Kody recommended I call HomeServe, who I had an insurance policy with covering any such leaks, and I’m glad he did. Our leak was a tricky tiny one, actually 3 tiny ones, but Colton from Wickstrom was able to track down all three and their team of Jake, Max, Colton and Kody were able to fix them, and put everything back together again to my satisfaction. I’ve had many interactions with plumbers over the years, and I have to say that my experience with Wickstrom’s crew was maybe the best. Working with everyone, even their dispatcher Kelly, was always pleasant, prompt and professional. Their text messaging system was a really unique and a “why doesn’t everyone do this???” experience. When it said they were coming they were there soon, and you had a name and a face to put it to, sent to you as well. Really a great experience considering the situation. Blake was here to install our new dishwasher. It turned out to be a difficult task. There were just some issues because our home is older and our other dishwasher had been around for quite awhile. Blake even had to go out and pick up a new shut off valve because he realized ours was very old and we'd be better off to have it replaced. Initially, there was some confusion about the appointment we had for Wickstrom to come out and install a new range hood. When I called to inquire as to why a tech had not shown up, we got an immediate response from Cooper. Even though it was late in the day, Chris Britt and Stewart Lattin were sent out to do the installation. Certainly, it was a last minute service call for the two of them and yet they were extremely courteous while they efficiently completed the job. This is not the first time Chris has done work for us. He is always professional, on time and really seems to know his stuff. We look forward to having Chris perform future work for us.

Technician was scheduled to arrive between 9 & 11 am. He arrived at 9:30 to replace a leaking exterior hose bib. A few min after arrival, the line servicing that bib ruptured in my crawl space. If he had not been there to take immediate action, the damage would have been astronomical. Due to his rapid response in shutting down the water system, he prevented extreme damage. He made immediate repairs so I would not be without water. Awesome service!!

I was searching for a new plumber to replace one we had used for 18 years. I called Wickstrom after a Google search. Blake Thormahlen showed up within the appointment window and did a good job finding the problem and repairing our jammed garbage disposal. He also unclogged a drain and checked a couple of other drains and a toilet flush mechanism. He was friendly and pleasant, and abided by the company policies. He is an asset to the company. However, I will not call Wickstrom again. Blake was required to deliver a sales pitch for a maintenance plan, which he did. I do not appreciate sales pitches when I have only requested a service call. Also, the fee for unclogging a drain, $98.61, seemed high. Additionally, the "diagnostic fee" was not applied to the repair fee as is usually done on service calls. Wickstrom business practices have caused me to decide against the company for further engagement.

Just WOW. I called Monday evening at 4:55pm, having had no hot water for a few days plus a heater that hadn’t been serviced for many years. They were actually able to get us an appointment (with a journeyman in both hvac and plumbing) for the very next morning. They replaced our water heater, updated our venting system, serviced our furnace and even helped us disconnect our old gas stove. Both of the people we talked to were helpful, and did exactly what they promised when they said they would. As a bonus they were really great to work with. We had a rough start, but holy moly did they make a stellar comeback. I had a high water bill and had purchased HomeServe Insurance through Suez to cover the exterior water line. Wickstrom was in contact within an hour or two of me calling HomeServe and scheduled the appointment for the coming Monday morning. Helen called right on the dot to let me know Garrett was on his way, I also got an email with his name and picture that tracked his route to my home - kinda cool! Garrett was professional and polite and quickly confirmed there was indeed a leak. He advised another tech would be out later the same day to pinpoint where the specific leak was. I felt uncomfortable with the information from the second tech and was unclear as to what would happen next or what I would be responsible for. The day of the dig, Jake and his crew showed up and I expressed my fears and frustrations to them. The were so awesome... They listened, apologized, validated my fears, and reassured me of what work would be done. They spent the rest of the day pinpointing the leak over my entire property and troubleshooting doing the least damage to my existing hard landscaping. The day of the dig, they arrived right on time and got to work. It was emotional to see my yard dug up, but I was so thankful for Jake and his crew. They kept me appraised at every step, explained everything they were doing, worked very well as a team, and didn't stop working until they were satisfied they had fixed the problem - after 3 full days of digging. I've never seen a crew work so hard, I think I had every employee at my house at one point. They really had my best interest at heart and went above and beyond to get it right. To me, it was a nightmare; to them, it was just all in a days work to get things right. That speaks to the personal integrity of these guys - really very good people. Their excavation team, Jake, Kody, Max, Chance, Joseph, and Colton, replaced my water line without tearing up my slab, or digging a trench.
