I called Perfect Plumbing for what I thought was a hot water heater issue. Over the weekend, we discovered the actual issue which was a nasty hot water leak in our crawl space. After turning the hot water off, we called PP on Sunday and left a voicemail letting them know that the issue was worse than expected. They called me back on Monday at 8 AM telling me they would prioritize our service. Josh Painter arrived around 10 AM and started inspecting. He explained in detail the issue, the damage, the specific pipes used in our house, and his recommendations. He provided us five very detailed options/estimates on how to proceed. He was super helpful! Professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and personable. He fixed our issue and called the restoration company that they partner with to come address the damage. Josh was awesome and I’d call PP for future jobs if it meant having him sent. The only criticism I’d have, is that after speaking with other professionals in the Treasure Valley, Perfect Plumbing’s prices are a little bit higher. But they were quick and professional.

I just love these guys! Last year we had to replace our sewer line and they did an amazing job. Two weeks ago I had a duct cleaning and was impressed again with BLAKE and BRIAN. Both were professional and thorough. The next was EMILY who came to do a scheduled maintenance on our heating system, she was also friendly, professional and thorough. I did not buy my system from them initially but I wish I had. They are the best and did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't need. Thank you PERFECT PLUMBING!!

Marc Ryder and Robert Wolf showed up the same day I called their office for a water leak repair under my kitchen sink. After spending 2 hours trying to fix it myself, I called Perfect Plumbing for assistance. Marc and Robert had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. After a very unpleasant experience with another company, and no AC in triple digit temperatures, Perfect saved the day. From my first conversation with Kim, to Scott the dispatcher, to Apollo who came out and did my original assessment, to Tony who put my quote and system together and Josh the sales manager who found me financing and finally Sergio who did my installation, every step of the way I was extraordinarily pleased with the professionalism of the Perfect team. The system worked perfectly for the rest of the summer, pun intended. And they’ve already scheduled to check on the new furnace before fall weather sets in. Cannot recommend these guys enough. We had some issues with our AC unit leaking. A tech came and fixed it, but during his repair noticed some significant problems with the system. They then recommended a replacement and worked with us to schedule a complete replacement of the system within 2 days, while also leaving us with working AC in the meantime. The replacement was completed in a single day by Cody Bartlett and Duane Hawkins. They both worked extremely quickly, especially considering the heat of the day. They were efficient, personable, quiet, and took time to explain the new system and answer questions. We have used Perfect before, and have signed up for their yearly maintenance program, as it is a great cost-saver and also an extremely reliable resource for many different household repairs and needs. I would recommend Perfect over any other company.

The same day we called for a quote, Travis Gustavson was at our place. He listened carefully and helped tailor our Multi Split System to exactly what we had in mind. He came back to walk us through various situations that we gave him (multiple condenser units versus a single unit, multiple fans versus single fan set ups, etc). He even helped us look at another company’s quote. When we decided to go through Perfect, Travis had a team at our place within a week. This exceeded our expectation. Josh Sherill’s install team was helpful and knowledgeable. They guided us through the install process, even solved some tricky, unforeseen situations with our home and our new system. They were professional and courteous. The system works great, and just in time for a long string of 100 degree days. We’re very grateful for Travis and Josh and their teams. Definitely recommend!

Didn't try any "sales tactics " as others did. So pleasant and polite. Great customer service tech. Very important aspects with me. Kept me informed on the work he was doing and had it fixed in no time. Tom is absolutely 💯 the best. Could not of gotten anyone better. We had the amazing opportunity to be helped with our furnace by Greg Fry. He is a specialist in HVAC systems, & we had him come by to look at our furnace before the winter hits. Greg provided quality care and quality information. Our furnace is not in the best shape, however Greg broke the news to us in the best way possible. He provided helpful, useful information for our family in the future. Greg made sure he explained everything in detail, so we all could understand what our issues were with our furnace. WOW, Brent Hagwood was prompt, personable, very knowledgeable, identified the issues, explained what the issues were, gave us an estimate, & went beyond requirements (I'd forgotten to mention that in addition to the kitchen pipe leak the garbage disposal quit almost simultaneously. Without me mentioning it, after the repair Brent turned on the garbage disposal, discovered the problem & did an easy fix). He informed us about the Membership program with no pressure, just additional information & by the time he had completed the 2 jobs we'd asked him to do, we informed him that we wanted to join the membership program. This morning I woke up to an unusual sound and upon investigation, discovered flowing water in my driveway. I had to turn off the well pump and started calling around to find a plumber that could help me. I contacted Perfect and Nicole that answered the phone assured me that they could help me out. An appointment was made and Thomas Pedvin arrived at my house right on time. Luckily I didn't have a broken pipe (which I thought I had) - it was a pressure valve on the tank. Every person we've met has always been wonderful and done a very thorough job. I had a new furnace,AC, and water heater installed. They arranged for approvals on all the installations. They double-checked that my furnace was working well in October and I had my vents and ducts all cleaned out along with my dryer vents. He also explained why the area around the outside unit needs to be clear in order to operate efficiently to save me money. The Perfect technicians are always polite and on time. I think I called for assistance around 2 PM and one of their representatives Jonah responded immediately and the whole issue was resolved completely by 4 PM. Recently I called perfect plumbing heating and air to replace my heat pump for a.c and heat, with a new one. They were responsive. The first visit, the crew forgot some things like refilling the refrigerant, cleaning the filter, and checking the vents. However the customer service this time was so on par I felt the need to give a five star and review for the crew that showed up this time. Sergio Rangel was very communicative with what was being done. He offered tips to help keep house cool and reduce bill. His coworker Hayden Whitmer was helpful in working with Sergio. They used process of elimination to check for why the a.c wasn't running properly. I was concerned that the unit suggested by the first initial crew for a smaller a.c unit was not the best advice and that was why my house was not cooling properly. However that was not the case the unit installed by perfect plumbing heating and air is now working perfectly! Sergio and Hayden came in and fixed the problem relatively quickly now I am relaxing with a cool head out of this 100° weather. Thank you guys very much!

Hayden Whitmer and Sergio Rangel were dispatched to our house to install new, higher efficiency gas furnace and air conditioner, along with a smart thermostat (replacing our Nest thermostat). They arrived on time and worked efficiently and expeditiously. Obvious these two have worked together for a while. No observed wasted or waiting motions. Each took care of their own responsibilities either working singularly or together, effectively complementing the actions of the other. They explained and showed what they were doing, and answered all questions - even those we didn't know we would have until later. Sergio guided me through electronic setup and operation of the thermostat. They spend about 7-8 hours working outside in temperatures in the 20's and in the garage (with both doors open and no heat). Very impressed with and highly recommend Hayden and Sergio. Very professional and personable. I strongly believe that the quality of interactions one has with the employees of a company are a direct indicator of the quality of the company, its work, and materials.

So we ended up doing a whole house re-pipe (by choice) and excavate our front yard for the leak off the water main. It was A LOT. Let’s just say I was very blessed to have found them this year when I need an emergency repair on the Air Conditioner in June when the hottest week hit. I signed up on a service plan that the technician offered me to help save me some money on the service call for the air conditioning unit that day. I was happy that I did . Josh P helped us multiple times. I can’t say enough about his professional behavior, integrity, and help. He speaks in easy to understand terms, doesn’t push upsells obnoxiously (which usually makes me run fast from any company), and he is clean cut and quietly professional. The only problem I have had is that two times I called the front desk, it was this big sales pitch about the maintenance plan, and it was a very very long phone call. You can’t conclude your business quickly on the phone, which can be aggravating. The other two times I called, making a basic appt without enduring the pitch, took about 7-10 minutes too, which is just too long. BUT, I always get a hold of someone in a timely manner, and their hold music is HILARIOUS and good spirited. And everyone is polite. So that’s good! All in all, quite pleased. Thank you!

I have not yet decided whether I will use PP for the installation, so I can only speak to the quality of the estimate process, which was professional and as convenient as these things can be. AC failed last night and they were able to fix it this morning. Fast, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. Replaced the capacitor on my condenser, cleaned the system, tested the airflow and vital stats and got us back to cool air in under an hour. Definitely recommend. 1/13 update. Just had them replace my failed furnace. The old unit had several issues and it was only 20% more to put in a brand new unit so I opted to go that route. Diagnosed problems on Wednesday, scheduled the replacement on Thursday, were in and out within 3 hours on Friday and everything is back up and working. Impressed with every aspect of service. I prefer to do my own building and maintenance work, but after three years in a new (to us) house, I thought it was best the AC have a full checkup. Called Perfect because the sticker on the furnace showed they'd been here multiple times before. Their pricing was good and scheduling was easy. They sent a tech bio in advance so I knew who I was looking for. Our appt time fell in the middle of a heat spike, many extra and emergency calls, so service happened late in the day, but they kept their promised date. Mostly I hate watching other people do work in my house, but "Tall Tom" was easy to have around, answered all my questions about the operation, condition, maintenance, longevity, etc of our system, documented everything he was doing in photos sent to me later, gave good advice, did good work and was careful about keeping things clean. I will request him specifically from now on. Calvin and Steven replaced furnace and aircon today. Smart. Attentive to all concerns. Seemless execution. 30's outside and house didn't hardly have time to cool down. Cleaned up. Five Stars again.

My water heater went out right after the New Year. After some research we found Perfect Plumbing. Out of all the websites my wife and I researched we found that Perfect gave us an estimated cost of what it would take to get a new water heater installed. So, we decided to give them a shot. Tom Scott was our plumber. He was amazing to work with as he walked me through the reasons my water heater went out and was leaking. His ability to walk me through all of my options and take the time to help me make the best decision for my house was what made the experience so thrilling. He walked me through the financing options and made it seamless. Within hours I had a new water heater and the experience was worth every penny. Since we purchased our water heater through Perfect we received free check ups on our furnace as well. I had just had my furnace maintenanced on Dec 3rd 2019 so i didn't think i needed to have another maintenance done so soon, but a second opinion never hurt plus it was free. Donovan Sayler was the Technician that showed up for the maintenance check. Donovon is the epitome of customer service and a large reason why my wife and I will stay Perfect Plumbing Heating & Air customer. He was thorough, kind, and very knowledgeable. He literally took my whole furnace apart and found sheet-rock from when my house was built 14 years ago still inside. I just had my furnace supposedly maintenanced last month and from the things Donovan told me was wrong with my furnace and how dirty it was internally really was frustrating to hear. My furnace blower was going out and looked like it had never been cleaned or looked at, there were cracks in my heat exchange, and my furnace was to large for my house. Donovan's attention to detail and the pride he took in his work was a blessing. His advice and trusting approach to our needs was what made the decision to move forward with getting a sales rep out to our house to explore furnace options an easy decision. Tony Dyer was the Design Consultant that showed up to our house the next day. Tony has to be one of the coolest dudes I had the pleasure of meeting. Not only did he walk us through the needs for our house, along with the issues we would have to overcome, but I got the pleasure of getting to know him personally and just how genuine and caring he truly is. The challenge we faced was that a new furnace would be a substantial smaller then the AC it sat above and Tony took time to explain to us not only the challenge but the difficulty in merging the old with the new. Tony's ability to re-assure and educate on the needs of our house made doing a total over haul of our heating and cooling system an easy choice. Tony made my wife and I feel like he cared more about what was best for us then for making the sale. It was a breathe of fresh air to work with a professional like Tony and still feel valued and appreciated. Willie Man and Chris Tilley were the two specialist who showed up to our house to install our new furnace and air conditioning unit. Willie dismantled and re-assembled the furnace and air conditioning in my garage while Chris dismantled and replaced my air conditioning unit on the exterior of my house. They both were superstars! Willie walked my wife and I through how to work our system once it was installed. He was attentive and knowledgeable which made understanding how to work our new system so much easier. From start to finish Willie and Chris were amazing to work with. Offering a service is a small percentage of how you retain customers. Recently I have called to get information on water softeners and home filtration for my house. When I got in touch with Perfect, they responded immediately and scheduled me a next day appointment for consultation. Once Thomas Pedvin arrived, it was immediately apparent that he had a wealth of knowledge and professionalism. Not just pamphlet or brochure knowledge but working knowledge and help me envision the process in which he would install a HALO 5 whole home filtration setup. He also provided me options for other plumbing requests I wanted done as well, utility sink, hose bib in the garage, checking a drain in a spare bathroom, adding an additional line for my coffee machine, and installing a recirculation line to help my master bathroom have hot water as fast as the rest of the house. Once the HALO 5 arrived at their warehouse, only a short 3 days later, Thomas was back on site with Shaun Perez. Shaun immediately instilled confidence with me on his knowledge and professionalism, much like Thomas. Together, they immediately got started removing my old water softener and prefabricating the new setup. The final product was better than I could imagine. The pluming line are clean and easy on the eyes. Everything came together and works like a dream. My master bedroom water would take about a minute and a half to get hot and now I have hot water in 4 seconds. Not to mention, this top of the line home filtration through every tap in my house, I now drink water more often and not just from the fridge. I highly recommend Perfect as a business as well as Thomas and Shaun. Thank you for the tremendous hard work and seem less experience.

I had contacted Perfect Plumbing to replace a dying shower valve. The Specialist, Thomas came out, looked at the valve, prepared an estimate for me, and scheduled an appointment to replace it. On replacement day, Thomas and his apprentice, Shaun, arrived during the arrival window and, after being approved by the dogs, got to work. The work was completed in a more than acceptable time frame, especially since they had to get adapters because the original valve had been installed to different specifications. Both Thomas and Shaun behaved professionally and worked efficiently. They took care to keep my house clean, including wearing booties, etc. I would happily hire Perfect for future plumbing needs, and I would probably ask for Thomas and Shaun by name.

On the day of the appointment for a leaky wall shower head; I received a text from Marc and Robert letting me know they were on the way. They arrived on time, were extremely polite. I showed them the job, they patiently worked to remove the head. They discussed the problem: hard water had broken the seal, and recommended a solution. A new shower head had to be ordered. Marc answered the many questions I had regarding hard water and the solutions to it. I ended up having them put in a Halo Whole Home Filtration System. They were amazing!

Tall Tom is an excellent a/c technician, very thorough and knowledgeable. He repairs the problem and checks the operation thoroughly. In this case this made a lot of difference because the heat pump was excessively hot after the capacitor was replaced. He troubleshooted and found (and smelled!) burned wires in an outside electrical wiring box for the heat pump, which ties into the circuit breaker panel for my home. He explained the problems and necessary repairs so I could understand it all. Thank God he took the time to make a thorough complete repair so I don’t have to worry about an electrical fire or problem. Thomas Pedvin and Shawn Perez were excellent! Very thorough and responsive, they didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t need! After another service gave me and my neighbors a scare about broken and roots in our drainage pipes, Thomas and Shawn went above and beyond to assure me that the pipes going from the house are aged but they are working just fine. Thomas saw my water heater was in bad shape and in need of replacing and he was able to find a reasonable replacement. He kept me informed of all their findings and the work they were doing. My house is only a four years old, but from the beginning, the upstairs has always been either way too hot or way to cold (depending on the season). A couple of years ago, I had another company come out to see what I could do to get the upstairs more comfortable and their immediate response was "put mini-splits' in all of the rooms". At the time, I didn't want to do that and wasn't real excited about mini-splits. This year, I had enough of being uncomfortable upstairs, so I called Perfect and told them what was going on and what the previous quote was that I got. When they came out, I asked them to make the HVAC system right, and they absolutely nailed it! One of the rooms that I would normally be sweating in is now nice and cool (even makes my toes a little chilly). I couldn't be happier with the work they did. I own an older home with the original furnace that started to make an awful noise so I called Perfect plumbing and heating and set up an appointment they were very quick to come out. A tech by the name of Will was out and got the fun job of crawling under the house to check out the “ dinosaur “ . After finding several things wrong he explained that it had seen better days and needed to be replaced due to health concerns. Not the news I wanted to hear but knew I was living on borrowed time and wanted to move furnace into the house so job was quoted and scheduled. I have been having problems with my water heater for quite some time and called Perfect to look at and repair my water heater. They sent Allen Grengs to evaluate and look at my system. I quickly found out he was a very dedicated and customer oriented employee. He informed me that waterheaters have a 6 year warranty on parts. I never knew that and ordered the necessary parts we needed. Allen put so much effort into helping me with my problem I was so happy with this gentleman. Come to find out that having an American Standard waterheater that was sealed comes with other problems. Come to find out that they have thermal couplers and to get one is next to impossible because American Standard does not have them available. But Allen made a few calls and found one that he was able to use on ny system to repair it. I was so so happy he went far and above because it technicians like this that really help with your problems. I was so pleased with his service that I signed up for their heater and air conditioner annual service. I am extremely happy with the service I was provided by Allen and Perfect. They are very responsive and keep you informed during the service and repair process.
