This is the second time we've used Express Plumbing, Heating & Air to pump our septic tank. First time was an emergency pump; we'd just moved in and unbeknownst to us the tank had not been pumped in a few years (gross). They did a great job. Second time was just today, little over 2 years later. Kevin came out and was so helpful and nice and did a great job. Left everything cleaner than when he got here, replaced two of the stripped screws from the lid of our tank and helped get a clog taken care of real quick. With this service, we'll continue to call Express and recommend them to family & friends.

Truly I can't express how grateful I am for this company!!! Daniel is my go to, but have also had Don and Cole and was so happy 😊 This company goes above and beyond every time. I also got the 2 year can't write a check warranty and they stood by it! Definitely highly suggest their warranty. Daniel installed an entire bathroom of fixtures during a remodel, and was the ONLY contractor to clean up after himself. They even laid down a mat our front. I will never use another company. Thanks you Express! And definitely keep Daniel around ❤️

Our heater wouldn't shut off so i went through all my tricks. Nothing worked so i had to call the pros, Express plumbing heating an air, the came out same day (happened to be the coldest of the season) fixes it so the blower motor shut off, he gave me some options for repair, no pressure at all to purchase anything. We decided to have them fix the problem so it will not happen again. They are an amazing company, and I would recommend them to everyone. My technician was Miguel, he was very friendly and professional has done a wonderful job. The office staff was very friendly - as we have never had somthing like this happen before. Appreciate them and their knowledge.

Called in the morning. A sewer line scoping was scheduled for that afternoon. A $79 service charge was paid at the time of appointment booking. The technician arrived as expected in the afternoon. After the scoping was completed, the problem identified, and a repair identified and explained, the technician formulated an estimate and presented 3 pricing options for the needed sewer line repairs. The quotes were the best that we had received and we chose one of the options. A deposit for 1/2 of the repair quote and the cost of the sewer line scoping charges were paid at that time. An excavation crew were scheduled for the next morning. As it turned out, the work needed to be delay by a couple of days and then needed to be postponed for a few weeks and a refund of the deposit was needed. When Express Plumbing was contacted, a refund of the deposit was initiated and the full amount of the deposit was returned via check. Jamie, in the office, and Simon, the technician, were very good to work with. When adjustments to the schedule and the eventual refund were required, they were prompt and professional. Express Plumbing will be called on in the future if the services they offer are needed.

Daniel was GREAT! During the initial estimate he spent the time to really explain everything that needed to be done in order to hook up my kitchen sink drain. I could of done without being upsold the 6 different option plans for things that I didn’t call them out to do. Just kind of time consuming as he went over them. Company is obviously very upsell sales driven! But again he was great. Ultimately he did a wonderful job hooking up my kitchen sink faucet, lowering an outlet drain, hooking up my garbage disposal and installing a new emergency shutoff valve. He was very meticulous in fixing the hole in the cabinet that was left behind after making a new hole to lower the water outlet pipe. After getting 4 different estimates from larger plumbing companies in the valley, I’d recommend Express as they came in with the cheapest estimate (even though it still was NOT cheap). I will say my one negative is that I did feel for how long the job took it should have been way less expensive. It essentially broke down to $300 an hour… which which in my opinion is ridiculous. This is the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. Overall Daniel was great, his work was great, he was very professional and their front office was very friendly and easy to talk to.

Isaiah came to help but didn’t have the equipment he needed so he went back to his office to get the necessary equipment to solve our problem after regular business hours! We had a gas leak in a wonky location and Forrest our service man was able to troubleshoot it and had it fixed in less then 30 minutes. We had our gas turned back on within 90 minutes after our original call for help to Express Plumbing Heating & Air. The level of service from start to finish was exceptional and professional. Since moving into this house almost 20 years ago, we have dealt with a pipe clog issue that occurs almost annually. We have had many a plumber come out to snake the pipe and temporarily bandaid the issue. This year was different! Isaiah showed up a few hours after my call, proposed multiple options for handling the situation, including a long-term solution that we ultimately went with. The project was technical, frustrating and stinky, especially for a DIYer like me! He brought our out of dae plumbing issue to code and hopefully it resolves the problem. Update: Had Cole come out and replace the water heater. Which went great, but here is the part that is really impressive, when he was down in the crawl space adding some drain pipes for the water heater he smelled some sewage. He followed the smell until he found the broken pipe and a puddle. That is going above the line of work…most appreciated!!!!! Cole even was able to quickly contact a great restoration company that came out within the hour. Once dry Todd came back and fixed the pipe. These guys do a excellent job and are extremely professional. 5 stars all around!!! **************************************** Cole came out and did a wonderful job on repair my leak and put in new valves. I would highly recommend this plumbing company. Oh and ask for Cole!!

Alex did an amazing job! When we got back from a camping trip over the weekend, we noticed our crawl space was emitting a terrible odor throughout the house. I called for help because I had a feeling our toilet was leaking. It had been giving us problems for a while. He checked our crawl space and sure enough it was leaking. Alex, being the amazing plumber that he is, checked everything to make sure there weren’t any other problems. He found a leak at our kitchen sink that was way worse than the toilet leak. Had he not checked, we would have had a terrible mold problem. He prevented a disaster that would have gone undetected for a while. He worked so hard to remedy the problems with our plumbing, and he provided excellent customer service. I will definitely request him to help us if problems arise again in the future.

**UPDATE 7/29/22** We had another great experience with the Express team today. Steve V. came out and serviced our struggling AC unit. He not only identified the basic problem but did a very thorough job of checking for other issues that were impacting the efficiency of the system. Along with getting things up and running, he got some quality opportunities to interact with our dogs (and they loved him). We are grateful for the expertise, quick turnaround, and very friendly interactions. Glad to give a very nice review again! Previous Review (April 2021): We had an amazing experience with Express as we needed our outdoor spigots replaced as they had aged beyond their time. Our technician was Cameron C., and he came in and looked at everything giving an accurate and fair estimate for the work that needed doing. He was helpful, and GREAT with my dogs when he interacted with them in the back yard. When Cameron got started on the project, he had a second tech (Brandon B.) join and they completed the task the same day. Now the outdoor spigots work and look amazing. A great team and grateful for their help!

Trevor Harlow was the technician who came to do a simple pump job on our septic tank. However, the job was a lot more difficult than I would have imagined, due to the age of the septic tank at our rental property. The lid was two feet down and weighed at least 400 lbs. It was nearly impossible for two strong men to lift it off, but they did it! Thanks Trevor for your hard work and great attitude! :)

We had originally called due to a toilet that wouldn't flush. Doug Collins came out and THANKFULLY checked the crawl space and found that our water heater was leaking. We found out that we had a much larger problem than just the toilet that didn't flush. Doug Collins and Cole Vande Kamp from Express Plumbing Heating and Air are TOP NOTCH!!! They are professional, personable, so efficient and so friendly! I also have to mention that they are so patient with our endless questions and taking the time to explain how things work and what the next steps are in the process. We would recommend their services to anyone! Edited: We also had to have our shut off valves replaced in the bathroom and Christian Arrellano did a wonderful job!

We just purchased an old farmhouse in Nampa and the plumbing was a tangle of galvanized pipes going every which way. The fixtures in the house had very little flow and needed to be streamlined with larger supply lines and to eliminate the multitude of elbows that had accumulated over the 91 year history of the house. Don Hope came and matched the 1” supply line which had been reduced to 1/2”, removed the tangle of galvanized pipes and replaced them with very well laid out pex pipe. He went about and beyond my expectations and made sure everything was flushed and cleaned up. Very happy with the work and price of this project!

Alex at Express Plumbing saved me thousands of dollars!!! I had another plumbing company come out toward the end of December and unclog my drain. Just over a month later it was clogged again and they reluctantly came back and tried to re-clear my drain. The very next time I ran my washing machine it was overflowing again. They came back again and said I would need to tear up my basement floor and replace the pipes with a cost of over $12K. I saw the Express plumbing truck in my neighborhood and decided to have another company take a look. Alex from Express was able to get the drain flowing again and do a camera inspection of the line for no additional cost. Alex found nothing significantly with my sewer line other than it was old and their was rust in the line, but there was no where in the line that appeared to be problematic. VERY HAPPY WITH EXPRESS!

They didn't give me a good explanation about the charge. Then they added the cost of a "membership" even after I declined the offer. I had to go back afterward to get the charge removed. They said that they would send me a check rather than refunding my card

He replaced the under sink pipes and actually replaced the old clogging drain. Also installed a new hot water heater. A very professional job and Keith is very courteous and respectful of your home. Brings his own door mat and wears booties inside the house to keep your floors clean. Express Plumbing charges a fair price and they give you a total expected charge before starting the job. I highly recommend them (ask for Keith although I’m sure all their techs are great).

As an owner of an older home, we've come across some unique issues and this past weekend we noticed water backing up in our basement drain while doing laundry. At first we worked with with Michael and he was knowledgeable, though given the unique placement of the house he didn't have a long enough camera to scope the pipe completely. It was a bit frustrating, to be honest, that we weren't able to get answers initially. After talking to the city and having the city jet their line, we were still having issues and knew that it whatever was wrong had to be in the pipe that wasn't wasn't able to be scoped when Express Plumbing originally came out. I called Express back on Sunday and the sent out Keith with a longer camera. Keith was exceptional and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did he locate at clean out in our front yard that we didn't know existed, he was able to camera and clean out at the blockage. He gave me a bunch of information about the type of pipes we have and took his time pulling the camera out and looked for additional issues, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, Express Plumbing was very helpful this weekend and I highly recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing need. We will definitely consider them again if and when plumbing needs arise around our house.

EDIT: Bumping to 3 stars as owner called and explained things. After talking I now feel our experience was more a failing of the plumber rather than the company. Had a leak from the kitchen drainpipe that leaked all the way down though the sublevel bathroom ceiling. Had a dry out company come and remove the damaged drywall, flooring, kitchen counters/sink, and bathroom ceiling so everything is exposed. Called Express for an estimate on repair and replacing pipes. The gal I set up the appointment was wonderful and got someone setup to come out and do an estimate right away. The plumber came out reasonable quick but once here things became strange. The plumber and his trainee came and before they even looked at anything the plumber started asking if we were looking to do any actual work today. I was a little taken aback as I did set the appointment for an estimate. I told him maybe as we have to get the work done but we wanted the estimates first as we were not sure if we wanted to repair or replace the pipes. He then started asking a bunch of questions concerning my feelings on price. I told him price is important but I care more about value as cheap is often not worth the loss in quality/performance. After that he did come in and take a quick look at things. After a quick look around he asked if we had anyone else out. I mentioned we had gotten an estimate to replace our pipes from Perfect Plumbing and HVAC a year ago when they came out and replaced our Furnace. He then started insisting hard we should just go with them and Express does not like to step on other businesses toes and steal customers. He would not give an estimate and was very weird and dodgy when I tried asking. When I pointed out we have only had HVAC from Perfect and wanted to try somewhere else for plumbing he still insisted we were essentially already their plumbing customer. Continued to talk nonsense and never provided an estimate for anything before finally leaving. This whole time the trainee never said a word and just awkwardly listened. If the plumber had just said at the door he was not interested in providing an estimate and left that would have been much better than the giant waste of time that was his dragged out dodgy BS. Was surprised to get a followup call the following morning from the trainee offering to provide an estimate if we allowed them to come back. He self-admittedly mentioned that the previous days interaction with the plumber was "weird". He was very nice but I told him we were honestly so put off by the previous interaction that we have no intention of ever using Express for anything. They were the first plumber we called and honestly expected to go with them if everything seemed alright since they had good reviews but now I doubt that all those review are real. I have NEVER had a contractor fight to chase away my business. Very strange and unprofessional.

I was very impressed at how quickly express plumbing was able to get someone out to my house. They had a plumber to our home within an hour of our first call and he did a great job replacing our broken garbage disposal. However, $700+ to do so seems really expensive. We weren’t given a quote before a plumber was already at the house and very little effort was placed into seeing if our disposal was repairable before replacing it. We chose to go ahead and have the disposal replaced but I was disappointed in the cost.

The first call was on February 1st when we realized our water heater was probably toast. Don Hope arrived and immediately went to work. He showed us the issues with the water heater and gave us our options. We ended up having to replace the water heater. Don went above and beyond and even cleaned up some of the poorly done work done to the house by the previous owners. The second call was because a bad toilet clog (yuck). Keith Kart showed up ready to work. He was polite and explained options, and suggested the cheaper option. He was finished quickly and his assessment was correct. What I have appreciated about both of these visits is their quick response, the fact that they text a picture of the technician who is on the way and they are clean. My carpet is old but they insist on putting the protective booties on before coming in my house. I will recommend them to any of my friends.

First off I appreciate that express plumbing came to Payette, which is further than some others in the valley would come. Colby was the technician they sent. He was prompt, and most of all, honest. He gave me a couple quotes, let me know the benefits of each, and allowed me to choose. He wasn’t trying to up sell or add on. I had another quote from a competitor, that was 8x higher than the most expensive option, and it didn’t include the toilet! Colby worked quickly and efficiently, also finished before the quoted time. Hundreds of dollars for 45 min, simple fix and an inexpensive part and he nor the office was able to explain to me why it was so expensive. There was no itemized receipt, man-hour charge, part charge, nothing! Just a large random number that was pulled out of thin air. Update: the owner called and was able to better explain their pricing, apologized that it was not better communicated and offered a partial refund.

Express Plumbing Service was very professional when I recently had my septic tank pumped. The person who answered the phone explained the process well, and I received a text when the technician was on his way to my house. Simon was extremely nice and set to work locating my tank. Since we knew the general vicinity, it didn't take long. Considering what is undoubtedly one of the most unpleasant jobs to hold, Simon went about his digging with a smile on his face. He had to dig two holes; the first hole was recovered and it is impossible to tell the ground had even been disturbed. The second hole which was in the right location had a bit more dirt involved, but after it was filled in and the sod replaced, the disturbance is barely noticeable. A good sprinkling should wash away any traces of work being done. Simon was very helpful by answering questions so I could learn more about the process and the depth of my tank and leach field. I wouldn't hesitate to use Express Plumbing again.

I know that it would not be like that for everyone,but that day they could and did. My lid needed to be dug up to access and the technician David was not hesitant at all. Upon completion of the pumping, I was able to schedule another employee to return the next morning and add a riser to the tank. I had some concrete curbing that needed to be cut and the young man from the excavation side of the company brought the proper tools and completed the job with no problems. We noticed that one of our toilets must have been leaking because there was slight damage on the baseboard behind it. He replaced the line and the valve. He then checked the other 2 toilets and showed us they had the same issue, but didn't need the valves replaced yet. He went in our crawl space to confirm there were no leaks and checked at the main city water meter. If a visit from a plumber can ever be pleasant, this one was. My sink drain was backed up and water dripping from the pipe exiting the kitchen. Express Plumbing was called and within a few hours Kyle Smith arrived, diagnosed the problem and got to work fixing it. Before he brought his equipment into my kitchen he reminded me that I might want to cover or remove food that I was preparing. He performed his work in a thorough, professional, and cleanly way. Even wiped out the bottom of the sink cabinet. He explained the cause of the problem - not only the clog in the pipes but also the discovery of a cracked pipe (which he replaced). I know he was eager to get home to prepare dinner for his son, but he took time to explain the cause of drain and dishwasher odor I experience and to suggest a product to remedy it. He also discovered that the bolts securing the disposal were loose and tightened them. That saved me from a big surprise later on. Great service.

Great service. Called early in morning for leaking pipe and was told they would get someone put right away. They sent me a text with the picture of the plumber and his name about 8:40 in the morning he showed up before 9. He was pleasant and gave us the cost to fix the leak. And David was a good guy too. Real personable and didn't mind me observing him at work. The cool thing is next time I have a problem - hopefully not a major one! - I will know who to call. Within an hour of my call for help(!), Jerry arrived and was able to remove the old fixture. It ended up requiring a reciprocating saw to get off.
