Elite Rooter has been the most outstanding plumbing service I have ever received. Our plumber Richard, was kind, friendly, efficient and helpful. He made sure to explain everything to me and his service was cost effective, fast, courteous and definitely solved a major plumbing issue! I definitely will call them again in the future. They are literally the best plumbing experience I've have had! I would highly recommend them to friends, family, and anyone else in need!

Elite Rooter Boise offers the best toilet unclogging service I've ever had. I called them to make an appointment and asked them to do the service as soon as possible. Then they sent Isaiah to me in just 20 minutes. Isaiah was a very nice person. He unclogged my toilet in just 5 minutes. Since that was not a very big problem, he told me that today's service is free! Wow, what a big surprise! I would definitely recommend their service to everyone!

We had a main line clog with no cleanout and most plumbers wouldn't touch it or the estimates were crazy high. We called Elite and they had a coupon online on their website. Richard was right on time. He communicated well about our options throughout the process. Long story short -Richard did a great job and saved us a lot of money!! I would highly recommend them. This company worked tirelessly to remove all damaged equipment and building and traveled to another state to acquire motors and pump replacements as they were not available here. Highly skilled staff that worked many days and evenings along with weekends to restore irrigation water to our subdivision. They were customer oriented and kept us informed of their progress. Hi Recently my toilets (all 3 of them) starting to make noise and water would be almost constantly running. I happened to be off yesterday so I called few places and none of them had any openings for that day, except for Elite Rooter. I was given a time frame when they would show up and was given a call before heading my way as well. Isaiah and his coworker that day were friendly and courteous even covered their shoes before walking in. I was impressed during their visit with their professionalism (even though I still haven’t received proof that their services have been paid in full and my name is misspelled which is not uncommon - I'm using alias for privacy purposes). 5 stars (service) My only reservations, especially knowing what I know now is the overall cost of the service and perhaps lack of transparency when given quote. My initial estimate for repair of just one toilet was around $270, which considering it took a minute or 2 to figure out what it was (flappers were worn out - appears to be the leading cause of my issue), parts were $10-$15 each and it took about 10 minutes (per toilet) to install is just hard to fathom at this point. Seeing my reservations and knowing that I need all 3 repaired, I was given some (volume) discount(s), and at the end of the day I ended up spending $480 which I still feel is high given the work that i took. I even googled average cost to replace flapper, and it was $60-$120, which in my case came to $160 (even though all 3 toilets were under the same roof). I understand we all need to get paid, and again I have nothing but good words to say about these 2 gentlemen, but due to higher than reasonable cost of service, it would be hard to consider them in the future. I mean if I spend almost $500 for such a quick fix, I can’t even imagine how much a more involved job would cost. 2 stars (price).

We saw some water on our kitchen counter dripping through the cabinets. Suspected it was a leak from the bathroom above. Elite Rooter responded immediately to our ask for a quote and sent out a technician(Richard) for free! He said they could not service the request since we had cabinets and there is no access to the pipes. But they gave us the number of a restoration company that can check the humidity and diagnose the problem better. I really appreciate their promptness and honestly. Thank you for providing me such an excellent job

My shower drain has been giving me problems for weeks now. Richard from Elite rooter Boise came to the rescue. Came in diagnosed the problem with in seconds went to his truck came back with his tools and boot cover on and went to work. Shortly after water was free flowing down the drain. I had Dennis Green snd James Owens at my home Monday September 12th to fix a clog that has caused me problems for years. These gentlemen took pictures, showed me what needed to be replaced, showed me camera in the pipes, and everything they did was so good. My home is old so I have old galvanized piping and James replaced the old pipe. James did not leave on Monday night until everything was working. I am so relieved to have this finally fixed correctly. Dennis and James were really great to deal with, very honest, showed me proof of what needed to be done and then they fixed everything. Their quote was very competitive, much cheaper than any of the other companies. They offered a same-day appointment and were extremely flexible when our plans changed. I really appreciate these guys. We had a blockage in our irrigation pipe. Thomas worked tirelessly for four hours to clear out roots. He was able to partially clear the blockage, and after consulting with him and his colleague, we decided it would be better in the long run to replace the whole pipe rather than do a spot repair. They are knowledgeable and hardworking and made every effort to find a solution that would work best for us.

While I had hopes that my project would be the inexpensive drain clearing that qualified under the offer--it turned out to be much more complicated. I was very impressed with how quickly the company got in touch with me and the urgency with which they scheduled their visit. While it turned out not to be something that could be done at the first visit, they were extremely meticulous about putting down brown paper to protect my hallway and carpet, which is a professional touch. They covered their shoes with protective booties, and returned early the next morning to finish the job. While it ended up costing much more than I anticipated that appeared to be the scope of the work being much broader than the simple kitchen-drain issue that I thought I had. They also cleared out the line from the washing machine, which has posed problems a few times though it has been a year or so since it did though there were definitely signs of an issue there, too. Each of the three fellows who were here were very professional and courteous and seemed very eager to share information and their findings, including showing me what they were seeing on the camera. I was impressed that one of the fellows was a General Contractor (GC) who had considerable knowledge and was able to explain things clearly. So, sticker shock? Yes, though I felt that they kept me apprised of their progress and findings along the way so I felt they did a great job at substantiating their work. I also appreciated that they they cleaned up after the project was done instead of leaving an unsightly mess--which was a very nice touch. Being punctual was a great start though the thorough nature of their communications and follow-through also was a big help. I felt that they truly did what they could to keep the project scope and charges down as much as possible even though the project ended up being bigger. They offer a senior discount that was also appreciated, as well!

We contacted Elite Rooter because we were having a recurring clog in our sewer drain. The gentlemen from Elite responded quickly and were very thorough. Our subdivision here in Middleton is dealing with the rebuilding of our community irrigation pumps and pumphouse that was destroyed by fire in February. Elite Rooter is the company that came to the rescue! They are working to get new pumps, but due to supply chain issues, they will be delayed. In the meantime, they have managed to get one of the two very badly damaged pumps working! My personal experience with Denny Green, the District Manager for Elite, has been stellar and is as follows: While the one working pump has been turned off for a few hours yesterday, I took the opportunity to make some repairs to my own irrigation connections, Denny was in timely contact with me so I could complete my work BEFORE the main lines are pressurized again. I've been thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and genuine concern and care that all went, and will continue to go well! What started as a clogged sink knowing I needed a new garbage disposal I ended up with a brand new beautiful sink and garbage disposal and new piping. Was more then I had planned to spend today but the quality was worth it. I hired a contractor to installed my flooring in the laundry room. So I had to remove the washer and dryer so he can work on the floor. I shut the main water valve from the city into the house. I removed the washer and dryer and notice the valve to the washer was still leaking a little bit. So, I decided to call Elite Rooter and they showed fast and promptly. When entering the house, the Tech James Owners did an outstanding job. It was not a little job, when I moved into the house apparently the valves for the washer were not up to code. He (James Owens) put booties on his shoes so he won’t get the house dirty. Also James ask me permission to come into the house. James had his hand full, but go it done in a timely manner. Also, talk to Dennis Green and he gave me a fair estimate especially with the economy and inflation going on in the world. Yes I would hire this company again.
