BEACON Installed new sewer and water lines in my next door neighbors. Accidentally broke my sprinkler pipe. Patrick sent DAN over to fix the problem. Dan and his apprentice were out in the hot sun for 2 hours digging out a root ball that had been moved just enough to break a 29 Cent fitting on the sprinkler line. Great job. great follow through by Beacon Plumbing much appreciated A+ service

I would like to thank Beacon plumbing for their great service. I've had two service calls this year and I had a great experience with both. It started with calling into the service line and speaking with the receptionist. They were courteous, nice and receptive of my needs. They quickly as they possibly could had someone dispatched to my location to look into my issue. My first situation they dispatched a plumber by the name of Brady. Brady arrived on time,asked questions and assessed my situation before getting to work. He worked with precision and didn't take his job lightly. I never got the feeling he was in a hurry and that my issue was just another job. He fixed my issue and still no issue to date. My most recent issue was handled by plumber Jonathan. Like Brady, Jonathan arrived on time and got straight to work assessing the issue. Once the issue was assessed and estimates were in place, he got to work. I watched Jonathan diligently work hard and fixed my issue. He also held over a little time to ensure there was no further leaking. Both gentlemen were professional in there approach and really seem to enjoy helping people get there plumbing needs met. I wasn't referred or pointed in the direction of Beacon plumbing. I stumbled across them after calling multiple plumbers in the valley. What separates them from the rest is their professionalism, niceness, quick response, attention to detail, knowledgeable plumbers and there aim to do the job right. Price point and warranty on their service definitely helps too. I will and do refer Beacon plumbing. Thank you!

Had my water main from the meter into my house break... under the driveway. Called Beacon and others that were able to come out the same day. Beacon was the only company that could start the next day but they were the highest bid. Beacon had dig line out before they arrived to estimate the job. Beacon ended up working around my budget (thank you!) without any service and quality sacrifices. A new line was run and had water service returned to my house within 24 hours after the estimate. Quality work by quality people. So happy I went with them.

While doing a remodel of my kitchen, I needed to shorten my gas pipe for my stove. Nervous to do so myself, I looked up a few companies and decided to go with Beacon. They responded to my online request within 15 minutes on a Saturday and had a guy out to help less than two hours later. The job was done in about half an hour and will allow me to continue with my remodel worry free about the gas pipe. Josh also helped me locate a few pipes I needed access to, as well as a quick check on my furnace to make sure it was working properly. So I wouldn’t be charged, he didn’t go into any detail on it, but as this is a new house to me, it calmed my anxieties a bit. TL/DR: Excellent timing, communication, and service. Highly recommend.

It's easy for businesses to be great on the front end with their immediate responses, too good to be true sales pitches, and grandiose promises for outstanding service and warranty, but the real test of a company's merit and principles is how they react on the back end when a problem arises after the job is complete. Beacon, and specifically the technician that came out, Alex, proved that they actually do stand by their work and actively strive to make customers happy. A sump pump they installed last year was still under warranty when it stopped working and began backing up. Someone came the same night I called in to check it out but did not have the right equipment to drain and diagnose the issue at the time. Alex came first thing the next morning, despite it being his day off, and pumped the basin, cleaned out the pump, and patiently answered all my questions for an hour (did I mention it was his day off?! ;). He also allowed me to take a few days to decide how I wanted to proceed instead of pressuring me to make a decision on the spot. A decision was made on the best way to proceed that was fair to all sides, but due to some miscommunications in the office they wanted to schedule me a week out for the new install which would not have worked because the pump is how all sewage is removed from my home. Alex again came to the rescue and was able to swing by the next day to get the pump installed, up and running, and answer all my new questions! While I hope it is a long while before I need them out to my house again, they have secured the spot of being my first call whenever I have plumbing issues and my first recommendation to anyone looking for plumbing help. Thank you guys for having integrity, great work ethics and proving that your word means something to you and to your customers!!

Made an appointment and they never showed up during their huge window of time. I took the day off just to meet them and when I called them about it they just said sorry they are having a system glitch and they would call me back when the glitch was fixed. Now I’m out a day for work and never got a call back. Update: after many reviews to call back in I have a left my number for owner and no return call. Update: we got ahold of Beacon and they went above and beyond to solve the issue.

I had my whole house repiped from poly butyl whatsit to pex. Beacon was over the very next day after I called so that was cool. Josh Vickery and Steve came out, they were cool too. I dont know anything about plumbing, but the new pipes look neat and the inspector came by a few days later and I passed inspection so thats cool too I suppose.

Called to get an estimate on installing gas line for new oven. The dispatcher Jenn, got us an appointment for the very next morning. Jenn is AWESOME, so fast to respond and schedule. Customer service was on point! Two very pleasant plumbers, Chris and John arrived. After receiving a very reasonable quote, we ended up having them replace the water tank in addition to the gas line THE SAME DAY WE RECEIVED THE ESTIMATE the work was completed. The piping looks so clean and professional. We had them come back within a week and they installed our dishwasher, stove, toilet and did work under our kitchen sink. We will be booking them again for new kitchen sink install. All around excellent experience. Chris and John were very knowledgeable, professional and good humored. Two very long days of non stop work performed. 100% recommend / I would give 10 stars if possible.

(Get your receipt when you pay! I'm updating my review and dropping my rating because, although the service on the day was good, after many attempts I am still unable to get them to send me a receipt for the work they did.) We were very pleased to have a professional evaluate our remote cabin plumbing needs and perform the repair work the same day, even making a run to the Idaho City hardware store to make sure we could get it done today.

On Christmas Eve, our powder room flooded, and it turns out that the toilet was the culprit. We turned off the water supply, and reached out for a plumber. Beacon found the toilet had a broken valve and the plumber offered to repair it or install a new one. Wanting to avoid any other leaking issues down the road, we chose the new one. Nearly a month later, while doing water mitigation on the damage from the flooding, we found a nail sticking through the hot water PVC pipe, and had Beacon come out to fix it. Small job, done well. If you use Beacon, know that they do satisfactory work, but when I originally posted about what seemed like an excessive price, they got right back in touch with me and rectified the issue. I appreciate their integrity and accountability... and genuine commitment to customer service.

At 3;00 today I discovered a completely clogged kitchen sink. After a google search for plumbers i called the office for Beacon Plumbing and was pleasantly greeted and told that they could have a technician out by 5:00 tonight. I received a phone call from the technician at 3:40 updating me on his progress and arrival time, which he stated would be in :30 minutes. At exactly 4:10 Josh pulled up and came to the door to introduce himself and assess the problem. Josh was very professional and took great care in protecting my home while administering the drain service. The clog was gone, the drain was fixed, and Josh had the sink back to perfect working order and all cleaned up before 5:00. I cant thank Beacon Plumbing, and Josh in particular, for bailing me out of a bind and doing such a great job.

I spoke with Jen, at Beacon Plumbing around 12:30pm, and a plumber (Josh) was at my house by 3:15pm the same day! Josh quickly diagnosed my Takagi tankless water heater problem, which turned out to be an exhaust vent issue, and resolved/corrected it within an hour and a half! I highly recommend Beacon Plumbing! JOSH WAS AWESOME!!! My 1-1/2 year old Takagi tankless water heater failed on Jan 2. I called a number of other plumbing repair companies, and waited five days for a plumber to come out. The plumber that came out initially didn't even think to look at the exhaust vent, even though the error code the unit displayed suggest an issue with exhaust "imperfect combustion".
