This is the second time we have used Mr. Drippy, the first was an emergency and they were out and had the (major) issue fixed and cleaned up in less than two hours from the time of the frantic phone call. Today Grady and JD came out assess and make repairs on a water pressure problem. They were on time, professional, easy going and informative (we talked a lot about gardening). They called the home office and we had several quotes and explanations of what was needed and where we could save money. We were offered discounts on additional services since they we already here but we never felt like we were being pressured to spend more than was needed to address the purpose of the call. JD and Grady were in and out quickly, the job is top notch, best materials and processes. I don't want to have to...but if we need to call again it will be the professionals at Mr. Drippy. The Gentleman that arrived was pleasant and knowledgeable. He advised me about my issue and recommended the repair. They would have received 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact they had to call their dispatch for a price. The on-site plumber should already know what the charge should be based upon his or her own experience. They should not have to call in to request a price for a repair. Other than that they did a quick job and cleaned up prior to leaving.

Plumbing professionals came out the same day I called. They fixed our problem and accurately identified some serious potential issues with our existing plumbing. They explained the issues clearly and provided several options. I was given an understandable quote (with discounts) and asked what I would like to have done. Long story short, we replaced our old, inefficient water heater with a tankless one. We also decided to protect our family and home with a maintenance free water filtration system (Halo 5). It’s an amazing system. Ron and Patrick stayed at our home until the job was complete and the area was clean. They arrived on time at 3:00pm and worked until 1:30am!! Plumbing Professionals will be the only plumbers I will use. It’s nice to find a company that puts customer service above all else. They are a true class act and dedicated masters of their trade. I can’t say enough good things about this team of professionals.

Tim came out, same day, to fix a blockage in our pipes. Hands down the best experience with a plumber I’ve ever had. He was clean, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and very good at his job. I would gladly use Mr. Drippy again, especially Tim.

They took time to explain exactly what I was getting (tankless water heater and water softener) and how to properly maintain the system. Tim was my technician. He came in wearing a mask and put coverings on his shoes. He took a look at my laundry list of issues. Told me what could be done to correct them. He was professional, quick and took pictures to document repair pricing. They gave me a quote (with several options) and offered to do the work the same day. Unfortunately because I have so many problems, I will need to prioritize what needs to be done first (along with my budget) but I will call them back to make necessary repairs. I am very happy with the service and response I received. Definitely recommend them to anyone who has plumbing issues!

He also noticed I had a problem with my water regulator, rust and corrosion, he told me I would eventually need to replace. I ask for a price thinking he would come back to do this work, surprisingly he said he would go ahead and replace if I wanted him to, which I did. I really trusted his judgment and his work ethics. Initially, Professional Plumbers replaced 3shower heads and bathtub fixtures. They were very prompt, communicative, professional and easy to work with. They completed the job in a timely manner. We were not happy with the shower head in the master bathroom, no problem, they returned quickly and adjusted it. Still wasn’t happy with the flow, again, no problem, returned promptly and adjusted it, yet again. We finally decided, the shower head just wasn’t the one for us. Needed it replaced, they promptly scheduled another return date, and finally, we got it right!! All of this to say, they Chris, Matt, Ron and Jose were always professional and patient!! This isn’t our first encounter with Professional Plumbers, and we would not hesitate to refer them!! Top notch, TEAM!!!! Thank you🙂

I have used the plumbing professionals several times and they always FIX whatever issue you are having. I have had past experiences with other companies that come out and say (they can't really do anything) or (you have to replace everything). Not these guys! The tech Aaron V is fantastic, younger guy new to our area and the guy is not afraid to get dirty and work hard. After a very long 4 hour job on a hot day, Aaron got all of our issues resolved and still had a smile on his face. Great company, even better employees.

Plumbing Professional's Ron H. appeared at our front door within 90 minutes of my calling of the business office number. First, the receptionist was very good at explaining exactly what their business would do and what my part in the process of getting an estimate and, after approval, getting the work completed would entail. How refreshing! Second, Ron found our service water line leak source in about five minutes and gave me a detailed description of the work needing to be done and a cost estimate. The work was done promptly and professionally that day! Plumbing Professional's employee was knowledgeable and very good at explaining the numerous steps in the repair process. He also corrected errors and shoddy workmanship performed by others previously while he effected the repair of the actual leak. All materials, parts and specialized tools needed to do the job were on the service truck. Ron did the estimate, the actual repair work (including corrective steps) and the paperwork without every leaving my property. Third, Ron himself was totally professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, neatly uniformed and took every precaution concerning leaving the work area and the rest of our residence as clean as he found it. No trash, no packaging, no old material was left. Lastly, Plumbing Professional's work far exceeded my expectations and I will never use another plumbing company again. I will also be recommending them to all my friends and associates. They're not cheap, but I feel that, based on their professional performance, they're worth every penny. The work is done to a high standard, on time, on budget and without any hassles. That's worth paying for.

UPDATE -12/16/19: So, our original issue turned into a seemingly endless nightmare. I dealt primarily with Chris (GM I believe) and Nick (plumber). It took 4 different trips out to finally figure out the issue and get it fixed but at all times Chris and Nick were absolute professionals and took care of us. I know Chris had to be as tired of dealing with this as I was but he was fair and the company worked with me to get it fixed. They never charged additional service charges (parts excluded) and really worked to make things right. As I write this, I am confident that the issue is now finally fixed. *Fingers crossed* If anything comes up, I'll update again. I would absolutely recommend them for your plumbing needs!! I will use them again in the future for sure! Thank you Chris and thank you Nick! Note for everyone: If your kid ever drops a toothbrush into the tolite and it, through some absolute fluke it goes straight down the drain, make sure the plumber clears the line all the way out to the main. No matter how confident you may feel, trust me on this! ‐-- Ron, from Plumbing Professionals, came out today and did an outstanding job on several repairs. Chris provided an accurate estimate and explained our options. The Plumbing Professionals were on time, provided quality and reasonably priced service, and we highly recommend them! Plumbers, electricians and mechanics are expensive and it’s hard to find folks in the trades that are willing to take the effort to do quality work for the price they charge. Because of this I am a diy person and really hate having to spend money on repairs but I did not have the time or energy to tackle replacing my PRV in this instance. When I do have to spend money I am glad to see the work done right and I do have high standards. Ron, who did the work, was very professional and friendly. He did quality a quality job that I am happy with. Dealing with the company was an overall good experience.

Jose did an awesome job identifying a water regulator that had gone bad causing my pressure relief valve on my hot water tank to leak. One replaced the the pressure relief valve, the next said my hot water tank needed to be completely replaced which I did a month ago then Plumbing Professionals was the third plumbers I have had out in the past 9 months and they were the only one to take the time to diagnose the cause of the problem rather than just replace a part or tank and say it was fixed. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing issues!

Great experience. I had a gas leak emergency at midnight on Friday. The Gas company shut our gas off until it could be repaired. I called several companies and Plumbing Professionals was the only one to call back. They were very friendly and up front with pricing. Jose was wonderful, yet again. Not only did he help me take a vanity off my truck due to my wife being pregnant, he also helped me carry it up two flights of stairs to the upstairs bathroom where we were having it installed in my kids bathroom that has never been finished since we moved in back in September 2020. He also had patience enough to wait for me to demolish 48x 5 inches of tile and install a new subfloor before placing the vanity in. In the meantime he installed a new cooktop in the kitchen and helped me pull the old one out and drop the new one in. He also replaced a broken shut off valve in the kitchen and changed the old shut off valves underneath the new vanity to quarter turn valves. Not to mention that the work he did in November replacing my water heater and my pressure regulator saved me about $150 per month or more with my water bill in December and January. I want to thank Chris as well for pricing everything so reasonably and throwing in an extra shut off valve at no additional cost! You guys are a great team and a great company! I’ve used terrible plumbers before, so I know a good company when I find one. Bottom line is that I’ll continue to use Mr. Drippy in the future for all my plumbing needs! Jose especially thank you again from the bottom of my heart for giving my kids a bathroom of their own for years to come and helping us install a nice new stovetop for years of home cooked meals! I called them about water backing up in every drain in the house. It was a broken sewer line 83’ from my house. They explained what needed to be done, when they could do it and how much it would cost. They showed up for EVERY appointment on time!! Did EXACTLY what they said they would do!! AND ended up being easier than their original quote so they passed the savings on to me!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs ANY plumbing work!! I talked to Chris, mostly, but I can’t say enough good about everyone with this company!!

From the first phone call, Patrick and his team were very professional and responsive. We ran into many problems with the replacement, but Ron managed to solve them each time. We even had a pipe that leaked several times after the replacement (due to an issue with the tight space the water heater was located in), and each time, he responded and was able to tend to it to finally permanently solve the problem. Neither of us planned to have him come back twice in one day, and even again the next day due to the leaks, but he showed up each time, just as ready to help.
