If you need a good plumber that you can trust will give you good quality work and a honest fair price, then give Madden plumbing a call. My pipes were backing up and they were able to come out fast and easily diagnose my issue and help. I won’t hesitate to call again for any more of my plumbing needs, this is my honest review. Mike P. I was very pleased with the service we got. My elderly dad had a water leak by the meter. When I call the lady told they would come between 12-4pm. Spencer called at 12:30pm and told me he was on his way. He arrived shortly after, found the leak and had it fixed within 2 hours. We will definitely use them again.

I can not explain how happy I am with the service I just received from Madden Plumbing ! They sent my new best friend Mike Bell 🔔! Mike fought hand to hand combat in a basement for 5 hours to unclog a drain! 45 feet of clogged pipe! Horrible smells even worse to look at .All I can say is Gloy be to God! I highly recommend Madden Plumbing! Needed plumbing and a tub with shower attachment installed in a trailer for my sister. Called several places and couldn’t get anyone to follow up or would work on trailer plumbing until I found them. They were quick for the consult and didn’t have to wait for the follow up. Mike did an excellent job replacing our old water heater & expansion tank. He also found that our PRV (pressure reducing valve) wasn’t working as it should which might have caused not only the water heater issues, but some other issues as well. Mike was able to replace the PRV and show us that the new valve brought us back into the correct water pressure range. I’m very satisfied with Madden Plumbing and will not hesitate to call them the next time I need a plumbing repair or replacement.

I had a leak in my garage and the tech quickly diagnosed the problem was my hot water heater had a leak. This unit was about 19 years old. He was able to get me a new on and had it installed in just a few hours. He also discovered my pressure tank was not working and got me a good deal on a new on. The entire cost was very reasonable and they have been working fine ever since. This was the 2nd time I've used Madden. We had no hot water in our guest shower. We called Madden and they sent someone out very quickly. Kevin was awesome. He found the issue and told us the part we would need. I got the part myself only because I have a friend that sells plumbing equipment. I called as soon as the part came in and they were there the next day. I fully expected a call canceling, but nope! Kevin showed up in the middle of a tornado and fixed our shower. We told him it could absolutely wait, but he wasn’t having it. Very professional, very kind and very reasonable. Shower working like a charm. He also didn’t get frustrated with my two kiddos trying to “help” him. I would recommend them, and have several times. Thank you guys for what you do!

Stopped in to inquire about plumbing for a new project and Jon said he could do the job. Although unusual, Jon gave me an estimate without coming out to see the project. Once he came out and completed the project, he billed us a fair price, (less than what he had quoted), based on the work performed. He could have collected what he had originally quoted us, but he didn't. I would recommend Madden Plumbing and will definitely use them for any plumbing needs we have in the future.

Jon Madden came out and assessed the situation and told me what would be best to resolve the situation for all the lines. He then ordered the correct parts and had Chris, another member of the Madden team, come out and complete the work. I have used Madden Plumbing for a few years now. They installed a new hot water heater and some other plumbing task around the house. Last night I tried on my own to replace the pressure regulator in my home. I completely screwed up, even snapped a pipe. This was 7:30 pm on Friday. I called the number for Madden and it went to a company voicemail. I hadnt even had time to finish the message and someone was calling me back. Not just some operator or calling service, THE OWNER! I explained what I had done and he said he'd get a technician out ASAP. A technician showed up at my house at 9 pm. Chad did EXCELLENT work and was very friendly. Fixed my plumbing error and had water restored to the house in an hour. Also, I was worried about having an emergency charge for plumbing, but it was very reasonable. I honestly cannot say enough about how great this company and its employees treat me. We will be loyal customers for a long time. Also, I wont do any self repairs any more.

Chris came out last night at 7:00 pm to do a new kitchen sink installation for some new quartz countertops. While most plumbers give you 4 hour windows of when they may or may not show up, Madden plumbing works around your schedule. I didn't have to burn any vacation days and stay home from work to get my new kitchen sink done. Chris was phenomenal to work with and extremely efficient, if you call anyone but Madden plumbing you are wasting your time and money. I will be a customer for life!
