First, in a phone conversation ahead of time, Jason advised me on what would be the best approach to two issues that EXCLUDED him as the one to do the work. He then committed to arriving in three business days to do the work he could do for me.. They installed two toilets in record time and with great accuracy. They consulted quick on two other minor questions at no additional charge. I'm impressed. I have another much bigger project for a few months from now and may not even get second bid.
