I had a clogged plumbing line that affected both toilets. Ransom came out and got everything running smoothly within about an hour. He was polite, respectful, and very professional. He also cleaned up after himself after the repair. I was very grateful for the quick response and great job! I would call them again.

I absolutely LOVE this company! I had a leaking pipe, called, and they were here in less than an hour. They found the leaking pipe and fixed it. Ransom is an AMAZING plumber, and did a fantastic job. UPDATE a couple months later: Capstone just replaced my old, gas water heater and PRV. Ransom did the work for this, and he is top notch. He's knowledgeable, and knows plumbing and gas! Used Capstone Plumbing to install new dishwasher. The install took over 2 1/2 hours. The installer could not figure how to get dishwasher level. Discovered the tile needed to be trimmed to allow to sit level. This should not have been on 1 to - 1 1/2 hour install.

They arrived exactly within the time they said they would. The young man Ransome was very friendly and very professional. I called Capstone randomly, to get my bathtub drain unclogged, but also to repair the handle on an outdoor faucet. What a GREAT experience! They were prompt in scheduling their service. The plumber who came was on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and fast. He did both my jobs in just over an hour, and left no mess whatsoever. I'm putting them on my "CALL EVERY TIME" list!

Called late on a Thursday because I had a leak from a pipe in my yard. Capstone was able to work me in. Guys showed up at about 4:30. I was thinking this would take a while to fix. They got 2 shovels and started digging. Within a matter of minutes they were able to locate the leak. They shut off the water and replaced the bad section of pipe. By now it is dark and they are having to use flashlights to make sure the new piece has no leaks. After confirming no leaks, they filled the hole back up with the dirt and placed the pieces of grass back in place. You almost can’t tell that the yard was disturbed at all! I was very impressed to say the least. I had imagined that my hole yard was going to have to be dug up. In only about and hour and a half, these guys had me back and running. I will definitely recommend Capstone to anyone looking for plumbing needs. Thanks guys!

The service was awesome! The two guys that came out to service my home repaired my sump pump. They were on time; very thorough; knowledgeable of the problems we were having, and also educated us on the mechanics of the sump pump. They provided dos and don'ts tips as it relates to the sump pump. All around very professional. I will absolutely use their services again, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work.

I have no complaints. I called when my hot water stopped coming out of the faucet and they were there in hours. They were not pushy about selling a new one but just laid out the facts. We recently had an issue that we were concerned might be a broken sewer line. I contacted them late in the afternoon and they had a crew onsite to inspect our line shortly after lunch the following day. Fortunately there was not an issue and our sewer line looks to be in good condition. From the moment we contacted them until after the crew left we were treated with nothing but courtesy and high professionalism.
