They were able to access the sewer from outside and made sure that the line was fully clear before leaving. Not cheap, but worth the cost for the service and peace of mind.

I had set up an appointment to get my septic tank pumped.they said they would be there between 1&3. At 330 I called and the receptionist said that he was stuck in traffic.at 445 they called and said they could come out Wednesday, not moving me to the first one one the next business day .I told them I already called someone else. But they did tell me that I was scheduled to have the pipes scraped to get rid of the build up over the last 40 yrs. Emmitt and Jerry were great explained what they were doing and I could watch it all on there camera. I do recommend them if you have a blockage that keeps reoccurring.

Rotor Rooter did an amazing job of cleaning our septic system. We've used them for years but recently had an issue that needed additional attention and they went the extra mile to get our business. It's nice to know there are still people in the service industry who care and will go that extra mile. I like that the driver asked before driving on our lawn and was communicative throughout the cleaning. He also gave me a free cap and recommendation for better tank maintenance as future troubleshooting. I now have one less headache to worry about and it was money well spent at a reasonable fee. Highly recommend them to my friends and co-workers.

Our Tech was Emmett. We had to call for an emergency on a Saturday night. I'm sure he had more important things to do or a family to spend time with, but he showed up within 20 minutes and went right to work. He was very professional and had great customer service. We just bought our house 10 weeks ago so we aren't familiar with where all the pipes are or where they lead, but he answered any questions we had, explained what he was going to do and the cost beforehand, and then fixed the problem quickly. We will use them again in the future if needed.

We had a Roto Rooter repairman work on our boiler in November, he replaced some parts, it cost us $493. The boiler stopped working with the exact same problem again in January but we were able to get it working. It quit working again in March with the same problem again. We had Roto Rooter come out hoping they would stand behind their work, they charged us another $119 to tighten two screws and tell us what he thinks might be wrong but it’s still not fixed. I would not recommend them for boilers.
