We were getting new flooring installed and found out we needed a shut off valve replaced in our bathroom. I called Elk River and he was able to come over within an hour and the fix was done quickly and professionally! Our flooring installer had called other plumbers and had not received a call back in the time it took for Elk River to schedule the repair and have the work done! I definitely will be using Elk River from now on and would highly recommend calling Elk River for plumbing issues!

Just moved into my new house and my water heater went out. I called around but everyone was a least a week out. I finally found Brandon and he was able to fit me in the next day even though I am a ways out of town. He was in and out quickly, had no issues, and was even willing to work with me on trying to get my home warranty to reimburse me for the service. I would definitely use him again.

After several phone calls to other folks, no one worked on or would even consider helping us with our possible cistern issue. He without hesitation, said he would come help us out. Got us up and running and even called back to check to make sure we had running water. He was professional and personable. Would highly recommend!!!!
