Had a return service made with Ben Franklin Plumbing this morning,He Fixed the waterline issues by turning the waterline lever “ON” and I was charged for it. Mark who manage the business was quick to respond, gave me a call, professionally handled and owned the miscommunication done by one of his employee. Couldn’t be Happier now that all my water fixtures are working … Would’ve been a Five Star instead of a 4.5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨ if f they have showed up on the first appointment I made with them for June 02/22 but they said they didn’t have the appointment on record so I had rescheduled it for June 08/22 and they did show up.

Our technician was on time, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything in details that were understandable. We had used a different plumbing service previously that did not fix the problem and then did not guarantee their work. When the problem persisted, they were willing to come back and charge us double what they charged the first time. Not so with Benjamin Franklin plumbing. Absolutely professional from the people who answered the phone and set appointments, the manager, and the technicians! We are so grateful and cannot recommend them enough!

I had a very basic fix on a small leak under the kitchen sink. I observed exactly what was done and I feel as though I was over charged for the service. I was told over the phone when I made the appointment that there was no fee to come out and yet the service guy said at time of purchase that there was a driver's fee. The service guy was very nice and I was satisfied to that extent but again, I feel as though I paid more for what was such a very simple fix!! I don't think he was at my house for more than 15 or so minutes.

This fella was great. He gave me an estimate over the phone and was able to come out first thing the next morning. He got the old one out and disposed of it, fixed the strange water hookup that caused us to lose water to the whole house when we had to turn off water to the heater, and managed to find the same obscure gas model to put in. While getting a pest inspection, the tech found a leaking water pipe under our rental home in Montana (I live in Texas!) From the first phone call, the office rep was very helpful and polite. Mark arrived exactly when promised and gave me a detailed explanation of what was wrong with my water heater and how it needed to be fixed. He gave several options and provided his cell number to call if I needed help. I ended up needing a new water heater and informed them of my decision late on a Friday afternoon. They were happy to give up their Saturday morning to come install it so I wouldn't be out of hot water. The whole experience was professionally handled and very helpful. I had a leaking water heater. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and was greeted by very nice woman. She gave me options for setting up an appointment. I chose a 2 hour window. The plumber arrived within the time I asked for. When the plumber arrived he had on a nice uniform and looked clean. He introduced himself as Pat. After looking at my water heater Pat explained 3 different options and pricing up front before starting to replace my water heater. I chose the Rh180 Hybrid water heater. Pat installed the new water heater quickly. I was impressed he cleaned up when he was done and went over entire bill. I would highly recommend them.

Jerod went over and above my expectations when replacing my water heater and taking care of a couple other small plumbing tasks. He took the time to explain how and what he was going to do and had me check out his work when he was finished. My 80 gal water heater could only be partially drained because of calcifications so he called in additional man power . He and Jason completed the nearly impossible job of wrestling a virtually full tank up a whole flight of stairs and down a short one to get it out of my basement. A gold medal for them both for their positive can do attitude and a job well done.

My experience with this company was nothing more than phenomenal! I called on Monday morning to have someone come and look at leaky shower fixtures and non-properly functioning toilet...Roxanne (the most proficient and friendly person I have heard on the phone in a loooong time!) had technician Pat here that afternoon. Pat looked at problem, provided solution and gave estimate. After agreeing to terms, he even stayed that afternoon and fixed toilet! Shower was fixed shortly thereafter. These guys are the best plumbers ever! They are so friendly, prompt, and do excellent work. I live in an older home and my hot water heater was going out, so I had them install a Havien Tankless water heater. They also redid some existing water pipes which included the main water shutoff valve for my house. I love the tankless water heater because the first shower I took, after the install, was like "heaven" and changing the temperature of the hot water is instant. I also chose to become a Ben Society Member which provides safety inspections, leak checks, and yearly tune-up of plumbing systems which will provide me with a 15% discount on all of the above. These guys are the best find ever! <3 <3
