We had a bad experience with another local septic company - the guy was nasty and abrasive and abusive to my mother. So I looked on the internet and Andersen Septic was close by where we live so I decided to try them out. They came out quickly and more importantly to me - they were friendly and professional and decent people. The job was done quickly and he is now helping us figure out another issue we need to get repaired. If you need to get your septic pumped or have other issues with your septic system I believe Mr. Andersen is who you want to call. He takes the time to explain everything in a professional manner. We are very happy with the service provided.

I had a time sensitive issue arise and these folks were able to get out a few hours after I called. Though I called them to pump the septic they were also able to fix the issue that caused the problem in the first place. At the price they quoted - I'll only be using these guys in the future. Would definitely recommend!

It was time to have my septic system pumped and cleaned and had noticed that several neighbors in my neighborhood used Andersen Sewer so I gave them a call. They could schedule me within a 4 day window and arrived as promised. They answered a few questions I had and were very knowledgeable and professional. They even went over some things I didn’t know to ask. I’ll be calling them again when it’s time for my next pump out and cleaning. Very good and friendly service.

My tenant had had my septic pumped with roto rooter when I was out of town and we still had problems for the next 6 months with water backing up in the basement. I thought I had a major issue with a flat spot, a cracked pipe, or some clog that I couldn't get with a motorized snake. I was referred to Andersen Sewer by a neighbor and after a short phone call with all the symptoms, he politely said that it's very possible it wasn't pumped properly the previous time. He could recognize the problem over the phone, came out and pumped it properly, and explained to me why this build-up occurred. For 2/3 of the price of his competitors he solved this issue the morning I called him. He drew me pictures, explained the whole system, and gave me references to use if the problem occurred after he left. Glad there are still business owners out there that look out for their customers

Great Service! When inquiring who to use for my septic system, I was instantly referred to Andersen Sewer. The people that I talked to did not pause or hesitate who to call. I was very happy with the scheduling of the service. Due to weather concerns, they adjusted their schedule, and kept me informed when they had availability. These guys are amazing! Our septic tank needed pumped ASAP and I called them at 8:00a.m., they were able to squeeze us in, and our tank was pumped by 9:00a.m. It was so great to get it taken care of so fast! We have used them in the past, they always do a great job and always prompt. Their rates are very reasonable also. I definitely recommend them to everyone!

Excellent service.Helped me find another excellent contractor to fix the part of my septic that he couldn't and then got my tank all cleaned out. All within an hour from my emergency call! Highly recommend Update: Had frozen drain field emergency and based on my last experience, I called Stuart. With -16 degree temps he was there within two hours to pump my tank so I could at least use my facilities again!

Stuart has always been quick to respond even though our calls are non-emergency. He is thorough and efficient. We know the job is done right when he leaves. He always parks his truck where there is no impact to our yard even though it takes extra work on his part. I was curious why this company didn't have any negative reviews. Now I know why. I called at 6:30 in the morning and they were there at about 9am. I was quoted a price by another company that Anderson sewer beat. there is no way that I would call another company for service in the future. An easy 5 stars without question.

Anderson has been coming to our house for years. I accidentally called another one in2017 and was not happy with them. So this year in March I made sure I called the right one ANDERSON!! He will go out of his way to help you. We had to change out our pump for the sewer in Jan 2018 and he came in and check everything out to make sure it was done right. He complimented the person who put it in for us and said that he had done a good job. Reassuring us that everything is well. Mr Anderson did not have to go out of his way to do this. Butt he did. ANd he never charged me a dime more. Mr Anderson has manners and has always been kind to us. Thank you Mr. Anderson.
