Prime Plumbing was recommended to me by a good friend. They replaced our leaking main water line to our house. They were on time, professional, and most of all very polite. The did an excellent job. They avoided having to dig up my driveway and they cleaned up everything and even put grass seed down where they dug the hole. I highly recommend them.

I used Prime Plumbing twice for plumbing projects we had done. Both times we had Will as our plumber and I cannot say enough good things about him and Prime Plumbing. Prime Plumbing is very responsive and I was able to get scheduled in the same day for one project and just a few days later for the other. They are quick and efficient, and all the customer service reps on the phones are very kind and easy to work with. Will did such a good job on our first project which included moving some water lines and installing new ones. He showed up on time, was professional, and left the space clean after. He did a really clean and effective job, and he was very kind and friendly to work with. I was thrilled to see him come back the second time for a new toilet and sink install. He was very upfront and helpful with some comments we had about the install and he is obviously a very knowledgeable plumber with years of experience. My wife was home alone when he came by and was nervous to answer any related questions from him, but he quickly reassured her by being professional, courteous, and kind. I really do appreciate the way he treated her while I wasn't there. He is an outstanding plumber and a great representative of a great company. I will continue to use Prime Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. Thank you, Will!!

Al arrived on time with a pleasant and professional attitude. We discussed the problem, Al reviewed all pipes and kept me well apprised. Al cleaned both cap areas coming from the house to the main line. He stayed to make sure water was running as it should be after he cleared drainage. I was certainly relieved he was here to the end. It was decided that the Prime Plumbing LLC Team will be back on Monday morning to check the line via camera. Certainly great value for Prime Plumbing services as the camera check is included in the price I paid today to have the line cleaned. I’m thinking it was Sherry? this morning who returned my phone message to Prime Plumbing and she was extremely efficient, helpful and spot on when it came to arrival time for Al to do the job. Finally, I called Prime Plumbing this morning because they had a 5 STAR rating for professional, reliable, friendly and high satisfaction for a job well done. ALL TRUE! I’ve found my go to plumbing company with PRIME!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. When we needed our sewer line repaired we contacted them for a second estimate. Unlike the first company we contacted, they took the time to reassess and confirm the damage (a leak detection company had already determined there were cracks in the pipe). Prime Plumbing's estimate (and final cost) was 75% of the estimate from the first company and included repair of our concrete driveway, which the other company specifically excluded. After we accepted Prime Plumbing's proposal they were able to complete the pipe repair and indoor clean-up in one day (the other company estimated 2 days) and the necessary driveway repair within a week. When we needed some help with documentation for our property insurance they provided just what we needed to help us get maximum coverage (which was lousy but that is another story). Subsequently we contacted them when our toilet wouldn't flush. Turned out that our ejector pump was full because the gfi tripped. The plumber determined there were no other apparent issues, wished us a good day and no charge. Every single person we dealt with was knowledgeable, polite and friendly (from staff on the phone through all plumbers and their crew). Price is reasonable and fair. Work is high quality (even the driveway concrete repair was graded better than it was before)! Highly recommend.

Wow! Signed up for an appointment on their website last night, and received a confirming call 8:00 this morning. Will was here today at 1:00 p.m. It could not have been any easier. Will was extremely professional and very pleasant to work with. He did a fantastic job installing a new bathroom faucet and added two new shut off valves. Huge relief off my mind to get this fixed so fast. I had called other plumbers at the advice of friends and co-workers and none would call me back. So glad I heard about Prime Plumbing. I can't thank you enough. Five Star rating well deserved!!!!

This company is fantastic. From their office staff being being friendly and always available to answer questions/find availability immediately, to their incredible field staff who are prompt, communicative, respectful, and ultra professional, we could not be more happy with their work. We unfortunately had two floods in three months in a new house we bought, and Prime Plumbing has been an integral part of diagnosing and fixing the problems. Their field staff takes time to walk through their findings and communicate exactly what is happening through pictures, video, and the actual piece of hardware. They go out of their way to check anything else and write out clearly what their diagnosis and next steps should be. I was never questioning or having an issue explaining what was going on. They have amazing availability and exactly what you need from a company. So thankful we found them and their incredible staff! 10/10 recommend.

Easily the best plumber I’ve worked with. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. He called ahead when he was on the way. He was friendly, professional, and very skilled. He was a third opinion and the only one to really investigate why my toilet was leaking. He explained what was wrong and gave me two options at different price points without any pressure to choose the more invasive/expensive option. He also assessed and gave estimates for some other projects we will have done in the future. I will definitely use Prime Plumbing again and recommend them.

I completed the form on line to request an appointment, a representative from the company called me within 30 minutes. She was able to schedule me for the next day. The team came in and assessed the issue. I was provided options with different price points. However, once the sump pump was pulled out it was determined it needed to be replaced. I was called downstairs and shown exactly what was wrong with the current pump and why it needed to be replaced with a appreciated; full transparency. It took a little over an hour, job was complete and area was left clean and dry. I am completely satisfied. Don't hesitate to call them if you are in need.

I was given an estimate on a mainline clean out installation by another company but had a warranty for our mainline maintenance. Prime Plumbing was the company contacted by the warranty company. They came out and did a very thorough job identifying the issue. The first company said we did not have a clean out and would need to install one but Prime Plumbing stated that we not only had one but two. Very trustworthy and efficient workers

We had work done by Prime a few months ago but I wanted to write a review because I was very satisfied with the work. They came at a days notice; on time and professional. We had a very bad clogged kitchen sink and had did our own thing for awhile but we clearly needed the professionals. Prime did amazing work on the clog which was full of grease and whatever else. We bought the home about 2.5 years ago and the kitchen sink drain was always sluggish; so it was most likely a build up. I would recommend Prime to anyone who needs work; as I have already recommended to my mom. Great job 👍🏽 and thank you. The drain is still working beautifully since.

Our plumber arrived in the time frame quoted. He called to let us know he was on his way and actually arrived early. He was very helpful and repaired a leak. He also installed a pressure valve. And he considerately wore a mask. He did a great job. Five out of five stars. We had called a different company at first but were told they couldn't come for two weeks! We called Prime yesterday and they came out today! We were very happy with Prime and would use them again. This is Mrs Holten's husband.

We have used them to replace all of the toilets in our house, replace the water heater and any plumbing issue that arises. I want to give a huge shout out to Randy and Allen for their hard work! They were tasked with replacing a huge cast iron pipe in my home and although it may have been challenging at times they really powered through and got it done. Randy was super helpful the first time he came over to fix a leak under my kitchen sink and I was happy to see him again for this job. He advised me to replace the whole pipe instead of replacing it bit by bit overtime as it would end up being more of a headache that way. I am grateful for his guidance because I do believe that the pipe would have eventually rusted more and starting leaking in another spot. He was very reassuring that my home will come together overtime since right now I have a lot of stuff I’m working on and it was nice to hear. Allen was very friendly and helpful as well! I feel like Prime Plumbing is very reasonably priced and I will continue to use and recommend them to anyone that has any plumbing issues. Thank you guys again!

The crew from Prime Plumbing came out, communicated well on what I needed, and did the install quickly with good humor and answers to questions. I had the pipes under my kitchen sink reconfigured after new countertops, connected gas stovetop. I'd recommend them to anyone. Unlike the sour person at one of their competitors that got salty when I asked questions, their booking person was patient and explained the process to get an estimate and the team that came explained the work. When I had questions they communicated with HQ and got an answer back to me quickly.

After we received multiple days of rain we realized that our sump pump was not working. We called Prime Plubing and they were able to send technicians out the same day; thankfully before our sump overflowed. Prime Plumbing of MD was a very professional business to deal with. In June of 2022, I contacted Prime Plumbing because my tankless water heater stopped working. I contacted several other local plumbing companies that had absolutely no idea on how to perform services on a tankless water heater. When I contacted Prime Plumbing, the gentleman on the phone assured me that their company had certified technicians that could come to my residence and diagnose my tankless water heater. The Service Technician/Plumber that came to my home was Randy Hamel. Mr.Hamel called when he was enroute to my home, reported promptly and within the time frame provided, checked the water heater system, and diagnosed the issue within 30 minutes. We informed Mr. Hamel that our tankless heater was under warranty and that we just needed to locate a new one and have it installed, returning the old one back to the manufacture. Mr. Hamel, within 10-15 minutes, located a new one, quoted us a reasonable price, and removed the old water heater. Mr, Hamel advised us that he would be available to install the new water heater between 0800-100 hours the next morning, The next morning, Mr. Hamel arrived to my home at 0800 hours sharp, prepared and ready to install our new tankless water heater. Mr. Hamel was very nice, professional, knowledgable, and efficient. We also had a toilet in our basement that Mr, Hamel checked out and corrected a minor problem on our toilet. Mr. Hamel & Prime Plumbing were extremely great and pleasurable to work with. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a good plumber. This company had 5**** rating for a reason. Thank you Prime Plumbing and Mr. Hamel for assisting us with getting our new tankless, completing the job with no issues, keeping everything nice and neat, and sending a great service technician to our home. Prime Plumbing has serviced my home thrice: once for gas meter maintenance/replacement, once for installing a Moen Flo Control, and once for diagnosing a water pressure increase and subsequent leak (water heater bladder tank valve broke). Every time, the technicians were on time, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and did an awesome job. For example, my Moen Flo Control valve was 3/8" inch, but my pipes were 1", (Moen does not have the best documentation) and the technician was able to secure the proper flanges for installation, when I did not have them and could not find them for sale to individual homeowners! Scheduling has always been easy and smooth, even when I called 30 minutes before closing as I scared about a leak, and they were able to dispatch technicians first thing the very next morning. Pricing is competitive, and the technicians don't gesitate to run out for supplies as needed to complete the work properly. Definitely recommend!

Prime plumbing diagnose the issue and executed the job. I have no complaints. My main water pipe was busted which was located in the front of my yard. I spent a lot of money into my front yard just to have it dug up due to the main water pipe. Prime replaced the pipe, the dirt as neat and as flat as possible which I was very grateful. Not only was I no longer hearing constant running water, my grass grew back within 2 to 3 weeks as if they never were here. When our decades old Instant Hot stopped working, we found ourselves wanting a replacement, just to enjoy a speedy cup of coffee. Finding a replacement unit was not a problem, and then we started looking for a plumber for the installation. Calling several produced lots of responses that an estimate could be scheduled in a few weeks, and likely over a month for installation. A neighbor recommended Prime Plumbing. I spoke with Adam, who was quite helpful, and an estimate was obtained the next day. A few days later, with unit in hand, Tony came to do the installation. He was pleasant and informative, about the differences between the old Instant Hot and the new one, and remained on site to be sure that all was working properly. Of course, all COVID-19 precautions were observed, and when he left the installation site was clean as a whistle. The charges were fair and reasonable, as well. Would not hesitate to call them for our next plumbing job.

I told them the problem and the older gentleman knew immediately what the problem was without knocking holes in walls , floors or ceiling like the other 2 plumbers who had looked at the problem said would be needed. From start to finish we had a perfect experience with Prime Plumbing! I called them on Tuesday, and they had someone come out on Saturday to give us an estimate. They sent John, and I had expected him to come, look, give us a quote, and make an appointment to come back, but nope! I contacted Home Serve on Friday and they said they would have a company contact me by the next business day for a leak that was causing a severe backup of water in my basement. First thing Monday morning I received a call from Prime Plumbing and within an hour the plumbing technician arrived at my home. He was very pleasant and when I told him what a mess we had he said "I've seen it all" and smiled which made me feel relaxed and hopeful he could solve our problem. Within 45 minutes to an hour the drain on the outside of our home that led to the inside.was cleaned out and water was flowing freely from our bathrooms and kitchen. Yay! Our technician, Bryce did a superb job, he was very personable and professional. I would recommend Prime Plumbing to anyone who has plumbing issues. The process took jack hammering a good part of my kitchen and replacing old pipe. The work was done exactly as described during the quote. Our water heater developed a leak so we called Prime Plumbing on a Monday evening. They said someone would be out the next day between 12 and 4. Tuesday morning they called to see if I wanted an earlier time but we kept the original time. Tony and Steven showed up on time. They quickly addressed the issue and gave us a fair quote. They were patient with our questions and answered them thoroughly. Tony and Steven began working immediately and finished in just over an hour. They showed us the finished work and were again patient with our questions. All and all, we are very pleased with the work, the price and even better the total time from the call to hot water again. Excellent customer service. I woke up one morning and there were sewage coming into my home through the basement bathroom. I family and I tried to snake it ourselves but to no avail. I contacted Home serve who linked me with Prime plumbing. Within an hour I received a phone letting me know someone will be at my home within a decent time frame. I was shocked; I was not expecting to get this quick turnaround. The staff was professional and understanding. I went home and met with the plumber, who was also nice, polite and professional. I had Prime Plumbing come and replace a tankless water heater, as well as one of the cast iron pipes in the crawlspace. The office, and both the plumbers that came out were fantastic. Will was professional, explained all the options, and did top quality work. There was an issue with the water heater that Prime Plumbing had shipped, but they were nice enough to drive (out of the way) to pick up another and cover the additional cost. All around great company to deal with.

We had two plumbers come out and tell us that we needed to have our sewer line replaced. We went for one final opinion because we were getting conflicting information from different plumbers. Brad came out and found that the issue was actually a clog on the City's side, which ultimately saved our yard and ~$5k. The service was accommodating to my schedule, which was nice. Brad also offered to support when I called the City to notify them of the issue. I know nothing about plumbing, and this was the first plumbing issue I've had with my home, so I appreciated that he saw this and helped put. We contacted Prime Plumbing after searching for a reputable business and found them through Angie's List. They also had positive reviews through a Google search. We needed them in a hurry for a water heater replacement at my mother-in-law's home. When she called us to help, we only knew she didn't have hot water. Once we got to her house and saw water all over her floor, combined with the fact that the water heater was 14 years old, we knew it needed to be replaced and not repaired. She is in her late 80's, lives alone and needed to have hot water. Prime Plumbing sent someone out immediately and they were great. They were able to come back the same day, within only hours, and replace her water heater with a professional grade one better than what she had originally. They were professional, courteous and very timely. They didn't overcharge her either. They installed it and had her up and running in only a few hours. We highly recommend them to others and wouldn't hesitate to call them for future plumbing needs. They were great!

I enjoyed working with this business. I called them based on high online reviews to find and repair a leak under the kitchen sink. They promptly scheduled the appointment for the next day. It seemed to have been coming from the garbage disposal, but the plumber found that the faucet tube had a hole in it and was causing the issue. After that repair, the garbage disposal was noted as leaking and we called them back. They originally didn’t have an appointment for the day I requested, but called me back later that day to say they made provisions to accommodate me AND waived the fee to diagnose the issue since this was a repeat visit for the same issue. Both plumbers were on time, clean, courteous, explained costs upfront and followed C-19 guidelines. I would recommend and use them again.

I was experiencing a hammering noise in my upstairs shower. It had persisted for about 6 months. I had 3 different plumbers come out to service it before calling Prime Plumbing. I found them on Angie's List. The first 3 plumbers were average but couldn't quite figure out the issue. They gave me suggestions, including buying a new cartridge, and flushing the pipes. One even gave me similar advice as Will (with Prime Plumbing) gave me. The difference is that Will took extra time to thoroughly diagnose the issue and leave no stone left unturned. Even after thinking we found a quick solution to the problem, I had to run outside to catch Will before he drove off because the issue persisted. Finally, he seemed to be able to locate (hopefully-time will tell) the source of the issue and ended up replacing two old rusted, worn, and clogged valves/pipes in the basement. He then gave me his opinion on the next step if this doesn't solve the issue. Overall, I enjoyed the experience as Will was very professional, informative, knowledgeable, and thorough. I highly recommend Prime Plumbing based on my one experience.

Prime Plumbing are wonderful people. I called because I had a clogged line and they came out and unclogged the line after snaking about eighty feet. Then they noticed that the line from the wash tub to the main line was clogged and that there was a leak in the main line. But could not fix it at that time because of other issues, mainly because I needed a new wash tub. They were very patient with me. It took a few weeks to get a new wash tub. But when I got it, they were right back out to fix the main line and hook up the wash tub. Mitch and Rob were kind and respectful. They did a great job and cleaned up after they were done. They tested the pipes upstairs and down and explained to me what they had done. Great guys did a great job. I'm happy with what they did. Thanks guys. After having two other plumbers come in and not be able to fix our plumbing issue, Brad from prime came in and was able to figure out the problem right away. I originally called Prime to get a quote to have our entire sewer line replaced after being told that I had a rotted out pipe by a different company. That company wanted to charge me $7500 for a job that didn't even need to be done. When I told Brad about this, he said it didnt make sense and got out his tools and went right to work. My problem ended being a very large clog, which should have been fixed by the other two company's but was skipped over to try and get a bigger pay day. Brad returned the next day, on time, and after a few hours of work, was able to fix the issue and get us back to normal. He was very informative, let me watch the scope as he worked, and kept everything clean. The job ended up costing less then $500. This is my first experience with a plumbing problem as a homeowner, but I know I will always call Prime first and ask for Brad. I recommend you all do the same.

Tony from Prime Plumbing did an outstanding job with founding the water Leak. My water bill was up to $12,000. I keep tell the Water Company that something was not right. Everytime they would send someone from DPW their founding would always be. Did not find a leak or water-related problem. I have been dealing with this every sense 2017. Finally on last Monday a supervisor from the Water Company stepped in and sent DPW to do a inspection again. Before calling Prime Plumbing, we had 4 different plumbers come out to look into our issue. The first two tried to snake our clean out in the front yard but they could not do it. We were told that our sewer line may be shifted or completely broken. The third company ended up sucking the water out of the clean out and after looking down the pipe, determined that we needed to replace the sewer line from that spot and that it would cost $6300. They never properly inspected our sewer line. The fourth company used a camera from inside the house but still determined that we needed a portion of the sewer line replaced for $5407. Then Brad came today 5/21/20. He came inside and also wanted to use a camera to check our sewer line. Brad was able to get all the way out from our property to the county connection and saw that we in fact DID NOT have to replace the sewer line at all. Brad discovered that we had a simple clog inside the house! He found the clog, dislodged it and saved us from having our yard dug up and a sewer line replaced unnecessarily. Our clean out is broken but Brad was able to give us a tremendous deal, saving us literally THOUSANDS of dollars! I am so pleased with the service I received today. Brad was HONEST and after having several companies flat out lie, honesty is greatly appreciated. Brad was also diligent and persistent and was able to locate an issue that 4 others had overlooked! I highly recommend this company and especially Brad.

Our toilet developed a leak around its base. We called in the morning and were promised service in the afternoon. The Prime serviceman called when he was on the way shortly after noon. They had to dig a trench in the front of the house using an approach from the back (due to a retaining wall in front). Brad operated the excavator with surgical precision. They cleaned up, put down grass seed & a mulch cover. There was a small leak, which we discovered the next day, and another plumber, Robert found the problem right away & fixed it.
