Due to a bad renovation before we purchased our house, there was a strong sewage smell we couldn’t tract down. We worked with Jason on the issue. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient as we worked to find the issue. They start with non invasive methods using cameras to video the system. Jason took a very logical approach and communicated everything he was doing in as much detail as I wanted. It was soon apparent that we had to open some walls and ceilings. We did find the issue - two open pipes in the ceiling below our main bath. they had been left by the previous “handy man” that did pretty extensive plumbing work who had no business doing so. Jason corrected the issue. Ensor is certainly not inexpensive but when you consider the cost of doing it wrong, paying an experienced plumber to do it right the first time is less expensive than using a handy man who says they do it all. Everyone there is so friendly and knowledgeable - including Heather in the office. So often the people who schedule jobs are just that - the schedulers, but she has been working in this business for years and it was really helpful that she could speak with experience to make sure she was sending the right person out to you with the knowledge your job requires. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job.

Jason did a great job, very professional, personable and seemed to really care about the service he provided. Had instant hot water unit replaced, took no time at all - the initial pricing for the service was way beyond reasonable for what took literally 10 minutes. Jason was supportive and worked with me on it, no complaints at all. I tried to get a sense of pricing before the service, but was told that would be provided by the professional based on what had to be done. Overall, I would definitely welcome Jason back to do more complex work if needed!

My initial experience was shocking to me as plumber stated he would fix the problem for over $500. Only to tell me over an hour later he could not fix plus charged me a whopping $433 for his time. I was not used to paying for something and not getting a service in return as I still had the leak. I must say I was angry and acted unprofessionally. The plumber however was most professional, kept calm and definitely did not react to my anger. Bottom line the company adjusted the total price which was now more as additional work had to be done. The same plumber returned and did an awesome job. Very respectful gentleman. I would use him again. Thanks Austin. 😊

The technician that came out was not only friendly, knowledgeable and respectful, they did an amazing job in a short period of time and guaranteed me. It wouldn’t happen again. I had a frozen pipe that burst. I had a small flool in my basement. I called like 5 other plumbers and they could not get to me for days. Ensor although they were busy, was very responsive. They came the next day. Kevin was my technician. He was great. I didn't feel pressured for added on services. Price wise, they were reasonable. They are my new go to for plumbing services.

My water heater began to leak at 5pm, I called Ensor who had just closed at 4:30pm. They immediately patched me through to a technician who said he could be at my house in an hour. Travis came in the time that he estimated and inspected the water heater which was 10 years old. I picked out a new water heater from their inventory and even with him traveling to the office to pick it up, he was done by 9:30pm. His boss, Dave, even came out to help in order to speed things up. Pretty amazing that it was all done in 4.5 hours including an 1.5 hours of travel time. I chose Ensor because of their commercials but will stay with them because of their service.

Grossly overpriced. Prices are double those of reputable plumbing companies! They say they’ll price match, but don’t. I agree with the other reviewers that stated the charge for assessing the problem did not go toward the cost of having the work performed. If it did, the cost would not be doubled.

Good service and Charles represented Ensor well. Thinking this maybe a company policy, you should inform your clients beforehand, if Ensor makes cuts in the drywall, it's the client's responsibility to replace, holes in the walls.

I had Ensor come out to diagnose a master bath radiant heating system that used the boiler for hot water. It was not flowing and when it was it was too hot and caused some bathroom tiles to crack. It was not the first time I had someone look at the system and none of them were able to solve the issues. Seth came out and told me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done to correct the issues which was an extensive overhaul. He cam out after ordering materials and spent a lot of time correcting the issues and simplifying the the system. He is top notch and so is Ensor as they treat your house and systems like it was their house and their systems! Thanks Seth.

Shannon did a water quality check today, she was very thorough and pleasant! We look forward to working with her again in the future! Mike came today to check our water softener filters and did a nice job! We had Dani and Rob address a water quality problem we were having, and they quickly identified the source and suggested a solution. We then had them install an Ag filter which fixed our issue. Great work, and very reliable. Thanks !! We had Ron install an R/O water treatment system and he did a wonderful job. He was very helpful in answering all of our questions during the decision making process and during the installation. Thanks for a great experience. We had a fiberglass water heater installed in 2019 by Dani, Matt, and Don. They gave excellent advice and top notch service! Highly professional and prompt service. We used Ensor in 2017 to install our new water softener, and our technician Jeff was outstanding. He took the time to provide many details about the new unit and helped us understand about the other components of our well water system. We were very impressed and will use Ensor again for future plumbing and water system needs. Highly recommended!! We used Ensor in 2018 and our technician Danni was really great to work with. She installed a new Well Tank for us and gave us a lot of great information about maintaining our well water system. Ensor's staff are very accommodating and really work with you to answer all your questions. Highly recommended! Ensor came again quickly to repair a leaking toilet valve and did a fine job, as always! Once again in October 2019 we used Ensor and Danni did a great job fixing our broken faucet handle. We had a great experience all around. I called Ensor Plumbing on a Friday afternoon after realizing that the hot water heater was flooding my basement. Heather was fantastic on the phone. She took all my information and even helped me find a water cleanup company. Mr Nixon arrived at my home promptly and spent the rest of his Friday night replacing the water heater. I should have known it was expensive because I had to pay $89 which I never pay an upfront cost. Lesson Learned. The technician was great though. It wasn’t his fault that Ensor charges so much!

Technicians were pleasant and, most importantly, knowledgeable of their craft. They upgraded my 75 year old sewerage and venting system. The damaged, corroded, partially clogged cast iron pipes were replaced and a new vent line properly installed. It’s nice to have good drainage again with no more worries of another back-up or overflow.

I was thrilled to pay the employees from Ensor Plumbing. Why? I had a leaking tankless water heater. I got on Angi and got connected with Ensor. I texted an employee a picture of what part was leaking. She arrived an hour or so later. She had researched the part and called all over the area to find it. Her partner drove at least 90 minutes to go pick up the part and drive to my house. They had it repaired quickly on a Friday night at 10:00 pm. They went above and beyond. I will definitely use Ensor the next time I have a plumbing issue.

I’ve been a satisfied customer of Ensor Plumbing for a couple of years and want to particularly cite the excellent work of Jon and Seth for the latest big job replacing 50 year old cast iron pipes with pvc. This involved difficult angles working on all three levels of the house. Previous workers Chris and Shannon started the replacement project successfully installing through existing kitchen cabinets and down to the basement. Jon has always presented a professional and friendly demeanor while explaining the intricacies of the job. Cleanup has also been good. I highly recommend this company.

Chris K. did a great job replacing the pressure tank in our home. He is highly-skilled, very professional, friendly, and trustworthy. Chris arrived early, did a thorough repair, and left behind no mess whatsoever. His plumbing work is neat & looks great. Like other reviewers stated, they may not be the cheapest company around, but you get what you pay for. He used high quality fittings and parts. Why would you want anything less in your home? Great company. Would recommend to friends & would use them again.

I called Ensor this morning (10/25/21) knowing I'd have to wait a few days until someone could come out with details about replacing a 22 year old garbage disposal. I was given a same-day appointment. Mike (and a trainee) came out this afternoon - had the same make disposal in their truck, installed it within a half hour. Both reps were friendly and professional. I'd definitely use Ensor again!

Our water heater stopped working on a Sunday. Called next morning and it was repaired by noon, Actually showed up early! The Ensor team was courteous and professional. Identified problem right away and fixed everything. Service appointment handled by knowledgeable office staff, thorough explanation of how service would be handled and scheduled service call right away. Very easy. Technician was consulted due to suspected vent issues. He did a camera evaluation of main sewer line, made thorough plumbing observations, and gave recommended preventative actions and future plumbing work (e.g. suggested replacement of very old pressure tank and back-flow preventer on drilled well water line; told me to have family stop putting used disinfectant wipes down toilets). Problem caused by vacuum conditions in drains appears to have been resolved after clog caused by disinfectant wipes was removed by the technicians.

Jason arrived at the end of the work day took one look at my water heater and said it was shot. When I heard the cost of the new one I was shocked. I agreed to the job and he returned to the shop to get the new heater and proceeded to work for three hours replacing the unit with one that was superior and beautifully done. Since the top-of-the-line faucet Ensor offered was quite expensive, she allowed me to go to Home Depot to buy one that was more moderately priced. Steven did a very professional job installing the Home Depot faucet. My wife and I are delighted with the work, and we'll definitely call Ensor for plumbing needs in the future. By the way, I was surprised that Ensor did not bill me for the time it took to drive to and from Home Depot!

Matt & Mike did a good job servicing my water treatment system and replacing a couple sections of old copper pipes. Unfortunately several hours later I discovered the whole house filter was leaking. I contacted Ensor after hours and they dispatched Mike out to diagnose & resolve. Mike returned to my Huss within an hour and replaced a faulty gasket. He also did a fantastic job shop-vacuuming the water that had leaked. Ensor was very responsive and resolved the issue with no hassle. I will continue to use their services.

The faucet was fixed although I’m not sure as intended as it no longer moves from side to side. The guys were very nice although they did suggest a water softener for $6800 before doing the water analysis which determined it was not needed. When I looked up prices this seemed way beyond appropriate cost. In addition, the price to fix the faucet seemed outrageously expensive. For this reason I will likely not use again. My recommendation would be to shop around and look for individual plumbers who are less expensive.

I have used Ensor a few other times with satisfaction. They are a bit pricey but you basically get what you pay for. The technician Ron was awesome, on time , professional and did a great job. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is when I initially called to schedule service they took my info and said someone would get in touch but never did so I had to call them back. THEN, when I did schedule service they were sending the reminder to the wrong number of my tenant who had previously used them at my rental. So that was confusing and I had to call them. Anyhow, they did eventually get it right. Will likely use them in the future for my plumbing needs.

Though we ultimately did not complete the service because the water heater I purchased did not work with my set-up, they were wonderfully explanatory and patient from beginning to end and made sure to box up the water heater perfectly so that I can easily return it to the store from which I purchased it. They also had little booties they put on over their shoes every time they entered my home, which was very considerate. Just fantastic from beginning to end! I highly recommend Ensor Plumbing!

Dealing with this company has been the best customer service experience. Laura took my initial call and she was very pleasant and patient. When I explained my issue she and Amanda worked with me. I was placed on a brief hold to see if my job could be dispatched that day & they came through. By 2pm that same day, Jason (the plumber) arrived. I was immediately impressed because as soon as he stepped into my home, he put on shoe covers! This may seem like a small deal but my basement is carpeted with a light color. Additionally, 2 other plumbing guys from other companies had been to my house and neither came with shoe covers. I always have some just in case. When I asked one of the other plumbers to put them on, I sensed an attitude. The fact that I didn’t have to endure that uncomfortable, unnecessary exchange made a HUGE difference. Jason was very pleasant, patient, knowledgeable & THOROUGH. He explained every detail to me and my dad & even gave me an option of how I wanted the repair to be done. The first plumbing company didn’t present an option. They just told me what the job would cost. Additionally, Ensor plumbing was very reasonably priced & gave me a better rate than the other companies! In this day and age, it seems as if customer service has fallen by the wayside. In the almost 50 years I've been a homeowner I have had numerous different plumbers for a number of different issues. I can honestly say I've never been more impressed than I am with my recent dealings with Ensor Plumbing. Being pretty sure we needed a new kitchen faucet and not having a plumber I trusted I Googled plumbers in my area. Zeroing in on Ensor as being close by I checked out the online reviews and called. Ron was the tech that came and he tried everything he could think of to salvage the existing faucet, all to no avail. We had been looking for a replacement faucet just in case ours was dead but could not find one to match the holes and thickness of our granite counter tops. Ron suggested a couple of fixes for our "problem" which turned out to be not a problem at all under Ron's skill and experience. He just left and the installation is complete. We have the faucet that we most wanted but couldn't get (in our mind) because of the hole and granite issue. It is fantastic! Kudos to Ron and the folks at Ensor Plumbing. Our new "forever" plumbers.

The Ensor technician, Jason, came and took to time to listen to what I wanted accomplished. I am having a new refrigerator installed and the installation company wanted a shutoff valve behind the refrigerator and said they would not use my existing copper connection. We then looked at where the water line came upstairs from the basement and he ended up giving me two choices. Both choices made perfect sense but one was a bit more expensive than the other. He told me either solution would be fine and felt the less expensive solution would be all I needed. I appreciated his honesty and when we feel we would like to replace the entore water line from the basement to the upstairs referigerator, Ensor Plumbing will be the company I use. Lastly, they were very prompt and neat.

Hot water heater failed after a day of water temp spike. Late evening research landed me on Ensor's site. After submitting a request through their contact form I noticed a chat window popped up. A customer service agent was online after 8pm, awesome! Chat with them and the result was a call at 8am the following morning to schedule a tech. He did arrive 30 minutes outside of the couple hour window but that's better than waiting days. He quickly presented the solution and about 1.5 hours later I have hot water again. Very friendly and efficient. My guess is anything hot water heater related is expensive so for a few hundred dollars issue resolved.

Plumber came on time, got to work to replace my main line for water. Original line was installed 40 years ago in such a way they could not pull a new one thru the path of the old line because the guide cable that is run inside the old line to meter at street encountered a T joint (old line goes into ground and turns toward water meter at sidewalk). Could not dig without destroying the concrete steps in front door to access turn in line. They had to dig a new trench and reroute the new line to house that bypass the front concrete steps. Got the job done and cleaned up the lawn well. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
